I found severe corrosion on my water heater on Friday. Called customer service and they said they could have a tech out to my place first thing Monday morning. Based on the description of the corrosion, James and Dan showed up with an anticipated replacement part in hand. However, because of the severity of the corrosion, it was a full water heater replacement. Having the part in hand, James was able to clearly explain why it was a water heater replacement (the corrosion went down into the tank on the inlet line). They were able to get a new tank and install same day. They were very prompt and professional. James informed me of other issues he found along the way and offered recommendations to correct the issues. I appreciate the professionalism gents. Thanks H&H.

They helped me change from an electric tank to natural gas exterior tankless hot water heater. First time for me but Alex and Dave made it seem easy. Had to manage electrician and gas company turning on service. Very smooth transition and now unlimited hot water! Very professional,, no billing surprises.

Professional and timely service! We had a pipe burst late in the evening and called multiple companies who claimed to offer 24hr emergency service but kept getting told no one was available, thankfully H&H answered and showed up at our house within a half hour. The plumber was able to immediately identify the issue, informed us what he would be doing to repair it, gave us a price and had it all repaired quickly. We were so thankful to not have to go an entire night and morning without water!We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

I have used H&H every since I fired Freedom Air & Plumbing for their stupid intake policies. This time I called them to help me move a refrigerator and complete the hookup for the ice maker. They will always be my go-to. They return my phone calls and are delightfully responsive. The technicians were FAST and suffered in the heat under the house. Unbelievable!!! I had to replace all my old PEX with yellow brass fittings because they were corroded. H&H gave me the best price. John and Jason worked very hard and did an outstanding job. They were both very professional and courteous. The City of Palm Bay passed the inspection on the first pass! Great job guys. H&H plumbing is a first rate company. They did what they said they would do and were on time.

We had a pipe break over the weekend and were without water, every other company we called was short staffed (likely story on Superbowl Sunday)... H&H had a service tech out in less than 15 minutes AND had the issue fixed in an hour. Did a fantastic job and didnt overcharge me. 100% recommend! Avoid Mr. Rooter/Roto-rooter - they promised to show up, confirmed the appointment with dispatch several times, then called me 2 hours AFTER the appointment time to cancel. We can come out tomorrow! does NOT work when you have children and pets with NO water.

I work for a property management company, I have used H&H numerous times and have never had any issues.If I recommend any service company and they dont do well,I WILL hear about it. Most recently,an elderly lady fell and had to get a comfort height toilet, they sent their guy the same day. She is still talking to the neighbors about how quickly they arrived and the quality of the work. I wont use any other plumber.

Woke up this AM to one of the worst things, sewage backing up in my showers, GROSS. Called a plumbing company that we had out here last week (not naming names) who were great, but couldn’t get to my home until WEDNESDAY 😖. Called H&H and they seemed to understand that this was an emergency, said they would have some guys out between 2-4pm. Jamey and his co-worker (I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name) showed up at 2 and got started immediately! Worked it out in a timely fashion, showed me an issue with my roof (thanks again, because it’s literally brand new), and sent them on their way with a couple Dr. Peppers. Thank you again for coming out same day!

Jamey and Marcus were sent to repair my water leak. They were on-time, and very professional. They explained to me what needed to be done and went right to work. They didnt stand around and waste time. When I asked about installing a faucet they didnt make a big deal about me adding something else to the original repair. I feel the price I paid was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and they were very easy to work with. I will call H& H again for any plumbing issues I have and I will request they send Jamey and Marcus because they did an excellent job.

I needed a re pipe in my 1961 home. I called several plumbers, most didnt want to do it because it has a lot of challenges being a 2 story house. H&H came out, and confidently provided a competitive bid. When the plumber assigned to the job showed up the next day to review the job we discussed all issues and options and he was confidently ready to go. Three men showed up for the next 3 days and 2 men came on the final day to complete the job. The job took 4 days. All were professional, knowledgeable and worked very hard to complete the job. Re pipe is expensive but worth it, get the right plumbers and its just a construction thing. H&H did a great job, I highly recommend them.

We hired H&H Plumbing for a cast iron removal and complete house re-plumb. They did an amazing job.They provided a realistic estimate and set expectations accordingly with what we were facing, which was a big job on a house built in the 1960s. Every step of the way, they were reasonable, fair, and quick to respond. Ill never hire a different plumber. H&H Plumbing is highly recommended. They get the job done right, efficiently and at a reasonable price.

Very professional I needed an 80 gallon solar hot water tank replaced I called the original co tractor who installed my solar hot water and pool heater I never got a call back from them but H&H called me right back after they checked to see if they could get the tank showed up early next morning spent most of the day working got th ed job done for what I was quoted the 2 men where very professional and k ew there stuff if I ever need a.plumber again you can be sure I will use H&H plumbing again
