I cant express enough gratitude to the entire team for assessing, diagnosing, and repairing our plumbing issue. If I missed anyone, I apologize, as I know it was a full team effort.Our plumbing issue couldnt have happened at a worse time—right before the holiday with family arriving the same day. The team was upfront with me, explaining that due to other work orders, they might not be able to fix our issue for a few days since we called on a Friday morning. It made sense that a solution might not come until the following Monday.However, some Christmas magic must have happened because they returned to our home and fixed the issue much sooner than expected. I dont know how they did it, but we were BEYOND thankful. I understand that our situation and timing might not align with all clients, but when we called in a panic, they showed up, diagnosed, and delivered a solution WAY earlier than we anticipated. We couldnt have been happier, and neither could my family.Again, I realize that our situation may not align with all parties or situations, but I will forever be grateful to this company and crew for any future needs we may have and will fully recommend them to others. We had two pipes break in a concrete beam of our foundation. This was no small problem and as homeowners we were concerned how the issue would be fixed. Brody kept us informed every step of the process and always took time to answer any questions or concerns we had. We felt heard and respected which is extremely rare these days. Words cannot express my gratitude to Brody and crew! I have had multiple differing evaluations of my plumbing issues. One company even suggesting that fixing the issue would cost $20,000 to $70,000. Thats a ballpark guess not an estimate! Cody performed a camera inspection and traced the flow of the washer (required going onto the roof!), kitchen sink and bathrooms to the main line and only found a belly without leakage! Their professionalism, customer care and diligence is to be commended. I highly recommend this family owned business for all your plumbing needs.

Wyatt was super helpful and provided great customer service. I called up Genzel to inspect some of the issues that came up during a house inspection and to take a look at our water heater. Wyatt spent time going through the issues and providing guidance on whether or not it was a major issue that needed to be fixed. He also spent time explaining things to me related to the plumbing and provided recommendations on optimizing our system when I asked. As a first time home buyer, this is exactly what I was looking for. Genzel Plumbing returned a phone call within ten minutes, and sent a technician to our house within ninety minutes to assess the situation. When they verified the leak, the technician replaced our hot water heater on Christmas Eve with a smile on his face (despite the fact our call kept him from buying a few last minute Christmas presents).Seven out of five stars, I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been a Genzel fan for decades, ever since Robby and Jamie started their business and their children were young. Now Brody, one of their three sons in the business, is my go-to plumber. He is always friendly, explains everything, answers all my questions, and offers suggestions to help prevent future issues, Before coming over today, he had spent time at a class learning even more about a certain type of water heater (which he installed in my basement a year or so ago) -- just another indication of how he and the company keep their knowledge current and fresh.Plumbing issues always seem to be pricey, so all I can do is trust the prices Im quoted and that I pay -- which I completely do. I have American Home Shield, but never call them for plumbing issues because I trust the Genzel family. Brody knows the ins and outs of my plumbing system and he and his family are the plumbers I always know I can count on.

Had a leak at my external spigot, called them Tuesday morning and they were able to be onsite by that afternoon. Parker was the tech and he was professional and gave me 2 possible options on the resolution, depending on what he found. Due t the complexity we scheduled the repair for that Friday. Luckily the easier (re: less costly) solution worked and the appt took less than 45min. Will use them again and more importantly I would recommend them to a friend.

We know the Genzel crew pretty well at this point. We are lucky to have found them but unlucky we need them so much. We bought a house with shitty pipes and outdated bathrooms. Brody and the boys have helped with a master bathroom remodel and twice have had to do work on pipes in the foundation; once from inside the house and once by digging by 5ft tunnel. They also replaced 4 water heaters in the house when we first moved in as well as several other small projects (toilets, hose bibs, etc). I have found Genzels work is always high quality, their fees transparent, and their communication is excellent.

We had what we thought was a clogged kitchen sink that we were not unable to unstop. We did not have a plumber we had used before so I called Genzel based on reviews and they were awesome! We had a leak in our shower and we called Genzel late yesterday afternoon and they were out here this morning within the time frame quoted us yesterday. That does not happen much now a days. Fixed our problem! I wasnt home but my husband said the guy was good and knowledgable at what he was doing. He did not have the part so he had to leave for a while to get the part. Came back, installed the new piece and we are now able to use out shower. Thank you God. Thank you Genzel. My only thing is, and it is my thing, we have no idea how to unscrew the bathroom faucets to clean the strainers out. I told my husband to ask the guy when he comes, how to do it, what we would need, maybe even show my husband how to do one. He said to buy the aerator key, I think, on Amazon, put it up in the faucet and turn it to unscrew it. I myself would of liked alittle more explanation, but thats me. Yes, we went on line and I guess its not that hard. We are retired folks and all this new stuff in our homes now a days is nothing like the old days. As far as Im concerned things are made to break faster. All we did in the old days was just unscrewed the strainer with the pliers, clean it and done. I could do that. Didnt need a key. Everything needs something else these days. Thats my only piddly complaint that I have. When an old geezer asks you something, please help, explain more and maybe show them. Otherwise 5 stars! They will get our business again, hopefully I wont need them but they will get our business.

I have used Genzel Plumbing twice now. Once for a new water heater and another time for clogged toilet and water pressure valve service. They are very punctual, fair priced and extremely knowledgeable. They were referred to me and I without hesitation will refer them. I can’t recommend them high enough! Great company to work with!

Initially when they came out to inspect the problem, we had actually figured out the problem the night before. I went ahead and asked that they confirm our findings before leaving and he did just that. They didnt charge me the fee for coming out because we had already figured out the issue before he arrived which I thought was extremely generous. Once I purchased the faucet, I called them back to install it and they were readily available the next morning to do so. the previous owner apparently had the previous faucet sawdered on to the sink so it was not an easy faucet to replace. Parker was our technician and he was very polite and upfront about the situation. He had to cut the faucet off of the sink and didnt even leave a scratch. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

Update: 3/26/22I’m updating my last review. After posting the review below, I received a call from the owner of the company. We discussed the issue and he offered to come out and replace the shower handle. I sent him photos of the components I had for the shower and he came out to my home with a box. Turned out he had brought a metal handle. The part I had was plastic. He put it in while I was getting ready for an appointment, and when I came out, he was sealing the work and cleaning up. It took about 20 min. I very much appreciated him taking the time to call and rectify the issue. Upgraded my review for the 5 star service.This was my second time using this company. The first time they came out to repair the shower valve since we weren’t getting hot water due to an issue with the existing one, but they didn’t put the handle back on. This time I called and asked for a fixture replacement but wanted to start cutting into walls to replace the valve components to upgrade, and quoted me a dent rate. However, they weren’t going to repair the wall they cut at that price. So I asked them to get the needed part for the existing fixture which is small part and I was quoted 389.00! That was just to drive and get a small part for the existing fixture to put the handle back on! Paid the service call and sent them on their way. I have a three for timely arrival and professional demeanor, but that’s a pass.
