My Plumber just did a full remodel of our bathroom including all new plumbing. Both workers were completely and totally professional and respectful to my wife who was there working from home. They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect and even made some minor repairs to some small annoying things in the house that were not even related to their current job. We got several quotes and they came in with the most fair price for the quality of materials and work we received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any sort of work done and I personally will be using them again in the future.

Great experience with this company. I have seen the vans driving around Mentor and happened to stumble upon an ad in one of the money saving magazines that come in the mail. So, I decided to give them a call to replace an outside faucet at my elderly fathers home. Both Tiffany who answered the phone and Tony the plumber that came to the house were very professional. I was able to get an appointment within two days from when I called, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

This is my second time engaging My Plumber for a small job. This task was to remove a legacy saddle valve, put in two new shutoff valves, and run a new supply line to our refrigerator. Like our first experience, this plumber (Tony) was on time, professional, efficient with his time, asked the right questions to make sure he met our goals, and I am very happy with the work. We will definitely involve them with future plumbing needs we have.

I called their office to schedule an estimate and Tiffany was very helpful. They had availability the same day and Bill and Brandon came out to my house that afternoon.Ive had a hard time getting a plumber over the past year and Im not sure why people dont show up, but My Plumber did.Not only did they give me a reasonably priced estimate, but due to the nature of my issues, they were able to fix them the same day! They also came in under their estimate and I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them and their employees Bill and Brandon.

My Plumber was amazing from the first call to the end of the repairs. While a few places I called wouldn’t have been able to come out for over a week, they knew we had no water due to a pipe bursting, and they fit us in the same day. Pat & Joe came out sooner than originally quoted and took care of the pipe that burst along with re-repairing another area that had not been fixed properly by someone else. My Plumber has a great team and I will recommend them to everyone because of their great customer service.Thank you so much My Plumber, Pat & Joe!

When our sewer line backed up in the basement after Christmas, these guys were the ONLY plumber in the area to gladly take our call and send someone out. When they arrived, they quickly recognized that they did not have the necessary equipment for our large property and immediately recommended a different company. Because they couldnt help us, they did not charge us and were very professional and helpful. We are definitely planning on using them for future in-home projects and issues!

We have been working with My Plumber for years. Bottom line, they are professional, prompt, personable, and fair. Ten years ago we had some significant water issues. Either Pat or Charlie installed a back-up system that has given us comfort for nearly a decade now. In February 2013 Pat installed a main water sump pump that has worked great up until recently (six demanding years, the life exceeded our expectation). We called this morning (April 2019) and Tony was able to come out and replace it same day. He was professional in letting me know what was happening, provided different options letting me know the differences in cost and horsepower, etc, and making sure the new sump pump was installed and working correctly. He even made sure I was aware how it worked and what to check to potentially avoid unnecessary service calls. Tony also explained the warranty.This recommendation is probably overdue, but I really appreciate all the work Charlie, Pat, Tony, Dan (and anyone I might have forgotten) have done for us over the years. Sump pump issues can be frustrating, but we have always felt good about the high-level of service My Plumber has provided us. If you need a great plumber, I would strongly recommend the great people at My Plumber.

We had My Plumber in Mentor, OH install a new water heater and couldn’t be happier with our choice or the results. They were available to immediately respond and flexible enough to accommodate our schedule. But the best part of the process was the people with whom we engaged. From our initial inquiry with Tiffany on the phone, to the installation with Tony and Jordan, everything was perfect. Professional, Courteous, Prompt, and all with a smile and sense of humor that actually made the process fun. The work was done right and completely cleaned when the work was done. This is the third or fourth time our family has used My Plumber and as far as we are concerned, they really have become, MY plumber. If we need a plumber in the future, there will be no hesitation in calling them. Do yourself a favor and call them first or last, but be sure to call.

Now we don’t worry (so much) about uncontrollable leaks happening in our very old home, a project we have wanted done for a long time. Tony did everything exactly as we wanted. We plan to use My Plumber again when it’s time for bathroom remodel.

Dan, and Charlie and everyone we worked with at my plumber were absolutely wonderful. They were flexible with our plans and our schedule, kind and hardworking. When there were issues with the materials (not their fault), they went above and beyond to do things right and reorder parts at no extra cost to us. They even coordinated for a bathtub specialist come out to repair a faulty drain and fixed tiling that we ourselves had made mistakes on. Our new bathroom is now my favorite room in the house! Will definitely be using My Plumber for all of our plumbing and bathroom needs!

Pat and Tony with MY PLUMBER are AWESOME!! We really want to truly thank the both of you. We had another company come in barely look at our repair job and tell us that it could not be fixed, they would need to cut a hole in the wall for an access panel, replace the entire shower set-up and it would cost over 1200.00 oh and we would need to go to Lowes or Home Depot to buy our own access cover and install it. Pat and Tony took one look said they would give it a shot, fixed it in under an hour, loved on our dogs and went on their way to save somebody elses day! I will never call another plumber other than My Plumber.

Quality Without Question is not just their slogan, its the way they do business. Over the years My Plumber has; replaced the cartridges on my Delta single handle shower faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, installed a new hot water tank, and just today My Plumber installed a new toilet. Everything done professionally. Everything done first class. I would recommend My Plumber for any of your plumbing needs. They are easy to work with and you can be confident that theyll take good care of you and theyll do a good job.

My Plumber came highly recommended and they didnt disappoint me.I talked to another plumber who said that he didnt have the equipment that he thought he needed based on my issues. I got a recommendation from a friend for another plumber---- My Plumber.I talked to the owner a week ago about my clogged shower, toilet, and sink. He didnt have any openings and suggested I call someone else. I said that I would wait since it was a second floor bathroom issue.I am glad I waited.My Plumber fixed the issue in under an hour at a reasonable price and I have a free flowing plumbing system. Yep, I will call My Plumber again!

Bill was amazing. We had a lot of ideas of what we wanted to do with the plumbing in our bathroom remodel. He took the time to explain our options and helped guide us to the best decisions for what outcome we were looking for. We had our tub/tile refinished by someone else, but Bill completed all the plumbing modifications, installed our flooring, and reinstalled our toliet, new vanity, and all the hardware. His attention to detail was very appreciated, and he treated our bathroom as if it were his own. We even had to reschedule, and My Plumber was great with accommodating our delays with our tile guy. We got multiple quotes and all were comparable. The final job even ended up coming in less than expected, and Bill adjusted the bill accordingly. More than pleased with the honesty in the billing, he didnt have to do that. We have definitely found a new plumber and would recommend My Plumber and Bill to anyone whos in need.

I reached out to My Plumber on a recommendation from a family friend for help with installing a garbage disposal and replacing our old dishwasher that had stopped working. Having had bad experiences with big box installations in the past we decided to have a plumber do the work versus the store. Tony was on time, identified a potential issue with how our pipe was coming up from the basement and resolved it at the same time of install. They even hauled away the old dishwasher. He was very informative and made sure the work was done right. Very reasonably priced for the work and I love the new dishwasher and garbage disposal! I will certainly use them again for plumbing help!
