We are so glad we went with Mr. Rooter! We ended up needing a lot of plumbing work done in our house and these guys were fast, reliable, and super nice! Vince, Ryan & Jeff especially spent a lot of time here and they were fantastic. We had a small issue after everything was done but they had a tech & a manager out immediately to fix it! We love the lifetime warranty they provide too.

Top-notch service from Mike, who repaired my leaking shower and also checked and replaced 2 items related to water pressure in my house.The pressure test showed it was close to 100, which is way too high. After Mike did his work, the pressure was around 50. Hes honest and talented and takes his time to explain everything in terms I could understand. So glad that Mr. Rooter sent Mike to me,and I plan to recommend him to my family and friends.

Paxton was so kind to me. He made sure everything was done properly and fixed my issues . He even asked me if I wanted lunch while we waited for the power wash truck. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter, my kitchen sink was backed up and at the end of the rope, gave them a call. Call went to the call center and they had the local rep call back in a few minutes. Asked when I needed done and I said as soon as they can get there. They dispatched Jon and he was there within the hour. He was polite and knowledgeable, snaked it out and cleaned up after himself, what else can you ask for. Thanks Mr. Rooter

Tony was great and took care of our issue without causing us any additional stress or expense than necessary. We had two other plumbers come out who indicated the issue was much bigger in scope than it actually was and their estimates were 10x was it actually cost us with Mr Rooter.Tony fully investigated the issue, recommended a first course of action and fortunately that was all that was needed. His professionalism and intention to only do what was necessary to restore us to a fully flowing sewer line was awesome.

I can never say thank you enough for the help I received today!! I had some sewer issues this morning and didnt think Id be able to get help right away but the guys from Mr. Rooter came to my home within the hour, took over, and explained what was going on. They assessed the situation, gave me some not so great news (which was no fault of theirs, blame it solely on these old clay pipes I have in my home).. but did damage control , temporarily stopped the issue, and will be out here to fix the rest on Friday. These three guys were my heros today!! Shout out to Dave, Conrad, and Aaron for walking me through a rough situation. I would recommend Mr. ROOTER TO EVERYONE!

He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate and a time frame of one hour.I had called Mr. Rooter after 9:00 AM and everything was completed before noon.A shut off valve to use during the winter months was also installed. I remembered the billboards advertising $95 drain cleaning special. After replacing a bathroom vanity that had gone unused for a period of time, the water wasn’t draining and I couldn’t get a drain snake in far enough on my own. Called Mr Rooter at 545pm and by 7pm I had a technician Jesse Robert’s arrive. Jesse was polite and professional, had shoe protection on before he even knocked on the door, came in and verified the problem and in a matter of minutes had it cleared and water flowing freely as it should. Super nice guy, I totally expected to get an upsell pitch and a bunch of bs but instead just got good quick service at a great price. 100% happy.
