I decided to replace my 18 water heater before it failed and became an emergency. Nick came to the house, examined my current installation, explained what he would do and how long he thought it would take. He also offered options. There was no pressure. Bow Tie Plumbing was not the lowest of the 6 estimates that I got but based on their reviews, their Better Business Bureau rating and accreditation, and Nicks explanations, I decided to go with Bow Tie Plumbing. I am very happy with the work performed. There were no surprise fees. The final bill was exactly what was estimated. I recommend Bow Tie Plumbing.

Recently my elderly mother had a water leak in her yard. After seeing that there was little that I could do I started searching for someone to fix the problem. I searched Yelp and found several plumbers with good ratings. I started calling places and Bow Tie was the one that answered the phone.I spoke to the owner, Travis, and let him know that my mother had an emergency and since I had turned off her water was in great need. He was very friendly and said that he and his crew were booked for the day but would squeeze her in and get her water going again. This was needed because it was my birthday and she was planning a family dinner.Travis arrived later that afternoon and quickly accessed the problem and in a little over an hour or so had the problem resolved and we were able to have our family time.Once he finished is when I started to panic a little. I know that plumbing calls, especially emergency ones, can be very very expensive. I was quite pleased with the bill being much MUCH less than I was expecting.Travis, of Bow Tie Plumbing, did a fantastic job at a fair price and I will recommend him highly to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

He explained what his services would cost, he gave helpful suggestions, he listened to what I wanted and we both agreed on how it would be done so that he could warranty his work. I wanted the same decorative supply line that I had for the last 22 years. He said he would be glad to take the supply line I had to see if he could still match it at one of his suppliers. He called me today to let me know that he had found the same decorative supply line at one of his suppliers and he would be out later in the day to install it - see pictures. Bryson is one of those people who go above and beyond to make his customers happy. You can tell he is a quality and capable young man who cares. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right.

We had our water heater go out and was not heating water. On a Sunday night we had hot water and Monday morning no hot water.Bobby Cantrell came out and since the heater had never been drained and so much sediment came out he recommended replacing the tank.Because the cost was a little too much for us at this time he agreed to just replace the elements and thermostat. It took care of the problem and now we have a little more time to prepare for a major home expense.The cost was reasonable and he did an excellent job. I would recommend Bow Tie Plumbing.

Very disappointed in our service call. Had to pay $200(would have been $250 but we got a discount ) just for him to open the access panel to our mobile home and for him to climb under it. He attempted to open the panel where our water heater is and freaked out closing it and pretty much leaving us to have to call back later. After he left I realized he left the panel door wide open. I wont be a return customer. ****I have changed my review after the owner not only called us but came out himself and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our experience!! We will definitely be calling again to have future repairs done!!!****Edited to add, we did end up calling again to have our pipes taken care of they needed to be cleaned. The tech he sent out was amazing!! He explained everything he was doing!!

They had to do extensive work , drywall.for the exterior faucet and he discussed the problems with the toilets and checked the exterior lines to ensure they werent blocked.suggested we buy our own toilets to be replaced and door all 3 at the same time to save money. Showed us how to measure for the special toilet we wanted. Awesome job and attitude.

So far this has been a very good experience.

Thank you!!!Follow-up 10/2024 Bobby and Kelton came and helped us with a sink valve and toilet flushing parts. They went and got the parts at plumbing supply store and fixed both things expertly in short order!! Then, the very next day we were trying to change the water filter in our refrigerator and we messed it up and water was coming out all over the place. So, we called Bow Tie again. :) Bobby and Kelton were kind enough to come out promptly and fix it plus look at our stand alone ice maker. They helped clean up the water mess which we caused and went over and above in every way. They were here for about 45 minutes and didn’t charge us even though I tried to get them to. We greatly appreciate you guys and I HIGHLY recommend Bow Tie to anyone with plumbing issues. Thank you!!!

This is the second time weve worked with Travis/Bowtie Plumbing and just as with the first he/they did a great job. We noticed water leaking from our attic and we were able to determine it was the drain-line from the AC unit and thought wed fixed the problem by blowing out the line. Several days later the water was dripping from the ceiling again. This time we called a professional. We worked with Bowtie Plumbing before and were very happy with the work so we called them again at 9:30pm that evening. Travis showed up at our home at 6:00am the next day. He fixed the problem, which was actually several problems that were contributing to the leaking. Were now fixed and ready to contact a company to repair the sheetrock. Second great experience with the team of guys. Last time I had a tankless water heater installed at my old house, this time I needed a water heater replaced at our new house.Service is great! He ran the entire line and cleared it out completely. I dont know why, after all these years of living in this house that we have not been calling Bow Tie Plumbing. Nick has been here twice for us for two separate reasons. Both times Nick has not steered us wrong. Kelton even showed me a product that we can use to prevent the clog from developing again. I believe that the price is right for the work that they do. Every time we need plumbing service. I am definitely going to ask for Nick! Bow Tie Plumbing and Nick are number one in my book. I really appreciated the professionalism and competence of Travis and his team. I found them via Angi. Travis called me in the morning, confirmed what was going on with my tankless system. He arrived to do the free estimate and had the equipment and parts on the truck to do the job. The original plumber who installed the unit did not put in the proper clean out valves. I live in Southside in one of the older houses, not one of the new replacements/remodels that keep popping up, for context.Ive dealt with plumbers and contractors over the years and initially picked Bow Tie because they responded to my inquiry quickly, did free estimates, had good reviews and had online booking.Their good reviews are well deserved. Dustin not only showed up during the scheduled window (a first for me), but called when on his way. When he arrived, we explained the problem, he gave a quote right then and went to work. He was having some difficulties (old home) and called out Bryson to assist. They were so nice, tenacious, and efficient. Weve had plumbers in the past that upcharged due to the age of the pipes or that either didnt want to work on the issue or would only work on the issue after they fixed the other issues they discovered during the quote phase that had to be fixed prior to making the repairs we had called about. There was no games, no attempts to wring as much money as possible out of the call, just efficient work from very non-creepy guys. Will def recommend to everyone!

I’ve used them in the installation of my propane tankless water heater. Ever since moving to my home the original unit installed was very temperamental. Travis was able to install a brand new unit, that operates much more efficiently than the original unit. Bow Toe Plumbing is my plumbing choice for life!!

He had the problem diagnosed about 10 min after that.Long story short, water turned off, problem fixed, and water back on in an hour.Glad I found Bow Tie.
