I appreciated their willingness to follow up and make an effort to correct their work.The plumber was nice, but they charged $395 for 1 hour of work and left a mess at the job site.

A few days ago I was having issues with my toilet and they sent someone out the same day (I believe his name was Joey) they gave me a 3 hour time window and he was here on the first hour and had everything on hand and was in and out in less than 20 minutes!On Sunday, I had issues with my water boiler, they are the first ones I called, even though they couldn’t have someone here until today (Tuesday) I received a phone call on Monday to check in on the issue and was given advice on what to do in the meantime. On Tuesday, they gave me a 3 hour time window as well, and (I’m not sure of his name) he also was here on the first hour, and was in and out in less than an hour.Everyone I spoke with from this company is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The pricing is also very reasonable and they have the lowest rates. I paid $1,500 less than what Mr. Rooter wanted to charge me.I’ll never even think about calling another plumbing company. Thank you guys so much for your service!Edit 9/5 ** Joey had to come by again, he was sufficient, understanding, knowledgeable and was in and out! My family and I appreciate him every time

Larry came out today to fix our broken spigot. We’d snapped it off while trying to wash our cars the day after Thanksgiving. 1-Tom Plumber was great when I called and gave me a few different options for scheduling. Larry arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment time, explained what needed to be done, provided us with a quote, completed the repair and was on his way in less than an hour. This is the 2nd time we’ve used 1-Tom and we wouldn’t hesitate to call again. Great service!

We needed help installing a reverse osmosis filtration system under our kitchen sink. We didnt have to wait more than a day to get an appointment. Edward was fantastic! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, showed up on time. Will request him every time we need a plumber. Id also like to add that our experience with 1- Tom as a company was also 5 star! They are very up front and honest about pricing. The final price was in range with the estimate we received on the phone. There was communication every step of the way and no hidden charges at the end. All around a very positive experience.

I highly recommend this company Alex was very detailed and got the job done perfectly! We needed new plumbing for our kitchen sink and knew I had a mold allergy he went out of his way to replaced all of the plumbing and fixtures so there is no leaks and our new sink and faucet is in perfect working order. Larry came to our house on a Saturday and was very informative about what our problem was after diagnosing pretty quickly which turned out to be the gas company installing new gas lines busted our sewage pipe. Larry gave us pics of the broken pipe from under ground scope and gas company agreed to repair. He was very informative and great to work with. We were very happy.

My experience with 1-Tom-Plumber has been truly exceptional! We had a bit of a project that started with an emergency call on a holiday. I had the pleasure of working with Sean that day, I was all out of sorts as I know nothing about plumbing. Sean put my worries aside. He was professional, friendly and efficient in fixing our emergency. We then had Sean come back a few days later to give us a quote for a re-plumbing project and we got scheduled within 2 days! I then had the pleasure of working with Sean again, along with Brennan and Anthony that day. They were all so professional and kept me in the loop the entire time, which I certainly appreciated. Anthony assisted Sean and Brennan from inside our residence, while they were underneath doing the re-plumbing. Anthony was courteous and respectful within our home, and answered any questions I had while they were working.We then had another plumbing issue that was unrelated to the re-plumbing work, and Harold came out on a Friday. Harold was so meticulous and detailed in diagnosing what our plumbing problem could be caused by. He was able to provide us with a temporary solution until our next appointment to resolve the issue. Again, Harold was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It showed that he wanted to make sure we were squared away for the weekend before he left our residence.Now for the next project: Ed came out with a welcoming handshake and friendly smile. He explained the work that they were going to do in detail and kept me informed throughout the process. Anthony was along for this project as well, so it was nice to see a familiar face.Im never one to write reviews. I’ve also called the office to relay my gratitude and appreciation for the technicians that have helped us out. The office staff is wonderful, Michelle and Jessica provided great customer service! Two thumbs up and 5 stars! I highly recommend this company.

OMG coming home to water pouring out of garage. Water heater dry, washing machine not leaking and I’m leaving tomorrow. I called a couple of local plumbers and was told they could come Monday. That’s way too much for dog sitter to handle. I called Tom’s. The lady who answered the phone showed compassion and wrote down problem and said I would get a tech today. He arrived 2 hours later did through diagnostic and said no problem. Cut a hold in the wall, replaced copper pipes. Cleaned all the mess. I have a load of laundry going and going on a cruise with no worries. Thank you Matt Your a God send.

Excellent work done by Sean! He diagnosed our water softner issue and helped us determine it was time to replace the unit. Our original unit was from The Waterman and was out of warranty. Since that company couldnt make it out for a week, it was time to move on. So glad we contacted 1-TOM-PLUMBER! They worked quickly to acquire our new unit from another supplier and installed it within 24hrs of our original call to them. Sean is a very polite, informative and hardworking technician. I didnt know how to shut my water off, the valves didnt seem to help. Michelle advised me to take photos and she or the technician would call me back. This was 4th July holiday weekend. I was immediately put on the emergency service list just in case. I recieved the call and was instructed to easily shut my water off by pressing the bi-pass button on the pvc of the water softener unit. I was told the unit was older and the part would take at least a couple weeks. Or they recommended a new bi-pass and could come out on Monday. This allowed me to wait until after the holiday and save me Xtra $$ by taking me off the emergency service list! Monday arrived and the water softener unit was removed by the technician and a new bi-pass was installed. The technician Sean was professional and communicative. He was quick & responsive. I would highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber!

I cant say enough good about our experience with 1-Tom-Plumber and Joey Ghelarducci. On Sunday we had our shower drains back up and our toilets overflow. We called 1-Tom and Joey was out within 3 hrs on a Sunday! He was very knowledgeable and found the problem right away. He showed us what was going on with the camera and got the problem fixed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He is exactly who you would want to work for you and represent your company. I never leave reviews but this time I had to make an exception.
