    They handled a very challenging install on a hot water heater that was located on a shelf in the laundry room. It was handled very professionally and they also cleaned up the area after they left. He also installed a new sink and faucet which Will recommended. I love them. It has changed the whole style of the kitchen. I have gotten a ton of compliments on it. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future projects.

    Not just for homeowners!!! We dont have the greatest response time on issues within our apartment. Were desperately in need of a working sink that had been rigged in an improper manor over many years (weve all been there trying our own fixes). Legacy plumbing was swift in answering our call as well as efficient in the job itself. Extremely courteous and no mess after the job. Never had that before with a plumber. Would highly recommend.

    In the last 48hrs I noticed my water heater going downhill and reached out to Legacy Plumbing at 8pm and they were able to schedule me in for the next day. In less than 24hrs from my call I have a new water heater and knowledge I did not previously have as a first time homeowner. Will is so nice and professional and takes time to explain why and what is necessary. The price seems reasonable and fair for the job and work done. Highly recommend and will be using this company again for future plumbing needs.

    Legacy Plumbing and Drain came out and replaced a water heater at my house. Will responded quickly and was very professional and courteous in handling this job. He also showed up when he said he would. I was very pleased with his work on my water heater replacement. His rates are also fair and reasonable, cheaper than most other plumbing contractors. Excellent plumbing service that I would recommend to anyone.Edit 2-05-24. Legacy Plumbing is now owned by Benjamin Franklin Plumbers out of Wooster, Ohio. Will sold it to them about a year ago(?). Just used them and the work was very good. They are still using the Mansfield office but are basically operating out of Wooster. They warranty everything they sell to a lifetime warranty and they can sell products cheaper than Will because they have commercial contracts with OEMs whereas Will paid retail for everything through places like Lowes or Home Depot.

    Not only did Will at Legacy Plumbing have the best price for our area, he also went above and beyond to help ease our plumbing issues! He provided vast amounts of knowledge about the issues in our main line, and although he doesnt perform the future needs we will have to invest in, he was more than willing to provide solutions and answer numerous questions to help steer us in the right direction at no extra gain for himself.     Absolutely the best plumbing experience I have had. On time, quick and very high quality work, fair pricing, and I didnt have to wait two months to have him come in. He came within 3 days!! Highly recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done, big or small. Also, I live in a mobile home, so having that flexibility was nice also since a lot of plumbers wont work on mobile homes.

    Legacy Drain/Will was recommended to us by a friend and did not disappoint. Will was able to diagnose a leaking drain pipe in our upstairs bathroom and replace the old, leaking pipes. He patiently answered all my questions in an easy to understand and professional way. He was respectful to our home, and kind and patient with our kids. Besides the drain project, he also replaced our leaking outdoor faucet, and added a shut off to it, which will be helpful in the winter. We will definitely be using Will for our future plumbing projects and will recommend him to our family and friends as he did quality work for a very fair price.

    First time ever needing a plumber and our experience was great! We had a line back-up into our bathtub, it was in the evening and I was scrambling trying to find someone to come asap. I scheduled an appointment with another company on my first attempt but after looking at prices, decided to keep looking and I am so glad that I did. The fact that I didnt even leave a message at 8pm and Will returned just a missed phone call at 8:54pm and came to fix our issue within 24 hours was great! Very professional, friendly, reasonable price, very helpful with letting us know how to handle things until he got to us, very knowledgeable about everything once he was here to fix our problem and above and beyond great customer service.     This was my first time needing plumbing work and was having a hard time trying to decide who to use. I read nothing but good reviews about Will and his services so I went with him. So glad I did. My initial problem was an easy fix, and he was going to just take care of that. He suggested repairs for the future and was able to quote me what that would be for when I wanted to have it done. I chose to have the work done that he suggested and he had time that day and got it all done within a few hours!     We called after 8 PM on a weeknight and Will answered the phone and was willing to come to our house that evening. After further discussion, we elected to shut off the water and await his arrival in the morning. He showed up (ON TIME) and was able to fix the issue. While at our house we had some questions about the whole house filtration system and he gave us his opinion and was able to schedule an appointment to address the other issues in a timely manner. He was very friendly and professional, but what I appreciated the most (aside from fixing the issue) was the fact he answered the phone after hours without sounding put off or inconvenienced. We called and got a live, local person - amazing. I would use Legacy again (and I am) and feel like I was treated fairly and with professionalism. You will not be disappointed.

    We noticed we had no hot water on Wednesday! I messaged Legacy Drain and Will came out the very next day to give us an estimate. We gave him the go ahead and he was scheduled to come on Friday! Within 2 days, Will had us up and running again!!! No sales pitch, no hassle! He didnt try to sell us more than we needed! Legacy drain has great rates and excellent service!!! No need for a second opinion but if you must get one, youll be wasting your time! 😊

    Service was remarkable and well priced to say the least. Fixed my shutoff valve under the sink that was old in need of repair, Found my leak in the Dishwasher hose and resolved the issue. Such great work. Now having him quote a replacement toilet in the basement! Look forward to using him in the future. Highly recommend!

    Phenomenal company. Took my call and a new water heater in place within about 6 hours. Will fixed an issue that he noticed with my AC vent at no charge while working on the hot water heater. Very difficult to find professionalism at this level anymore. Totally recommended. You will not be disappointed.

    Had attempted to replace a kitchen faucet myself, when ran into some unexpected difficulties. Called up on a Saturday, and he was available to come that same day. It wasnt as pressing to get it repaired then, but was readily available for the following Monday. Arrived during the time frame that was given over the phone, and was efficient in fixing the faucet and fairly priced. Next time I need any plumbing work done, Ill consider calling first, before making a mess.

    On time and excellent work. The drain from my toilet was leaking. When they pulled the toilet we discovered that the flooring was severely damaged. Will was willing to come back after another job to allow me Time to replace my flooring underlayment. Once I replaced the damaged underlayment Will returned and finished replacing the flange pipe quickly and replaced the toilet, tested all new fittings and pipes. Even with the after hours overtime the cost was below any other estimate I have received. Professional workmanship and cleaned everything up once finished. I will be calling them for any future plumbing jobs that I need done.

    I had a drain in my basement flooding the basement. Called Legacy and spoke to the owner, Will, and arranged for him to clear the drain. He was finished and cleaned up in 1 1/2 hours. He recommended some repairs that would solve my clogged drain problem long term. Due to his charges for this problem being soooo reasonable!! I am bringing him back next month to make the suggested repairs. If you have a plumbing problem, call Will first!

    Ive always been amazed at how hard it is to find and hire responsive, skilled trades in Mansfield. I called Legacy at the beginning of the week, got a call back the SAME day, and had a service visit by the end of the week. They were crystal clear in their pricing, showed up EARLY, worked CLEAN, and came in UNDER their initial estimate! I almost hate to write this review because I know when people learn how good these guys are, they will get busy! But as small businessman I genuinely want to see excellence succeed!
