Brian and Cecil were awesome. I called for a water heater issue at 11:30, they were at my house by 12 and done by 12:15. They were super cool and nice to my cats! Would definitely recommend.

Called them to help with a bathtub issue. They arrived on time, reviewed the situation, and let me know it was outside their scope of work (needed a handyman) instead of quoting a ridiculous amount—something I really appreciated. Since I had other plumbing work to be done, they gave me a fair price, completed the work with a smile, and finished on time. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing or sprinkler work I need.

I had a sprinkler issue that prevented me from running one of the zones. I called Starnes Plumbing and Sprinkler and Rebecca was able to work me in among a very busy workload. Brett came to the house, fixed the problem and checked out the entire system. He repositioned 2 sprinkler heads that were not spraying on the grass area, now the system is functioning at peak performance. Everyone was super nice, professional and customer focused. To take a small job and go the extra mile for a fair price says a lot about the company. I now have them on speed dial. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Starnes plumbing! Its a family business and that makes for a great experience. Brett came out promptly and found the leak inside our bathroom wall quickly. He was able to repair it from the garage side, which saved us from having to cut into our bathroom wall! He had all the fittings required to make the repair and made short work of it. Brett was super personable and answered all my questions. He also took time to perform a pressure test to make sure no other leaks were present. I highly recommend Brett and his brothers for all your plumbing needs. Their dad taught them well!

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I had a disaster... Moving here from out of state not knowing who to trust... I had a geyser coming out of my flower bed. I called a big name first in a slight panic for whomever could come first. Starnes beat the big name to my house though they were alerted to my problem later than the other company.I was expecting the worse... With everyone saying that It would be in the thousands and to expect the worst... Etc.Starnes showed up... Got their equipment from the truck and left with a working main drain pipe, new PVC and couplings and filled back in the huge hole that was dug to expose the main water supply... Quickly.... And with a bill nowhere near the thousands...I no joke double checked with him that we were talking in the hundreds and not thousands when the bill came because I was so surprised by how amazing the work was and how fair the pricing ended up being.This is hands down the place to call in the McKinney, Plano, Allen , Prosper and neighboring areas.Thank you, Starnes, for such a wonderful experience.I HIGHLY recommended this company.For clarity... Starnes helped us with our clogged sink and broken garbage disposal. I called in the morning when our sink started filling up with water and gunk. Rebecca was very helpful and friendly over the phone. She helped get my appointment started and would keep me updated as availability opened up. Brent came by later in the day and unclogged our sink and installed the new disposal. Fast, reliable, and friendly service! Brent is knowledgeable and I felt comfortable knowing he was taking care of the multiple issues with our sink. Now our sink is working beautifully and I’m very happy we went with Starnes! Highly recommend!

Exceptional Plumbing Service – Highly Recommended!Starnes Plumbing & Sprinkler recently came out to install a kitchen faucet and to fix our tankless water heater that wasnt heating water and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding!They installed the faucet and fixed the issue of the water not getting hot and completed routine maintenance that hadnt been done in a couple of years. Also, while working on the tankless hot water heater Starnes Plumbing & Sprinkler noticed that the exhaust vent out through the roof wasnt replaced with the appropriate material during the initial installation performed by another company. After finding that out, we asked Starnes Plumbing & Sprinkler to do a full inspection of the tankless hot water heater. They found a couple of other issues with the original install and they were able to fix them during the appointment.Now we have a new kitchen faucet, the water is nice and hot and we have peace of mind knowing that our tankless hot water heater is installed correctly. I am beyond impressed with the level of service we received!The scheduling process with Starnes Plumbing & Sprinkler was smooth and convenient. They were prompt in setting up an appointment. They messaged me when they were headed our way and when they arrived they were extremely professional and courteous.Overall, Starnes Plumbing & Sprinkler provided top-notch service that exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Brett and Cecil came out today to redo my old plumbing from the 80’s and install 2 new faucets in my master bathroom that were previously broken. Not only were they on time but they called to say they were ahead of schedule. They did a fantastic job and I’m so happy to have this finally fixed. The price was reasonable and fair and I was able to get on the schedule quickly. The guys were super nice, personable, and professional. The worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves as well. I’ll definitely use this company again!

Water heater quit working yesterday. Tried to relight pilot but it wouldn’t light. Called Starnes Plumbing and Rebecca was able to change the schedule enough to squeeze us in right away. They replaced the gas control valve and verified that it worked properly. Done in about 30 minutes. They have come through for us so many times, I will always call them first.

We had a leak in the back of our property that we couldnt locate. I called Starnes based on recommendations on Allen and Mckinney Moms FB group. They came out same day!!!!!!! They tried to locate to cap, but they had the same issue, couldnt find the leak. They found another turn off valve not far from the leak, turned that off and we are good.
