My daughters system blower motor went out this fall the CoolAir tech came out on time and advised what the repair would cost and asked since the system was 11 years old if I would be interested in a quote on a new system to compare. Fabian came out one hour later and gave me different options yo choose from. He went to bat for me to get me the best system in our price range on installation day Fabian texted me and told me the unit that was quoted was out of stock bit they would upgrade to the next level up at no cost to me. I truly appreciated him standing behind Cool Air and their reputation. The installers Rick and Jose were excellent skilled and efficient! Great job!

I am so satisfied with the Cool Air Mechanical Company. One of the many experienced employees, Mr Jon Hughes from Cool Air Mechanical was most helpful. I really appreciate his advice, and recommendations. He fixed a major disaster waiting to happen, and am so glad that disaster happened while he was there. For surely as a first time house buyer I would not know what to do but become homeless on National Nurses Week! He took a slight risk switching off the electricity while water was pouring from the garage ceiling. But am glad he did, for his heroic efforts he saved my house and our lives. Mr. Jon got me a pipe to replace the busted copper one. He placed a plastic pipe from the water heater to the spicket. No joints. Covered the pipe with stiff foam cover. Very neat work. Swept the floor of ceiling debris and I am so grateful to him. Thank you so much Jon.

New Lennox HVAC system installed replacing our Comfort-Maker 36-year-old system. Juan Nabor and his partner did a great job with completing breaking down the old and installing the new system. Covering was laid across the floors, stairs and they wore shoe coverings to prevent dirt damage. Walked me through setup and pulled in another support person to assist with some of the on-line steps for the new thermostat, internet router and mobile application download activation

They came to our house for maintenance. The gentleman name Mike can alone. He was great with communication and explain everything. He worked hard to clean our system even though it was very cold outside. He worked until dark. He cleaned after himself.He also checked to make sure there were no carbon monoxide leaking with a machine in the house. Which was the first time I saw anyone do. He said it was for the safety and made us feel safe. Great company!

I bought my system through Cool Air Mecahnical in 2018. On Thursday night my AC went out. I called Friday morning and they sent Kyle out to repair that day. He immediately identified and corrected the problem, and also identified another part that was about to die, so he ordered that part. He wasn’t sure if that part would make it through the holiday weekend, so he gave me advice on things to try if the part stopped working over the weekend. He showed up today (Tuesday) as he said he would with the new part and completed the repairs. Our salesperson was Art Scott and our installers were Elio and Jean-Paul. Our overall experience with Cool Air was quite positive. Art Scott spent plenty of time with us inspecting our house and discussing our options with us. When we finally scheduled the install, he was available to answer any questions that we had.Our installers were simply fantastic. They were punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Our house was built in 1964 and had extension renovations done to it that were not aware of. This posed some interesting challenges for the installers as the original install plans werent possible after these renovations were uncovered. We were able to call Art, even though it was on the weekend, and he was able to understand the issue and consult with the installers on options. They immediately got to work with devising some alternatives. Their creativity and professional experience allowed them to devise a plan that would give us the same quality heating and cooling as the original plan. It took over 3+ more hours to get this accomplished but they didnt complain at all about the extra time. They also asked for our input along the way to make sure that we were informed and on-board with the entire plan as it was being executed. After the install was completed, they then spent time explaining how to use the new system and didnt leave until we were confident that we knew how to use it.All in all, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend that you use them.

The appointment was right on time because after two mid summer nights with no air, I was not prepared for another. I received a text at 7:30ish saying Cole would be on his way. I awaited his arrival like Christmas day. Cole showed up before 9am and got to work. I too got to work (WFH) and withing an hour or so, he was wrapping up! Cole provided me two options and his expert opinion. He got the air going where possible and we made a plan for a permanent fix. The permanent fix is nothing to sneeze at, but I dont have too many options here.Based on the responsiveness, outcome and friendliness, I would recommend Cool Air.

To say I am pleased with Juan De La Cruz and Cool Air Mechanical would be an understatement. Juan was very professional! He was punctual, well-mannered, upbeat and positive. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate Juan taking the time to explain the issues that were wrong with my HVAC system, what the solution was, and what all my options were. Over the years, I’ve dealt with many contractors and technicians, with that said, this was at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon quickly approaching evening time, when most contractors and technicians would just try to sell you a quick solution so they could pack up and get the heck out of there! That wasn’t the case with Juan whatsoever. He was extremely thorough with checking the 2 units in the attic and the same with inspecting the compressors outside the house. You could tell he wasn’t rushing and he truly cared, and I really appreciate that.When Juan returned on Monday with the new parts to do the repairs, again, he was very professional, punctual, and efficient. I told him I had an important appointment at 2pm I needed to be at and he assured he would be done before then. True to his word, Juan and his coworker Armando arrived at 10am and they were done by 1:30pm!I give Juan De La Cruz and Cool Air Mechanical 5 stars and I would (and will) highly recommend them to anyone in need of any HVAC services. I had a problem my air-condition in middle of Saturday. I log in online booking, and the date the technician came was the following Monday afternoon. I was so glad to service that quick. The manager call me that the service might be little late than what I was expecting due to lot a service behind but he wanted let me know they did not forgot me, and it was so impressed to hear they are counting customers 😊.More over, the technician, Sagar Bhatt explained the issue what I asked for meticulously to understand well. He suggested let me contract the Preventive Maintenance Agreement for 2 systems, and I thought only one system will be fine because the first floor does not use much. But he explained why both floors system should work together always, and it makes sense to me. I heeded his suggestion, and join the PMA for two systems today. He left with big smile 😀. By the way, he told his first name, Sagar means the ocean 💙 Thanks, Ocean.

Kyle Miller was great 👍, when I called around 10:30am I figure we would get someone sometime later today. Well I want to say everything was over the top 👏. Kyle called me aprox 11:00 am and advised he was on his way. I got there about 12 noon and he was already checking the system out. I would recommend anyone to check Cool Air Mechanical, they are top rated in my book🙌👍🇺🇲
