I wanted to share my experience with Universal Enterprises on 12.28.17, I called the company as I had needed a plumber because where my furnace and water heater are there was a puddle of water and it was running into my hallway and my carpeting was soaking wet...The representative named Amber answered the call..I thought she was so kind and thoughtful of my situation..I found out they only do commercial services not residential..Amber did go beyond her customer service and help me try to figure out my next step..I was so pleased with her taking the time to help me..I just hope other companies could have Ambers in their front desk of operation...My experience became so much more calming after our discussion..I then contacted the recommended company was so excited how that experience went :) Thank you Amber for all your efforts in getting me to a very great company to help me in my time of need...I recommend Amber as a 5 star customer service representative and all of their professional services...Sincerely, Pam Shumate
