    Initially called to schedule system tune up before winter and had $59.99 coupon. Once I called I was told that my tune up was free for being a veteran- awesome. Upon arriving for service- Marco was very kind and explained everything thoroughly and gave me a pamphlet explaining “Randy’s heroes” which provides general maintenance, including plumbing, service.Upon inspection while cleaning furnace unit he found the blower motor shaft extremely loose. With this unit being 20 years old and winter coming I chose to have it changed which he did quickly. He completed checking all else including the outside unit - all else good. I now have a system ready for the winter and feel more comfortable knowing it’s been checked, cleaned and serviced by a professional plus having the free maintenance plan and new blower with capacitor warranty backing everything up.     I was so happy with the service call with On Time Expert. Kenneth was polite, very knowledgeable and explained every step of the inspection process. It was a 62 point checkup and he sent pictures of the condition of all of the areas he reviewed. The cleaning of my unit was so thorough. He is an exceptional representative of the company and when I need service I will ask for him every time. He shows that the art of customer service is still alive.Excellent company and personnel!

    First and foremost i want to thank Angela for helping me set up this maintenance call and sending Bernie to me. Bernie was polite, thoughtful, and did a fantastic job servicing my Heating and Ac system today. He helped me keep my system clean and showed the importance of the longevity of my system with recommendations that would help my furnace last longer. Bernie was amazing and I only want Bernie to come out and do services for my home.     Christian and Marcos did a great job! They were kind and friendly and gave us an overview of everything there were going to do. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves even asked for a broom to clean up but pretty sure it was our 4 kids that did the mess. They didn’t push any of the recommended maintenance and just sent it in a email for us to talk about. Call them if you need anything!

    Had to reschedule from last week and that wasn’t a problem, the office called today to let me know Joe was in the Area and could be here in 15 minutes. They called earlier today to make sure that today was good for me. Joe got here for the service, he came in was professional did a great job.     Tech Sean was very thorough on our winter maintenance visit. He takes great pride in his approach to his work. In my opinion he went above and beyond - in his commitment to ensure all components of our HVAC system were operating optimally. He took pictures and shared the readings of electrical components and the condition of those components. He took great care and made sure things were cleaner & in better condition than when he arrived. It is my hope that when the time comes again - for maintenance - that he is who arrives at my door.

    Justin correctly diagnosed the issue and made some recommendations. I had no idea that a system that the builder installed just 5 years ago would need major parts replaced so quickly.Justin checked to make sure the system was still under warranty and ordered the replacement part (saved me from a 7k repair). Gabe joined him to assist and they both worked late into the evening to not only get the air back on but the waited quite some time (more than an hour) to be sure that everything was working properly and that we were satisfied.     Christian from on time came on time. My ac unit went out at 1:35am and I called 20 different companies. All of them gave me the run around but on time sent Christian out. He came and was very knowledgeable and knew I had a time limit. He assessed the issue and immediately told me what it was. He fixed it and I was golden and back to normal cooling especially in this crazy Texas heat. Thank you Christian… to on time management, give that man a raise. I am rarely impressed with what people do but he impressed me and I am a customer for life.

    Ive only lived in my home 3 years. I had service done on both units (downstairs 5 yrs old, upstairs 15 yrs old) each year by other companies. The initial inspector before buying my home told me the smaller unit was a heat pump. I told the other companies that serviced me that one unit was a heat pump & 2 of them said they didnt think so without checking but once the went to the attic & saw that it was they gave no update & talked aroundthe subject. One other time a service person checked the attic & said yes its a heat pump & added freon but I asked a lot of questions that he couldnt truly answer, I dont think he knew how to explain how it worked; Im left with question marks. Your service person was the only one to tell me how old my units were & that the upstairs unit was leaking and how the heat pump worked. Knowing I need to replace the unit, Matt did an excellent job of giving me options (so did your service person, think his name was Chris) of how to maintain heating until Im ready to replace & high cost of this option. Im grateful for the time each person gave me & the thorough details on how to maintain my units is priceless. Now, Im wondering what service was I paying the other companies for.🤔 Thanks for your excellent customer service.

    Sean is a Great Tech!I have had this New System for 3 years. $18,000.00 & 12 year service and maintenance warranty. The last 2 years every tech that has come to my house to my scheduled maintenance has tried to sell me something. Even though they say their Techs will NEVER ATTEMPT to sell you anything B.S. Everyone of those techs stayed at my home for less than 30 minutes after they were told I want interested in buying anything else. Left upset that may wife didnt buy anything. Never cleaned my condenser unit. Did very little on my Unit on the inside.Now Sean just left my house after 4 hours of going through my system after I told him that is didnt appreciate the way we had been treated by other techs. I told him I just watched a commercial on TV that said a Tech would Never attempt to sell me anything. I explained my frustration and took my concerns seriously.     11/14/2024Kenneth Pride from On Time experts performed our recent semi-annual inspection of our Heating and Cooling Systems. He was very thorough and careful, taking time to explain his findings and show us pertinent photos.He detected a leaky gas valve associated with the Heater, which could have become dangerous! He ordered a replacement valve and came back on Saturday to install it. Throughout, our encounter with Ken, his kindness and concern for our safety, was very reassuring.Chase was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the AC in 15minutes. He explained the problem clearly. All this was done on a hot Sat night.

    Had my HVAC maintenance done yesterday by On Time Experts. Ive had maintenance done twice a year since Ive lived here. Usually 20 mins in and out. Found this company who did it free for Military and First Responders. I was like sign me up. He was here for 4 hours cleaning my system, making sure everything was working properly, fixing what he found wrong. He took the whole thing apart and cleaned it. He found 3 gas leaks and fixed them. What a deal! Ask for David. He was wonderful, professional, and seemed to know his trade!

    My husband and I had a regularly scheduled maintenance visit to prepare for the upcoming winter. Upon this visit, we were informed of several problems affecting our air conditioning system. We were expecting some not so good news, as our system is over 10 years old, and we were starting to experience problems. Considering options to repair the problem areas (there were several), or replacing and updating the whole system, we chose the latter. The gentleman who came to service our system was such a wonderful representative. He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and never pushy. We never felt we put into a position where we had to make an immediate decision on whether to repair or replace our system. MJ Singh, the gentleman who came to our home, was very patient with us, and answered every question we had. He showed us comparisons regarding the effect a new system would have on our electric bill if we replaced the whole system, versus if we did not. He informed us of the change that will be made starting January 1, 2025 when the type of coolant our present unit uses will no longer be available. We have been a loyal member of On Time since 2008. We decided to replace the complete system including the warranties, and proceeded with the application. After our application was approved with the assistance of a manager (via zoom) named Tony, were were taken step by step to complete our agreement to purchase a whole new system. He was equally as thorough and very professional. Because we have been loyal members of On Time since 2008, we were given a discount. We also received discounts for my husbands military service and for being senior citizens (were both in our 80s). Everything was made easy, and after all paperwork was signed (electronically), we were scheduled for the work to be started the next day. I cant say enough good things about On Time, and this is just another reason why we have remained loyal customers for 16+ years. They were able to come out the very next morning to come check it. Kevin Rozell was very professional, honest, and efficient. After talking to him, I decided to get someone out to check the irrigation. He agreed that would be the next step.     OTE has done a lot of work on our plumbing and installed a new HVAC unit this year. When we couldnt get the heater to turn on when the weather got cold, I called and Chris came out to look at it.     I recently had a fantastic experience with On Time Experts. George, the technician who assisted us, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He replaced two capacitors for our system, explaining clearly what was needed and the associated costs. He even got us set up with a maintenance plan that puts the parts under warranty, so if they ever need to be replaced again, it would be free. George was super fast and had the AC fixed in no time. I highly recommend On Time Experts for their excellent service and transparency.

    Had a blockage in our ac condensation drain line that I found on a Saturday afternoon and couldnt get unlogged by myself, On Time Experts sent out their technician Kevin and he knocked out the clog in under 10 minutes.     We had the honor of being assigned technician, Keelan to our service call and talk about a WOW experience from the start of the service call through to the end!!! Keelan was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived timely, introduced himself, courteously removed his shoes before entering our house, attentively listened to the issue at hand, moved over to the noted problem areas to thoroughly assess himself and was able to pinpoint and fix the immediate issue promptly. We asked a ton of questions throughout the process and he was professional and so kind in taking the time to answer and educate us on the issue and the process. During and before he left, he ensured everything stayed clean and sanitized. He created the first 10 out of 10 experience with any service plumbing technician we have ever worked with!!!     Joe was helpful. Cleaned the unit.My only problem I have is with the advertising for first responders that they get free twice a year cleaning to double the life of the AC unit. Unfortunately that is not 100% true. The evaporator coils that get the dirtiest don’t get cleaned. So be prepared to fork over $200+ dollars on cleaning when your AC doesn’t cool like it should. The price wouldn’t bother me I just hate hidden costs to services that are supposed to be free.Outside of the negative they are mostly a great company the techs are outstanding they get the work done and are professionals. They always answer questions and concerns. That goes for Joe too.Well the Daikin 12 year warranty was a plus the coils failed in 3 years and as advertised they took care of replacing it cost free. Did have to go over a week without air. But they did bring out 2 portable units that made two rooms nice and cool. I did give them a deadline to have it replaced and they did meet expectations there so all is good now. The new coils are cooling properly again will have to see in a week if it still works. I believe todays tech was David who did a great job.

    I appreciate the care and sincerity given by Kenneth with OTE. It is never a good time when your AC is out during a TX summer with an 11 month old but he literally went the extra miles to keep us comfortable until the part became available.     Customer service is Very BIG to me and I was really skeptical about calling one of these big companies to come out for an estimate/repair my unit. When George stepped to my door, I instantly felt at ease. He had a humbling spirit and grace about himself. Very kind, calm and most of all very informational. He went out, took a look at my unit and when he came back; although it wasn’t good news… he broke it down where a toddler could understand.     We had the absolute BEST technician come to service our units today. Kenneth Pride is bar none what I would consider that the hvac industry should be. Not only did he service our units and tell us what we should watch for, but he also did it with a smile. He worked outside and in attic when Temps were about 130* in the attic and 100* outside. He never lost that smile. He is someone who pushes through the challenge with a positive attitude and overcomes. We will request him to come to our home whenever we need OTE to service or repair our units. What a good man! Keep it up!
