I want to recommend EE&G Restoration Melbourne Water Damage, Fire damage, mold remediation & removal. I was really not sure who to call and I was also afraid of covid 19, I called them and they came and it was the best choice they were very friendly, respectful, and complying with all security measures. I had problems with mold in my room and luckily they did an impeccable job and left everything like new. I am grateful and I recommend them

We hired EE&G Restoration to help my us recover from Hurricane Irma. Our facilities had some major damage and had taken on a lot of rain water. Our experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding. They were professional, experienced, honest and most of all timely. They delivered on their promises and made sure the job was completed on time and within their estimates. I truly appreciate their efforts in getting our hotels back in business as soon as possible and making sure that we are in excellent shape to reopen our doors for business. They worked hard and were very fair in their charges. All the mangers and employees that I have had any dealings with were most helpful and professional. Thank you for all the help when we needed it.

Water was coming out of the ceiling of my room. I really thought the worst, I calledEE&G Restoration Melbourne Water Damage, Fire Damage, Mold Remediation & Removal, and they came right away. They helped me with the insurance and I cant stop mentioning the girl who answered the phone, she told me what I should do while they arrived and she gave me all the information, really very kind everyone. I rate them 5 stars because the service is the best and of quality.

I would absolutely hire this company again. I had water damage in my bathroom coming in from the ceiling due to a broken irrigation head and water going in the soffit. It was very upsetting to see this happen to my new home. at the beginning I googled for companies that would cover all jobs that would be involved and this one did not show up on my google search. After searching for an extended period and calling many companies, I settled for 1 company that would do the ceilings and wall (the ceiling and wall company claimed that they are also restoration) , and another to do the ceramic install. the ceramic installers found water behind the tiles and stopped all work and asked that I contact a company to put dehumidifier and install insulation because they did not have that capability to do that type of work. Again I searched and called many companies and they didnt want the small job. In my search I found EE&G Melbourne and they were a life saver. they were willing to do the small job and did an amazing job. My experience was a pleasant one from beginning to end. Chelsea came out to access the issues and was very professional and courteous. I explained to her that I needed the job done right away to get my sick sister back home. Chelsea came out on a Wednesday and the job was done that Saturday. The guys that did the work were courteous and did an excellent job. When they left I saw a small stain on the floor that I wasnt able to clean up no matter how much solution and mopping I did. I contacted the office manager Sherry and told her of the issue, and asked her what solution can be used to lift up the stain. She said the guys will be back the next day to clean it up. Sure enough they were here at exactly the time Sherry said they would be, they took the time to clean up and the stain was removed. Thank you EE&G for doing this small job, it was a pleasure working with your company from beginning to end.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Adam Shehata…. I have an active leak in my roof that was causing my guest room to become soaked from the ceiling to the floors. Adam came to the rescue!!! He was extremely kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. With everything going on he was the one that educated me the most on the entire process of roof leaks, etc. He also supplied resources available to me since my insurance company denied my claim. He truly went above and beyond! Thx Adam!

Two men from EE& G Restoration showed up at my mothers house within a few hours of a freak hail storm in Indialantic , Florida on March 27th, 2019. Raymond and Fernando. They were both extremly polite to me and my elderly mother. They got to work immeadiately after surveying the damage. You could tell right away they knew what they were doing and didn’t waste any time getting the job done. The big front jalousey windows glass broke and there were gigantic pieces of broken glass that fell out of the window and the cold air was blowing through. They were extremely efficient and did not harm anything around them while they set up sawhorses outside the window and proceeded to cut wood planks to size the window. The technique they used to board up the windows was something I have never seen. They sandwiched the window with the wood on the outside of the window frame, and then put 2-32x 4’s across the inside of the window(against the interior wall, on the inside of the house), and then drilled hole in the wood first, so they could screw very large 1/2” threaded rods from the outside and through the broken paynes of glass and into the 2x4’s on the inside of the house that were up against the walls. It was extremely secure and I think it would hold up during a strong hurricane! Everything was precise and clean and exact. They did not act irritable like a lot of construction people like when they are working on a tedious job like this. They came to us every step of the way telling us what they were going to do next and why and if we had questions and also if we agreed to what they wanted to do. Just incredible! Then a few days later I called their boss Dave, I think the owner of the company or manager, and he spent time on the phone and was super nice, knowledgeable and kind.I wish so much that all the construction related companies had people like this! It was a traumatizing day going through that hail storm , but by the end of the day we felt better because of the great job they did and also all the kindness. Thanks to all of them for being so respectful to my elderly mother! Will definitely be highly recommending this company whenever possible! Oh and Chelsea the Field Tech was also extremely kind and efficient!Thanks again to all of you!

EE&G saved my house, I went to spend a few days where my mother and when I arrived one of the walls had a very strange color and smell and I did not know it was my neighbor, they recommended that I call EE&G and they helped me and solved the problem, I had A leak in the wall but luckily they solved it quickly. I recommend them are super punctual and responsible.

Without EE&G, especially Doug, we would have been in serious MOLD trouble. Irma killed our AC and then the enemy, MOLD, came with a vengeance in the shuttered dark and dank of a Cocoa Beach condo. We were in Maryland, but Doug and Co. came and killed all the dreaded MOLD PEOPLES and cleaned the entire condo. Now we are normal, well, for us at least.
