Our experience with Ben Franklin is always outstanding. Our recent experience with Howard was well beyond 5 stars. We had an issue with a new gas range and not only did he move our gas line and find a leak, he helped us secure a brick mason that was part of moving the gas line. Patient, professional, friendly. Ben Franklin responded quickly to my request for plumbing service with plumber arriving within an hour of the call. Howard Nobles was outstanding. He corrected the problem quickly, careful of the area around the issue. He also identified another issue that a part had to be ordered for. Hopefully he will be the one to install part when it comes in. Howard was great! An excellent representative for Ben Franklin.New part arrived & Howard was the tech to install it. To make everything mesh properly, Howard took his time, explained what was being done & completed the job perfectly. Totally satisfied with a job well done. We had a water leak at 4:30 AM with flooding in half of our house. We thought that having service with Baker Brothers for so many years that they’d come through for us. Because of that we spent most of the morning calling different companies and no one was available. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to our rescue and was available, they followed up and sent a technician that morning. Our service technician Mr. Nicholas Green got to our house quick, explained what had caused the leak, ordered the water heaters. He even coordinated with the demolition crew so that he could install them after they were done patching up the wall. Nicholas also referred us to a home service. Their customer service start to finish was excellent. At the end we decided to change our monthly service with Baker Brothers and go with Benjamin Franklin! 10/7/24: Ryan was very thorough and corrected our stopped up drain very quickly. He inspected the rest of the plumbing in our house. I also appreciate it that before he arrived, they sent a picture of Ryan so we would know who to look for. He was very polite and wore foot coverings while inside the house. I strongly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing!12/9/24: Mike was great, diagnosed our stopped up garbage disposal quickly as being food caught in it and he was able to fix the situation. He was very professional and prompt in his service. They were able to come out the same day I called. Definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing!

Ben came over late in the day to check out our now old water heater as we were experiencing brown water in our sinks and showers. He flushed it but the test afterwards spewed rusty red hot water (see tub photo). Ben unclogged a bathroom drain for me also and put in the order for a new water heater for us.Lionel and Colby came out the next day to install the new water heater and haul away the old one. Everyone was very professional. If I asked any questions, they were happy to answer them as thoroughly as needed. It took about three hours to remove the old w/h, the old gas lines and install all the new parts and water heater. I would recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and would be happy to have them help us again.

AMENDED:After speaking with the Operations Manager Chris, who really took the time to listen to our concerns, we agreed to give Ben Franklin another chance to resolve our issue. Chris sent Tim Forde to our house, who had been here previously and I was really glad to see him. Tim is the man!! After a few hours of meticulous inspection Tim found our issue and resolved our problem. Admittedly, it was an issue we unknowingly created and Tim was an absolutely professional thoughout. Without a doubt Chris and Tim restored our confidence in Ben Franklin plumbing and we very grateful for their help and professionalism.Spent $1500 on a new toilet that doesn’t work and you won’t honor the warranty. Told me just 1 year ago it was the best toilet on the market with the best warranty and 2 techs have come to my home since and both said they would of never installed it because it’s not a good toilet. Your warranty program that you offer on top of everything else is worthless. It’s nothing g but a cash burn for the consumer. We have been waiting on a manager to call since the tech left … shocker … nobody has called.

Daniel and John were great to work with. Professional, friendly, and on time. I like how the company has uniforms with the technician’s name on them so customers know who they are when we open the door. I also like the feature that I could track where the technicians are on the map just so that during their arrival, I’ll be ready(just in case the doorbell isn’t working). During the process, they reviewed the issue and fixed it within an hr. They also did a safety inspection of the whole houses plumbing system and told me what to look out for in the future. Jack Nester was dispatched to my house to fix or replace a flange on my toilet in my guest bathroom. He arrived on time, spent a lengthy period of time and also diagnosed when he removed the toilet that it was broken. I was at work during this time but I purchased a replacement toilet from Home Depot although it would not be ready for pick up until about 2 hours later. He was very pleasant and said no problem and he would go to lunch and then go get it. When he brought it to my house, he noticed it was broken and went back to the store to exchange it.He installed the new toilet and realized there was very little water pressure upon flushing. He made sure this was communicated to me and I agreed for him to come by the next day to assess the problem. He came back in the morning, fixed the problem and explained what happened and now I have a brand new working toilet in my guest room. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing and Jack for all your plumbing needs. He was great to work with. Thank you Jack! Oh by the way, he cleaned up everything afterwards and did not leave my house a mess like a previous plumber did.

He found there was an obstruction way down the line. He needed to flush the main line & suggested we might also want to consider buying a new toilet since it was old. He contacted someone who delivered a new toilet to our home. He removed the old one, flushed the line, & installed the new toilet. He cleaned up, there was no mess, & we’re extremely happy. We will always call Benjamin Franklin for future needs.

We had an emergency regarding severe flooding in our backyard, right up next to our house, & water was rising to above the slab, & onto the brick, due to very heavy rains. Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, & spoke w/Chris, who was a great help, & thorough, as to what he felt might be happening(w/our french drains). Devin was our plumber that came out. Cordial & professional. Went to work, did an extensive check of everything, front yard & back. He was focused on trying to find out what our issues were. Once he was finished, he honestly said that our 21 year old drainage system, located in the large areas that were flooding, most likely needed the attn of someone who does irrigation. It could possibly be a larger issue, sadly, but, first, having BFP, & Devin, come out, we know, now, which way to go. Devin explained it all, thoroughly, & was great to work with. We truly appreciate BFP understanding our scary dilemma, & for quickly responding. We would recommend BFP to everyone for any plumbing needs. Give Chris & Devin a raise!!! Thank you SO much!

We had a slab leak and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Company they quickly responded diagnosed the problem and properly scheduled the excavation crew to start 2 days after we called. The following day Jason Holder the plumber repaired the leak very quickly to our surprise! we are now awaiting city inspection. Jason Holder was in charge of this project and he was available to answer all our questions and concerns. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We happy he was assign to work with us. Thank you

I had these plumbers out today to do the yearly maintenance on my water heater, which is a draining / cleaning of the tank. This service is included with my fancy water heater for ten years. My guy looked at my toilet which this company rebuilt in 2021. It was out of warranty but gave me a new flapper valve to put on there myself no charge. It was getting hung up occasionally in a leaking mode and visually looked prematurely aged and flimsy. Some of Benjamin Franklins repairs can be expensive, but they do have an all-business staff.

Howard was extremely professional, polite and honest. He was very respectful in my home and did an excellent job to take care of my issue. What I greatly appreciated is that he didnt start trying to upsell me on more services. He simply asked if there was anything else he could do for me and that was it. So much better than the others in this area. Thank you. Ill call BF Plumbing again when I need them.
