I recently had a great experience with Doug Hambels Plumbing that started with a neighbors recommendation. I had to replace a 20 year old water heater and was quoted a fair price over the phone. While the plumber was onsite he also helped repair a few issues with my outdoor faucets. The work was top notch with no drama!

I called Doug Hambel Plumbing with an emergency call to repair an underground leak in the main water line coming into my house. The initial tech team were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The specific repair required a specialist, which was dispatched immediately. He analyzed the issue and found the solution to be complicated than initially thought. He resolved it quickly and thoroughly. An inspector for the city was in the area and stopped by for an impromptu inspection. Two thumbs up from the city, and me. I highly recommended Doug Hambel Plumbing.

Doug’s is amazing!! The office staff does great with getting my work scheduled in as quick as they can. The technicians are very knowledgeable and have helped save me hundreds if not thousands of dollars, on multiple occasions, at different properties. They have been able to repair valves and equipment for a fraction of the price over just replacing the items for new costly set ups. Thank you Doug Hambel’s Plumbing. You have a customer for life.

We had a pipe leak under our slab. Mike came out and suggested instead of cutting through the tile and slab (which would be messy and damaging), he could perform a less intrusive repair by sleeving the existing pipe. Mikes suggestion was awesome and it worked great!Vanessa in the office was very helpful with the billing and a pleasure to work with.I highly recommend Doug Hambels plumbing. They are honest and the best around.

Had a pipe burst under my house! Figured I was gonna go into the poor house ! Called Doug hambel plumbing they came out had it fixed in Unger 2 hours ! And at very reasonable price ! I’ve used them for 4 residential plumbing issues: water heater thermistor, main valve replacement, garbage disposal backup, and a water spigot over the last 5 years. I consider them “my plumber”. I’ve had 2 techs for all my repairs. They are highly skilled plumbers in my opinion. I will continue to be loyal to them. However, the techs don’t have the greatest “bedside manner”. They’re not mean, they’re just not pleasant. Their receptionist is really nice, but very inflexible. Given my loyalty to them I’d expect them to give me a break on scheduling or maybe know who I am when I call, but they don’t. Maybe that’s a nit, but I feel giving them all of the business over the years we’d have developed a relationship, but nah. They don’t do estimates or give advice, so if they come to your house, you’re going to pay a $95 service charge. I’ve used another plumber for a faucet issue and was not impressed in comparison. I would highly recommend Doug Hambel’s plumbing for your residential needs. Expect excellent craftsmanship but not so great customer service.

Our realtor recently referred Doug Hambels Plumbing to us for a sink that was not working in our recently purchased condo. Glen was our technician and was AMAZING!!! We were still in the process of getting moved in so it was a little hectic when he was there with other deliveries, etc. Glen stayed focused and professional despite me asking him to take care of another item in the middle of him fixing a leaking pipe. I highly recommend them and will definitely call again for any plumbing needs!

Just purchased a home in Satellite Beach with bad drains and awkward laundry layout in the garage. Doug Hambel is a knowledgeable professional that has the experience and the team to deal with any issue. He inspected the drains with a camera and showed us the issues, discussed our options and provided us with a written estimate. Work was done with minimal delay, stayed on budget and the laundry relocation looks great. Now I am looking at renovating my bathrooms with Doug.

I had to repipe the entire house and got a few estimates from different plumbing companies. Hambel Plumbing sent Mike to provide the estimate and he assured me that the pipes would run through the attic and access points to the lavatory sinks, showers and toilets would be through closets. When Frank and Russell showed up to start the re-pipe, they were not only always professional and punctual, but personable and very hardworking. Because of my interest in home improvements, they explained every step of the process as they went and always had a great attitude, despite the 110 temperature in the attic in June. The office staff was also phenomenal in addressing any invoice or billing questions I had about the invoice. Vanessa and Kimberly, specifically, walked me through the process and were always polite and courteous, even asking about my 10 month in the background. These are all very genuine, hardworking Americans running a family business with pride in work well done.

I had an issue that happened after hours and had to call the only plumbing company that handles after hours issues. The long and the short of it was this, there was an issue he couldnt fix and requested someone else come out in the am. After that customer service with that company went down hill. One of my coworkers gave this companys info and I called them. There was a delay because of power outages from the storm which was understandable. Gave them a call when I found out they had power and they came out and fixed the problem that left us without running water for over a week in 5 minutes. Hands down best plumbing company I have ever dealt with and they now have a customer for life.
