Many thanks to Burton Plumbing who sent Jake and Cam to correct my backed up toilets situation.They snaked it until they found a clog, broke through the clog and cleared the line, and then went another 20 feet to make sure there was no other issues. Ran water through it for 10 or 15 minutes and flushed both toilets several times and ran both bathtubs wide-open and the sinks, too. So they ran clear water through it and there were no issues.Two days later there was another clog. Both bathrooms were backed up again.Jake and Cam came out again and ran a snake in all the way and could not clear the clog. They got a longer snake and were able to break through whatever was clogging the line up and flushed it out.Then they put a camera in and followed it out all the way to the front yard where they located it, because they could no longer push it.Then they put the camera into a clean-out on the back porch and pushed it all the way to the city manhole out in the street. I was able to watch the whole process, and I was pleased to see that there were no obstructions. The camera allowed me to see the whole drain line.Jake and Cam were very professional and were considerate of my home and family.I’m happy to give them five stars for their work. Great job !!!

I noticed this afternoon that my water heater was leaking. I contacted Burton Plumbing and they were able to no only obtain a 50 gal. Gas water heater but also came the same afternoon to install the unit. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased for the response and professionalism from the office staff ( Jennifer) as well as the installation technicians (Teague, Chris and Jake). Should I be asked for a good plumber, I would absolutely recommend Burton Plumbing.

This husband and wife team are the best plumbers I have ever come across. Teague is hard working, honest and will tell you like it is. They spent most of the Saturday at my home moving a toilet flange, toilet supply line and adding a new flange in the second bathroom. They were lovely people, so nice to be around. Overall, a fantastic experience. I had issues with my hot water heater on a Saturday. Burton (Teague) came out to check it out. It ended up not being an issue and I was not charged for the service call. I decided to change out the heater and got 4 quotes. Burton was the lowest by far and that included a quote with the exact same replacement water heater. They came at their appointed time, replaced the heater in an amazingly short time, and left the work area spotless. Both Teague and Nick were knowledgeable and professional.

Woke up to find an issue with the main drain in the house. Water was backing up on the shower and out from underneath one of the toilets. I called Burton plumbing and the young woman was very helpful. She wanted to get ahold of Teague to see if he had room in his schedule to fit us in.They were so great to get me in on the same day and they worked until they located the problem, had to replace a discounted drain line of to the side of my house and made sure there were no other issues.They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was complete and were always very courteous during the process.I would recommend them highly and they will be my go to plumber going forward.

They were coming to give me an estimate for other issues and they fixed our spigot while they were here. They are so professional and friendly! I am so glad I called them again.

Fantastic plumber for repipe! I called to inquire about a repipe for my home. Teague came out and provided a qoute that was better than 4 other plumbers. He even came back the next day with another guy from his team to plan the best approach to minimize cutting holes and causing damage. The team came out as scheduled and worked for 4 days straight to complete the job. He only uses PEX A pipe and the work was phenomenal. Teague prides himself on being fair. So if you need a repipe, you won’t get better quality work for the price than Burton plumbing.
