    Sewell Plumbing Services did an outstanding job for a reasonable price installing my new electric water heater. Jared the technician was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Travis whos the owner was very accommodating who had allowed me to renegotiate the price for what I wanted.     First I received a call from The Sewell office that confirmed the appointment and reviewed what I needed to have completed. Bryan called 1/2 hr before the appointment to inform me he was on the way and gave me his estimated arrival.Bryan was very pleasant and understood exactly what I needed to have done. He gave me a reasonable estimate and I was pleased to have him get started. He explained to me what and how he was going to have it repaired and hen went to it. In a short time he was able to complete the job to my satisfaction. I was very pleased and I told him I would have to call him when I have the next two outside faucets replaced. I’m very impressed with him.

    I have had several different members of the Sewell Plumbing team at my home on different occasions for various plumbing issues and also for my gas fireplace. My tenants in Texas had an emergency as the 21 year old water heater needed to be replaced and brought up to code.I found Sewell on Angies List here in California and they were quick to respond.     I am amazed at the service we received from Sewell Plumbing! We had multiple plumbers out for our water heater and none of them felt completely trustworthy until I called Sewell.     We had an excellent experience with Sewell Plumbing. Someone recommended Travis and him and his team dis not disappoint. Very good communication and patience.     My bathroom sink became clogged on Friday morning and I called around to several plumbing companies in the area. They all told me that they could not get anyone out until Monday afternoon. When I called Travis at Sewell, he immediately took a customer-centric approach and said let me see what I can do to get you some help today. He called me back in less than 5 minutes and said he would one of his professionals to swing by my house as soon as he was done with his current job. Brayan arrived at my house in the afternoon on Friday after his shift had ended for the day. He was very friendly and professional and fixed the problem right away. He also explained the issue causing the clog and made recommendations to prevent future reoccurrence.Sewell Plumbing is definitely my go to plumbing partner from now on.EC

The owner Travis was very friendly and talked us through the process, he even stopped by our home multiple times through the installation to check on the progress.     Sewell arrived on time. Explained prior to arrival the no cost evaluation. Once on site i shared details of where I saw a shower leak. The water was running from the connection at the wall for the showerhead. Although it wasn’t running when the technician ( who was amazing ) showed up, he quickly removed the covering turned on the shower and could see the water just flowing between the hardi board and the sheet rock. Then he told me oh I think I have a quick fix which he did. Sewell plumbing is amazing. They don’t look for ways to inflate your bill, instead they explore the most economical solutions to your problems and then they repair them quickly. I have Sewell on speed dial. They saved me $600.

    I highly recommend Sewell. We were having issues with fluctuating water pressure and pipes banging as our washing machine filled. The city measured at 100psi (city does this as a free service to its customers) and said it was likely a bad PRV. Sewell diagnosed as a bad PRV and thoroughly explained why it was causing the issues and replaced. They also replaced and calibrated our Expansion Tank to match our home’s pressure set on the PRV. I obtained several estimates and Sewell’s price most fairly represented the time and materials involved.

    Our garbage disposal started leaking, saw great reviews for Sewell and they were local. Phone was answered quickly and the gentleman who helped was pleasant, appointment availability was very quick. Appointment was confirmed by text and on day of appointment I received an arrival notification. My husband attended the appointment and said the guys did a great job were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The price was reasonable too. Will use them again for sure. Another good thing they already had a new garbage disposal to replace the broken one😊

    Brayan educates me every time he comes over. He has a good heart and is excellent at teaching me on what he is doing and why. Plus he is a great salesman. While he was repairing a shower handle he asked me to also let him look at the water heater...and surprise this 12 year old needs to be replaced!!! 😆Brayan and Bryan today installed and updated equipment in 3 toilets. When they were done they did several tests to make sure of no leaks. Great work! Thank you Sewell!

Since I was able to turn off water and identify problem I told him Saturday morning would be fine. Showed up first thing and had it fixed within two hours.     Travis and his team is a model of professionalism. He worked on our previous home shower system where changed out the lines in order to help increase the pressure. He has also replaced our kitchen sink faucet. He did an excellent job on these jobs. Most recently he worked on fixing a leak in the main line coming from the city’s line on our new house in Frisco. He came on time and gave us his recommendations on the best way to fix it. After fixing it, a couple of weeks later he came back without hesitation due to another leak in the same area. He was able to diagnosed the problem and let us know that it was the city’s meter that was leaking. He was honest and able to save us cost. He is the only pluming company I will go to due to his work ethic and guarantee that his work will be done the right way EVERY TIME.

    Jared Vaughn was my plumbers name. Arrived on time and had a very professional attitude. I was impressed with his attention as he accessed the problem and went straight to work. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and answered all my questions. I was amazed that there is a Plumbing company out there that has employees that seem to truly care about the customer. I will definitely call them if work is needed. I will also recommend that you ask for Jared Vaughn if at all possible. I rate this company above a 5 star; a 10 star would be more appropriate. You cant go wrong with this company

    Sewell Plumbing replaced both of my water heaters the very next day. They also re-engineered the way hot water was delivered to my house to give us greater resiliency in the future. They did all of this at nearly 40% of the cost of some of these others that advertise on the local radio and tv.
