    Josh showed up on time and provided me with an estimate. He did leave for a couple hours and I wasnt sure if he was coming back but he did return and went to work installing my new faucets. After a couple hours the new faucets were installed and Im very happy with the installation and the faucets. Josh was very polite and personable.

    So, first our water heater went out on Friday, and we tried one other company before I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Im a USMC fully disabled veteran, and Josh and the staff from the office treated me with utmost respect from the start. If I could give 10 plus stars to the tech and staff here at Benjamin Franklin I would.They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me, being disabled and on a limited budget, Josh and the staff were able to assist me get a new water heater installed all on the same day. They were kind, cordial and caring considering my situation and financial status. I will recommend this company because of a great many things, but to me what they did was a Christmas miracle! Blessed be those who take care of their fellow man.I will not use another company for any of my household services. I cant thank them enough for what they did to help. Josh, thank you so much.

    Josh arrived much sooner than I expected. Nothing wrong with that. He was polite, listened carefully to my explanation of the plumbing issue. Josh then inspected on his own. He gave me an estimate. I was not prepared for the price he quoted. The quote was the only sour point in this endeavor.

    Joe arrived within the promised timeframe. He introduced himself and I showed him the worked Id like performed. He gave me a reasonable job estimate and we agreed to have the work done. All of the three tasks I wanted done were completed within 1.5 hours. The finished jobs were impressive looking. There was no litter, dirt or other mess left remaining. The only thing that could not be completed was the dry wall replacement behind my washing machine which was not within his expertise.Joe was efficient, meticulous and professional. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs.

    We just bought a new house and had a number of shut off valves, supply lines, etc that were corroded or missing. Justin arrived and looked over the entire house pointing out which fixtures were a problem and which ones were ok. He gave us the pricing options and we had the work done right away. We felt he did a very professional and fair job. It wasnā€™t like he was just trying to upsell us for services we did not need. I would definitely recommend the company.     While my electrician was here checking breakers in the laundry room, I noticed a musty, damp water smell as soon as I opened the door. I ran and checked the pan to my hot water tank and sure enough it had water over flowing! I freaked. My electrician recommended Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to me. I gave the ok, electrician called them on the spot! Joe called and text right away and was at my house by 2 pm!!! Impressive!!! He checked everything out, and sure enough it had to be replaced. Joe knows his job! Totally professional, Totally knowledgeable, 100% upfront honest, gave me several options to work with, that worked in my budget, has a warranty and will call to remind me to have my maintenance done on it when the time comes! (IDK HOT water tanks needed maintenance every year...if I did, the old tank may have lasted a few more years...learn something new everyday) and within 2 hours...presto...everything fixed and running!!! So thankful for how the timung worked out for me!Thank you Joe. You are a rock star!!!I highly highly recommend this company!!! I could not have had a better experience with this emergency!!! Easy, stress-free and professional installed!!!

    Ben Franklin plumbing is smart, they give free estimates and have hot water heaters on their truck. But the over the top service was outstanding. Ask for, ā€œ Greg Brett ā€œ, he put in a new water heater, no problem. Other companies were frustrating. Mr.Bretz was so helpful informative and promptly took on the task with great skill. I was so pleased and confident in his work, I had him do several other jobs that needed to be done. I am a happy customer.

    Our dealings with Benjamin Franklin was great. Plumber Josh Dirette was personable, professional and thorough. He thoroughly explained the blocked drainage issue with us after he did an inspection of the lines. It turned out not be a blocked drain, instead it was a full septic tank with increased volume possible due to the excess water from the recent hurricanes. We were only charged the required service fee. Thank you Josh, greatly appreciated.

    Our experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing and their technician has been nothing but positive. Josh is very professional and explains everything heā€™s going to do and why.     Called Ben Franklin Plumbing for problem with toilet. Paul and Wes were here within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the problem and gave us options. We decided on a new toilet. They returned with new toilet, and installed it in a short time. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. They left everything spotless and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them. Absolutely five stars!

    I had a total house pipe replacement . That was done on or about July 30 th. Its now Oct 10 th and I am still waiting for someone to contact me about my final inspection. Ive called no response. Would never ever recommend this company . No communication, left my house a disaster with dry wall pieces all over my house . Dry wall dust everywhere they started a vacuum with no filter in it so dust went literally everywhere. It took my husband and myself 4 days to clean the mess . Upon looking at their work . The pipes were laid nilly willy in the attic. No rhyme or reason , some pipes are not hidden in the walls as they shoukd be . Looks like an amateur did this . DisgustedI have to change my review to 5 stars. Upon seeing my post , Manager Chris Tyson called me and wanted to make things right . He was attentive, listening to my issues.A few days later this convoy of trucks pulled up and Justin ,Josh and Wess worked tirelessly all day fixing my problems. They were quick to notice the issues I had and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving .I talked with Chris the next business day and confirmed that everything is great now.Thank you guys for all you did . I appreciate you all.After seeing how much they care anout customer relations, I have no problem recommending them and will surely use them again if neededI would have taken down my first review but I wanted others to see my issues and also see that there are some companies that do care enough about customer service .     I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing company to obtain a quote replacing my current water softener as I thought that there was something clearly wrong with the system. Upon the techs arrival, he informed me that the systems needs to be serviced which may explain the issues I am experiencing. He could have easily provided me a quote to replace an equipment that didnt warrant replacement but instead he was very upfront and honest!! Should I ever need any plumbing services in the future, I will definitely give them a call because of their professionalism and integrity.

    Sean came down from Daytona and with Joshua repaired, disengaged and installed what I needed to have hot water in my house. I have not had hot water for weeks; on July 30 I paid and had a new high dollar hot water heater installed. Immediately upon turning on the hot water heater I was dismayed to find no hot water. And there the difficult journey begins. I still have tasks remaining, but I can now shower in comfort. My thanks to Sean and Joshua. My chagrin to Paul and Chris who have much to explain upon their return to work. It appears they are out of position for an undetermined time due to illnesses. Leaving a customer in distress with only promises is NEVER a good idea, which they did on Thursday, August 9th, with a promise to be here on Monday, then fell ill during the week-end.

    Paul and Sam arrived earlier than expected and promptly identified the issue - other workers had left a faucet open, causing the short cycling of the pump. They efficiently resolved the issue.However, there were further complications.The water heater was failing and required replacement.Although it was costly, it came with an exceptional warranty. He also pointed out the rust in the kitchen faucet caused by the well water.Since I had to change the garbage disposal and needed to install one. I changed everything and installed an RO system that I had previously bought.I am very content with the installation.Paul and Sam did a heck of a good job.

    Had a new exterior faucet installed. Cost was, in my opinion, inflated for cutting out a piece of drywall. We were charged $700 + for a generic Benjamin Franklin fee (apart from the cost of the actual parts, labor and installation) stating area of access was difficult or wet or high. Access was none of those things. In fact, it took less than a minute to cut the drywall to access the cold water pipes. Our technician said there was plenty of room and he was pleasantly surprised with the ease of access. Noticed an issue a few days later and Joe Pugliese, our technican, called and insisted on coming out right away, after hours, to fix the issue. Appreciated his integrity, knowledge and customer service focus. I would highly recommend Joe Pugliese.

    We did not have a plumber that we had used in the past. We had used Benjamin Franklin plumbing in the past For installation of a water heater and a hook up for a natural gas grill and was extremely happy with the job they did for us. This was a yearly inspection, and Greg discovered that I had a leak in my gas line. he was able to repair it and the line looks better than the original. Extremely happy with Greg. You wonā€™t be disappointed.

    Joseph and his partner were very professional and very helpful! We thought we had a leak under the foundation of our house and that wasnā€™t the case at all. I felt like they went above and beyond to look for what it was and fixed the real problem right away. While they were here we also told them we didnā€™t have hot water in our guest bathroom, and they also fixed that right away. I thought they would have wanted to schedule that service separately since we didnā€™t plan on letting them know about the second problem but they fixed it right away.     They came out on labor day checked to find where the leak was. I had another plumbing company out on Saturday found one leak told me they would come back Tuesday to fix it and that all my plumbing needed to be replace. So Benjamin plumbing call me came out on labor day found a second leak inside the house that the first company didnt find came back the next day replaced all the plumbing in house in one day. Cleaned up any mess that they made.

    Prompt response to my request. Chris arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and evaluation of the plumbing in the bathroom, kitchen and under the house. I had asked for his honest opinion and was very pleased when he told me that he didnt think I needed a complete replacement of the piping and fixtures at this time. His estimate of the cost to do the job was a few hundred dollars less than another estimate I had received from a different local plumber. I was happy with his honesty, good nature, polite yet friendly demeanor and would be happy to call him in the future for any plumbing job. Thank you Chris.

    Sky was great today ! He explained everything to me and give me a chance to ask questions and he was a total pro!
