    We called JMP to replace a garbage disposal. Hayden and Antonio were so professional and nice to work with. They did the job quickly and helped us make a plan for the very old wiring under the sink. I am so thrilled to have found this company. Living in a 1950s house, we always have issues.     John and Charlie did a great job installing our hot water heaters. They are polite and courteous and took their time to make sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. We also needed some minor tub spout repairs in two bathrooms. Unfortunately, one could not be done but we were given all the information needed to solve the issue. We would highly recommend JMP for any plumbing needs!

    I have few rental properties. I always call JMP for plumbing needs. They have professional, punctual and knowledgeable team. Vicky at scheduling always keep me posted. Joe was very helpful last visit. This time Gage was the service tech. He was professional and helpful. We had misunderstanding on installing the plate underneath the faucet. He was very helpful and went back and removed it. Easy to make payments online. I highly recommend JMP plumbing.

    Another great experience with JMP Plumbing today! We signed up for their annual maintenance program last month and it’s already paying off. Flushed our hot water heater today at no charge (which I didn’t know was necessary) and saved us from future damage.     I have used JMP Plumbing for plumbing updates to our home (sink drain reroutes, dishwasher water line, disposal install, faucet/water line install), as well as in emergency situations (slab leak detection and repair). Each time, the ladies in the office handle my calls with the upmost courtesy and respect. They work with my schedule to find the soonest appointment possible. Emergency situations are treated as high priority. After the work is requested, they send you an electronic estimate for you to approve just prior to putting you on the schedule in some situations (usually not the emergencies). Thanks you Amy and Vickie!I have worked with three plumbers from JMP now; Ryan, John, and Dalton. They are professional, courteous of the time spent in my home, and to top it off very friendly. I have been very satisfied with their work. Upon completion of the job, I pay them on the spot and receive an electronic receipt.I recommend JMP Plumbing, a woman owned business in Collin County, for all your plumbing needs!

    The night before my wife was scheduled for surgery, our garbage disposal gave out on us. The next morning I called Jill and her team of outstanding plumbers from the hospital. Their response was quick and efficient. With the assistance of a neighbor, they got in and replaced our disposal. Their quality convinced our neighbor to use them to install his disposal. Jill and her team are our preferred plumbers. They have done quite a bit of work for us over the years. They do excellent work. I highly recommend JMP.

    Had a good experience with JMP plumbing. Technician came out the first time to diagnose the issue and another pipe was damaged in the process. With no prompting from me, the tech was out two days later, fixed the initial issue and repaired the damaged pipe all for the price of the original job quote. Yes, they should have done that anyway but, in todays environment, doing it without me saying anything was a big deal to me. Sad that the bar is set that low but JMP exceeded it.

    A couple days ago we had a real plumbing emergency. Trying to replace old valves under the bathroom sinks didnt work well. They were dripping very good and I couldnt stop it. Closed the main valve and called two plumbers, one offered me an appointment 2 days later. Then I saw someone from JMP. Talked to him and short time later the owner and lady boss Jillian Pittman showed up. I explained the situation and she only said:Show me! She got her tools and didnt stop until 90 min later it was done. We were not just pleased or impressed, we were absolutely happy and very grateful!!!     Called JMP to get a whole host of Plumbing issues taken care of. Toilets replaced, water valves in the Laundry and under the sink replaced, new kitchen sink faucet, and a shower issue.I had to adjust my original appointment and they were very flexible in rescheduling. They arrived and gave me an estimate which was good with the amount of work that needed to be done. The two gentlemen were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were here about 4 hours which is what I was told it would take. They communicated well.One thing I really like was the 79 dollar evaluation fee everyone charges is applied to your bill. Not sure why they all charge an evaluation fee when you already know what you want but that is a discussion for another day. I really felt like they wanted to make you happy as a customer.Finally, and I did not know this when I called but it is a bonus in my eyes. JMP is a Woman owned business. It is unusual to see in this industry but I am glad I could help her grow her business.I have used several plumbers over the years in business and personal and JMP is different and a good different.

    We were informed by the city that we had a water leak on our property. We finally found it last night late so we called JMP first thing this morning. We left a message and they quickly returned our call. We spoke with Jake and told him we were at work but he said he would go to our house and look at the problem and give us a rough estimate. He did just that , we agreed and he got started on the repairs. Jake was very professional and courteous and did a great job.     We needed a new water heater and had an initial estimate from a big box store plumber that shocked me. I started calling local plumbers to see if I could get any competitive quotes. JMP plumbing was literally the only local plumber who would talk to me on the phone and work with me. Everyone else wanted to charge me a fee to visit and quote. Literally no conversation on the phone. JMP talked to me on phone and actually cared about getting my business. She compared models and services and was willing to say I think it will be roughly this much for us to do our work based on the information I already had. In the end, they were a touch more expensive but she took the time to answer my questions on the phone and explain to me what I was getting differently from them vs other service. So I took a chance with them. In person service was just as good. Explained everything carefully to us and helped us make final informed decisions. They were punctual, worked all day to get the job done, dealt with unanticipated challenges without nickle & dining us with additional charges. They responded quickly for additional follow up work and a minor leak/joint tightening. Super professional and respectful. I would absolutely recommend and will do business again. I’m willing to pay a bit more to get someone who treats customers well and understands humanity of interactions with customers, who are people and not just $$.

    The technician was patient, professional and easy to work with. He was young but very knowledgeable. We had several drain problems that were fixed quickly and the costs were explained up front. I elected to rebuild the toilet and was impressed the technician did not just replace the filler tube and flapper but took off the tank and replaced everything. Very impressed! I wont hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

    I got good advice on the phone when the appointment was made. It was 12/23/22 and many were closed. I had never used them before, they were close by and so helpful. We had super cold temperatures in the area, and some of my faucets were not working. Turned up the temperature inside the house and by the time they were able to arrive (very reasonable amount of time) the faucets were working again so they didnt have to do anything. But I was very grateful for their availability and timeliness and the plumbers who came were able to talk me through what might have been happening and how to help prevent it. It wasnt just the outside walls; it was inside the house in random areas; so something was going on below the floor that could have been very expensive and messy. Thanks JMP!
