Been my go to team now for years!Kitchen sink not draining...Josh and Zach came out and fixed it within 24hrs. First class all the way! Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues including remodeling...did my bathroom several years ago. I dont trust this work to anyone else...give them a call!

Have had numerous no hot water issues becoming more frequent with tankless water heater. Unable to contact original plumber for help, unit is 1.5 years old. Called Duncan just moments before their office closed, and I was reassured by a wonderful staff member (owners wife)that a visit would be the very next day. Josh (owner) and his son arrived on time to assess. Josh immediately identified 2 issues of improper installation regarding piping and valves for Natural Gas. Hearing my story, Josh not only located and called the original installation plumber but made arrangements for that plumber to return to my home for proper repairs the next day. Then.....Josh took the time to call the manufacturer and was in direct contact communicating readings with a tech where Josh did an extensive diagnostic test of the entire unit to rule out any other possible issues. Josh did not charge me for any of the above, even though he was working on the unit for well over 1/2hr. This is Customer Service!I highly recommend this company. It reminds me of how business integrity used to be. Everything was cleaned up after service, responsive, friendly office staff, and Josh explained everything in detail regarding my service visit. BTW, the original plumber did show, as scheduled, to make the necessary corrections, as Josh pointed out, loving that hot water again. Thanks, Duncan Plumbing!

I HIGHLY Recommend Duncan Plumbing!!! We had a water leak under our kitchen sink. When I called he told me what to do in the meantime. He came out at scheduled appointment. He called to let me know when he was on his way. He figured out the problem right away, fixed it and showed me that there was no more leaking. I had to call Duncan Plumbing Company on Saturday as it was an emergency. Josh answered the phone and asked a few questions to get a feel of what the problem was. He was so understanding and patient and said he would be out in less than 30 minutes, and he was. We had our sewer back in our basement up late on a Thursday evening. We called Duncan plumbing as we have done before. They talked us through how to stop it from getting worse so that it could drain. Duncan Plumbing was here first thing in the morning on Friday.We had had another company come out Thursday night and they lied to us and said our clay pipes were collapsed and we would need to dig up our whole yard.Josh didn’t believe that they could be that bad and asked us to let him use his camera to check. We are so thankful that he was willing to double check and tell us the truth. Josh was able to put the camera in and make it all the way to the main drain. They worked for 4 hours hydro blasting the pipes until they were spotless and looked brand new! Duncan plumbing cares about their customers and you can trust that they have your best interest at heart. This is how they keep their customers and have created such a reliable business!!! Roughly a little over a year ago I had a sewer back up into my basement and had a neighbor with a snake come over and snake the line and it worked. However, less than a year later had water back up into the basement again. Reached out to Duncan Plumbing and Josh came out with a camera and water jet to inspect. When he put the camera down the sewer line it was amazing how many root balls were still in the line and it made since why we had another back up. Once Josh was done with the jet he showed me my line with the camera again and you could not find a root throughout. Josh was very knowledgeable of the situation and greatly appreciated his work. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the same situation.

After dealing with a slow drain and leaks from the kitchen sink we called Duncan Plumbing. After an extensive investigation it was determined I had a collapsed pipe underneath my sink. They arrived on time and did the whole job in 1 day. This included breaking concrete, replacing a worn old pipe and putting cement down. They were absolutely professional, quick, honest and friendly. Their work was worth every dollar spent. Josh was upfront and honest. His team was great. I will absolutely call them again if needed. Highly recommended.

I recommend that you use Duncan Plumbing. Josh and his family went above and beyond. once we found out the my main was broke inside the house Josh got in contact with my maintenance guys because I live in a condo. We had to get the water company involved and Josh made sure to come out while they were fixing the main outside. once he got the go ahead he was able to replace the main and replace 2 more toilets and fix the third toilet. The also fixed a leaky sink. I cant express how far above and beyond he went. Im a single mom that had no idea where the water main in my condo was but Josh made sure I knew now. He was very thorough throughout the whole process. I wouldnt have even known he had done work because he left everything cleaner then when he arrived. I definitely recommend you to use Duncan Plumbing because I know I will again!!!

I believe the gentleman who made the repairs was named Josh. He resolved the problem and did even more (finished installing my faucet). In addition, Josh educated me on how to make further repairs when in a jam as I am a first time homeowner. Quick service, friendly, and reasonably affordable. My husband deployed recently. Since his deployment the garage door broke and needed to be replaced, the fire alarms have all gone off and Im not tall enough to change the back up batteries with any ladders in this house, one of my curtain rods fell out of the wall and today my dishwasher would not drain. I called for service and instead of charging me for a house call, Duncans talked me through fixing it on my own, staying on the phone with me for 30 minutes and ending the call by saying thank you for your husbands service. I cannot recommend them more and will be using them for any and all problems I may have in the future. Awesome company!

Awesome and trustworthy plumber!We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that was coming down through the recessed light in our kitchen. We had no idea where the leak was coming from. Josh started out by taking the least-invasive way possible to try to troubleshoot where the leak was coming from. We anticipated having to rip out ceiling, destroy our upstairs double vanity, and replace our kitchen flooring. In the end, NONE of that took place...they were able to remove my vanity without destroying the countertop, didnt have to rip out any of my kitchen ceiling, or any of that! At MOST they cut holes in the back of the vanity and they completely replaced the back of it so that you could never tell. This plumber does their best to take the least-invasive route to troubleshoot and fix your plumbing issues to save you time and money in repairs after they leave. They leave everything clean and orderly, and the work they do is definitely quality. Every time Ive needed a plumber Ive always relied on the internet to find me a new one, not really caring if I used the last one that came out. However, now that Ive used Duncan plumbing they will be my go-to for all future concerns (although I hope there arent any...).Thanks, Josh! Its raining, the sump pump is dying, and the sump is overflowing, who are you going to call? I called Duncan plumbing. I talked to a real person on the phone, even though it was a busy time they squeezed me in, and the sump pump was replaced quickly and was better than the previous install - pump, check valve and piping. I couldnt have asked for better. I dont write reviews often but this was such a positive experience (except for the water on the basement floor) that it warranted my effort to post a strong positive endorsement.

Needed them twice the week of July fourth, including on the 4th. Bad leak from burst bathtub faucet drilled hole in ceiling drywall and went through 7 rooms and three floors in our house. Josh came out and figured out how to turn the water off to the tub (had to cut a hole in the wall to access it), and turn our water back on in the house. Also recommended another good company to us, Water Extraction Team, who were just as prompt. Initially when I was frantically turning off all the valves in the basement to stop the leak, I also turned off the gas to the water heater. Dumb, I know. When trying to turn that back on on the 4th, Josh and Jessica walked me through that. No, you have to put your eyes right on the sight glass to see the pilot. I had not realized the pilot was coming on but I could not see it. Thanks guys.
