Felipe and Manuel are the best!Felipe is a great supervisor, I had bad experience dealing with other people when I had issues, there were not that professional, Felipe must to train other technicians.Initially, I had an issue with water not draining in my laundry room. Felipe and Manuel came and cleared the clog, and we tested to ensure everything was working fine. However, they didn’t stop there—they went outside to double-check that there were no blockages in the system. That’s when they discovered a piece of plastic stuck in the drainpipe, which been there since the house was built. It took them a lot of extra time to remove it, but they made sure everything was in perfect condition before leaving. Huge thanks to them for going the extra mile and ensuring there were no lingering problems!

I have used D&M for 10 years for both of my DR Horton homes. They have serviced over 1000 customers, and to see 8 negative reviews tells you something: they should have 99% positive reviews.My plumber arrived on time and fixed my broken shower knob which had 2 stripped screws, and replaced my old kitchen faucet quickly. Excellent work, highly recommended. Staff is courteous and easy to work with. And their prices are reasonable compared to most. No trip fee, almost all plumbers charge $40. I will continue to use D&M.

Jay, an employee with D&M came out to change out the shower control in the guest bath. It would not regulate the water temp properly. He was very prompt, very courteous, and very efficient....in and out in less than an hour. No complaints at all, as a matter of fact I would call them again.....and request Jay.
