    Garry responded to our home on Thanksgiving Eve. What I thought was a small problem, ended up being a more in depth situation. Since we bought our home in 2022, we have had various outlets that would work intermittently. Mainly, our issues stemmed from our bathroom outlets and our exterior. During this time frame, when one outlet didnt work, we would charge our devices in a separate room and grew accustomed to this life style. We are now in the process of renting our home and do not want the tenants to have the same issues. This grew tiresome and we felt the need to have the problem rectified. When Garry arrived, he diagnosed the problem swiftly and then provided pros and cons of the situation. Ultimately, I had to have 9 outlets throughout a two story residence changed and moved to a parallel system. Garry also took the time to show me the poor craftsmanship of the outlets when he reconfigured the wiring. I am posting a few of the photos I took during the appointment. It was nice to see the before and after and how NOT to install a wall outlet. Thank you Garry for your professionalism and honesty. My family and I appreciate your dedication and the Mister Sparky business.

    I picked Mister Sparky to service my home simply by their service vans I see on the highway. I’m so glad I did! Justin was my service tech and he was professional, yet personable which speaks volumes from a client interaction standpoint! He consistently communicated what he was checking for and communicated the issue so that I understood what needed to be repaired and why. He also provided recommendations and was forthcoming with urgency level (low for my situation as they were more maintenance and upkeep). Overall I highly recommend the company and Justin.     Fast, friendly, and effective service. Our serviceman diagnosed the problem quickly and informed us of our options at every cost level, from free to premium.     Andrew was courteous and went to work with his assistant from 10:00 to 5:00PM and repaired the things not meeting code and installed 2 surge protectors and all new breakers. He also found a non code problem of power wires not in conduit above the panel that were installed when power was run to new garage workshop. I would highly recommend him.

He was able to come out the same day I called, arrived early (and even brought in the Amazon packages that had shown up), diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything working again in practically no time!     Excellent experience! Whole house check up was informative and addressed immediate concerns after I had an electrical fire. Next visit was for a main panel refresh and whole home redevice with all switches and outlets replaced. Due to the age of my home and some crappy DIY work done by previous owners, it was definitely needed. Chris explained everything, answered all my questions and demonstrated specifics as needed so I could understand clearly. He didn’t use any technical jargon or fear tactics. There were several serious safety concerns that have now been resolved.Chris and the two gentleman who accompanied him were efficient, courteous and very careful with my home and belongings. I am really so happy with everything and will sleep better now! Mr. Sparky was the only company that gave me straight pricing and quick scheduling with no BS. I VERY highly recommend.

    First of all Mr Sparky was awesome in being able to squeeze me in for an evaluation. Then Mr Lamb shows up and details what is needed and the cost. We had an existing EV charger that did not meet the amp requirement of our new EV. Mr Lamb explained and showed me the amps for verification. More importantly, he was able to get another technician who had all of the necessary items (wire etc) to head to my house for the new wiring. I appreciate Mr Sparky and Mr Lamb.Andrew came to the house. Quickly made an assessment of the request. Recommended the best location to install the new EV base and went to work. Less than two hours later he completed the running of the line, connected the breaker and mounted the base and unit. Excellent work.

    Very Honest services. I was only unhappy for my electric issue still not resolved but it may not be against the company since the technician helped me diagnose the problem, tried to fix the issue but somehow the problem was bigger than expected. I still have to get GO AHEAD for the estimate they provided. Overall, it was a great customer services and I appreciate their services.

I called yesterday evening to make an appointment because I was worried an outlet blew during a storm and was worried a power surge would ensue.The representative who scheduled my appointment was so friendly and accommodating- he was able to book an appointment for the very next day in the morning!Justin Meyers came out and was so friendly and let me know that it was complete user error lol! Which I’m very thankful for, albeit ashamed that it was so simple 😂.     I love that Mr Sparky has appointments on the weekends. It works for folks with odd work schedules. Mason Parker showed up first thing (9:15) Sunday morning to replace a receptacle that gave up the ghost on Friday night. He also needed to replace the corresponding breaker so that we would be safe. He is a nice and knowledgeable guy. It took him no time at all to do all that work. I thought the cost was fair and reasonable. Its great to have peace of mind knowing that everything was done properly and with safety in mind .

    Yonathan Hernandez with Mr. Sparky is a courteous and professional certified electrician. He came sooner than the scheduled appointment to replace our older standard dinning room light fixture with a new modern designed replacement. He called prior to the appointment to confirm if it was okay. He was also good conversationalist.I really want to give a 4.5 star review because I felt that the service was more expensive than the average in my area, at least based on the online estimates from various sources. However the service was performed during the Covid-19 pandemic, so I felt comfortable spending more to support a local business. Speaking of Covid-19, Yonathan followed appropriate safety procedures by wearing a mask and social distancing by keep a six+ foot distance from us while working.I would recommend Mr. Sparky.

    Adam Woodham inspected our ring doorbell transformer. He was able to determine we have a compromised wire somewhere and gave us some options for moving forward. Very nice and knowledgeable. Will def use again in the future.

    We called Mister Sparky late in the afternoon and were scheduled an appointment for the following morning between 10am and noon. The electrician arrived promptly as scheduled. He was quickly and accurately able to identify the issue we were having. He explained the problem to us very clearly as well as the repair that was needed and provided us with an estimate, which was free of charge. We felt he was very knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions (and there were a lot)! Overall, we were very satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism he provided and would highly recommend Mister Sparky of Atlanta for all your electrical needs.

    I had to post a review for such a great appointment. On time (actually a few minutes early), quick diagnosis and resolution. I got a few calls in the morning confirming everything. And I also got calls from Justin (Tech) when he got to the address and while he was troubleshooting. I was able to get there just as he was finishing up to make the payment via his table (which I thought the pricing was very fair as well).Great job Mister Sparky

    Henry came out to my commercial building to install floodlights, indoor exit signs and a sensor for my building sign light, and he had to rewire the building sign lighting because it was improperly wired and basically a botched job by an inexperienced electrician. I learned my valuable lesson. He was very professional in his appearance and character.
