Aladdin’s Magic AC offers superior services and expertise. I’ve had a couple poor experiences with two other companies. Both times with other companies, my unit stopped working again after a couple months. I was pretty fed up dealing with AC that was sporadic and didn’t cool my house as well as I wanted. After calling Aladdin’s, they gave me a good estimate for a new part, and it was installed promptly. It’s been 9 months since using Aladdin’s Magic AC and I haven’t had any problems whatsoever.The customer service was also great. The person who came out to my house was personable and professional, and the man I spoke to on the phone was helpful. I just wish I’d called Aladdin’s sooner! I highly recommend them for their AC services if you’re looking for fairly-priced, expert work from technicians who will go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied.

Aladdins Magic AC did a great Job!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacing or repairing. I had Aladdins Magic AC out to service our equipment. I just did not feel that the machine was cooling our house enough. The technician was professional in both his appearance, and his demeanor. He quickly diagnosed that I would benefit from changing the filter more often, and then did what he called an acid wash of the coils. Apparently changing your filter timely does a great deal to extend the life of your unit and insure your unit operates at its best. Well we had a lot of gunk he showed me when he was done in our coil. Now our house is cool and comfortable. Great Job Aladdins Magic AC!

Unfortunately, I needed a new ac unit and was dreading the heat that was about to flood my house. However, Aladdins Magic came out, evaluated what I had at the time, and said that they could come back out within a week for installation of a new unit. Everything they said was true and the job was done perfectly! The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. They explained the components to preventing failure, maintainence and when check ups are due. Id definitely recommend them to anyone!

Great Company! Reliable, ON Time!! We used them the examine why our unit was not cooling. they did a great job. My husband thinks he knows how to fix things. Well I tell you, He Dont. I called the guys at Aladdins Magic, and wow, great response time, and they fixed our issues. All it needed was TLC. My husband had not idea. The Tech cleaned our unit, changed the filter, and wa la! I called Aladdin Magic Plumbing this morning because my water heater went out. The young lady who answered the phone was very sweet, helpful, and professional. She called me right back telling me Adam was on his way over. Adam was professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and informative. I opted to get a new water heater. Joey brought the new water heater and installed it. Joey was professional, friendly, kind and helpful. This was all done today with no waiting forever for someone to come out. Everyone had great personalities and made this fun instead of a chore. This was an extremely positive experience. I highly recommend them. I will definitely call them again with future needs.

Best air conditioner and plumbing company! They are honest, come out immediately, are friendly... cant say enough good things about them. I have used them exclusively for the past 20 years, and they always took care of my problems. I highly recommend them.

Ive used this company twice now within a year, and this is twice that ive been blown away with their swiftness and customer service. Ive had both a slab leak and water heater go, and both of these issues were resolved by them within 24-48 hours of me contacting them. Everyone ive spoken to on their staff is friendly and professional, and they are my go to for any plumbing or air problems i experience.Thanks!Edit: They closed in 2019

I am a tough reviewer, but Aladdins gets a 5 STAR rating from me. Ive lived in Brevard since 1964 so keenly know the good vs bad contractors. Add Aladdins Magic Plumbing to your list of reliable contractors. Matt and Austin are fantastic plumbers and the office staff is wonderful.

Unfortunately, we had a hot water leak at our home. We called Aladdin’s Magic Plumbing to have it repaired and cannot be more satisfied with the job. When we first noticed the problem and attempted to contact plumbers, we were unsure of who was reliable and who was not. We were so fortunate to choose this company as the job was done exactly as expected. Matthew and Will came to the house, on time (with notice from the office ahead of time) and completed the job in a timely manner. Matthew had come the day previously to assess the problem and was able to go over the repair options in detail with us. He did a thorough job of explaining what was needed and was honest about which option was best (not the most expensive). On the day of the repair, they were able to fix the leak under the concrete slab after pinpointing the leak (within an inch!) as to not have excess tile removed. They kept a clean workspace throughout and triple checked their work before leaving.It was evident that this company has been operating in this area for decades. Their expertise and ability to communicate with the homeowner was remarkable. We will definitely choose this company again for any future needs and highly recommend them to anybody in need of a plumber!

I have a rental property in Melbourne that the AC Stopped working. I Called the guys from Aladdin’s Magic AC, to get an estimate. Well the prices sounded good, so I selected them from several calls to other AC guys I called. They were nice enough on the phone and all. Well the tech showed up as expected, and began to diagnose the problem. I was thinking, it’s an old unit, it’s a rental, and probably wore out. Was I surprised to find out it was, for the most part, ok. All it needed was a capacitor thingy. Not sure exactly what that is. Shoot they could have said new unit, and I would not have known the difference. Well he was done pretty quickly, and very affordable. The unit is now back up and running! I recommend them to anyone that needs AC Work!
