The service tech arrived same day, within the given time frame. Explained everything clearly and had our issue resolved within half an hour. He scheduled a follow up for another tech to run a camera up the lines, and we received a call shortly after he left to schedule a water damage consultation. I wish I could remember our guy’s name because he was great. Super polite, professional, and respectful. Very pleased with our service and would definitely recommend.

Anthony was our service tech and extremely helpful. He arrived ahead of the time frame window (which when youre dealing with a plumbing issue is always a bonus!) Asked a few questions and quickly assessed the situation. Found the clog 40 ft down the pipe (our snake only went 25). Cleaned the pipes, tested, and packed up within an hour. Very pleased with the service and happy to have a working kitchen sink/dishwasher again!

Ozzy and Cameron were able to come out on the same day I put in a request for an appointment. I was very happy with Roto Rooters policy of not charging just to come out and take a look at what needs to be done and then providing a detailed estimate. Ozzy did a great job of thoroughly examining the plumbing system of the whole house and making sure to check if there were ways things could be fixed that would save us some money. He took his time and was in no rush and made completely sure that the job was done before leaving and only charged exactly what I was initially quoted so there were no surprises. Its always a bit stressful to have something go wrong in your home but we are very satisfied with the work Ozzy and Cameron did and they way they made sure we were fully informed about what was going on and what our options were.

I am posting this for Mike. Who was the young man that came to our home when we needed him to fix Hour Water lines for us as the disposal was blowing water up. Something was stuck in there. My husband worked on this thing for 2 hours. He called Roto rooter because we had them here in the past To fix the toilet, they did an excellent job. So we felt confident in calling them out again.. Mike was courteous. He told us everything he was going to do before he did it. When he was finished , he explained what the problem was and what possibly the cause was and what to look out for in the future. Kenneth came in, looked at the toilets and tubs - then went to work. 2 hours later, line is unclogged, bill is paid and Kenneth is finishing up loading his gear. The scheduling was a disaster. My husband scheduled the appointment 5 days in advance.My husband called the day of to confirm the appointment just to be told that our appointment was canceled. Turns out, the gentleman that set our appointment wrote our phone number down wrong so we werent able to answer their confirmation call. Good thing he called them to find out! They wanted to schedule us for a different day further out after he had already scheduled off work for today. He had to call 4 different times to get a manager on the phone because the first 3 people transferred him to a voicemail. Fortunately after the 4th call, the manager got on the line and was able to get someone out same day. The service tech, Kody, was fantastic- professional and helpful. He had on gloves and shoe protectors. Other than the terrible scheduling cancelation experience, Roto-Rooter was OK to deal with.

Here is the story, that has convinced me as a homeowner to only call roto-rooter. They have gained a customer for life!First i had a main sewer line clog between my house and the street. I called another company and when they showed up they tried to use their snake but they could not unclog it.Then i called ROTO-Rooter!! They sent Christian #5949 out to my home. When he arrived he went to work and had it literally fixed in 15 minutes! The other company had 2 guys and were here 3 hours and couldnt get it done.Christian was very knowledgeable, informative, curtious, friendly and FLAT OUT HANDLED the situation.He had the right tools for the job! We had a sewer backup into a shower and the floor at 7 pm. The service technician, Anthony arrived within 1.5 hours, which I feel was extremely fair. He was very courteous and explained each angle to attack our issue. Anthony unclogged the VERY backed up sewer line and removed/replaced the toilet wax seal in 3 hours. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Anthony based upon my experience.
