Mr. Rooter, specifically Logan did an outstanding job in helping us out with an emergency weekend call-out. He was timely, professional, and took his time to ensure the best resolution despite some additional needed repairs. While Mr. Rooter was not the cheapest option out there, they certainly provided a higher level of service than some other service providers. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

****Edit- after I posted this review, the pluming manager of Mr.Rooter reached out and made things right. They were here within the same week I posted the review below to level out the dirt mound in our front yard, without any cost, and it looks soooo much better. They are also refunding us the $1,800 we felt we were owed. They were extremely apologetic and sincere when they said that the service we received wasn’t how they do things, and that they had had some issues with particular people that apparently don’t work there anymore. We feel they made things right, and explained why things went wrong in the first place and have addressed those issues internally.Thank you so very much Dustin for your quick response and making us feel appreciated again!Original review below-Unfortunately, over 6 months after service, we are still very upset with the outcome of the work done on our home by Mr. Rooter. We had an emergency septic overflow into our basement on Thanksgiving day, resulting in over $26,000 in repair costs per Mr. Rooter. While they quickly fit us in for work (one of the few positives), we feel like we were purposely misled and confused regarding necessary repairs, charges, etc. by Nick, the salesman. We still feel there was a $1,800 over charge for something Nick told us would come off the bill if we decided to replace the septic lines.We strongly feel the additional plumbing work we had done could have been done better, but the guys working at our house were rushed to complete the job so they could get their paychecks due to how Mr. Rooter pays their employees. The concrete that was poured is uneven and dips in places, and had to be reworked by our flooring contractor before flooring could go down, and it’s still not great.Mr.Rooter vehicles were parked in our driveway and roadway 1-2 hours before and after work was done, causing us to wonder if we were charged for idling trucks on our property.A huge uneven mound of dirt was left in our front yard, they tore up landscaping and plants and didn’t put them back well, didn’t tell us what the new pipe coming out of the ground was, and told us to call them this spring and they would come out and help level out the dirt. I called last week and the guy said it was a separate service and they could come give me an estimate. We said no thanks, as we will not have them on our property again, and highly recommend looking into other local plumbers for septic line and plumbing work.

Had a hose bib start leaking right as we dropped into freezing temperature at my house. Did a quick google search and found Mr. Rooter plumbing, gave them a call and they were out at the house about 2 hours later. They got the wall opened up, old hose bib off and a shut off valve put in quickly. They ordered a new part and came back out 2 days later to finish the install. They were very communicative with me about timings/and scheduling.Logan Simpson was my tech and he was awesome! Allowed me to hover over his shoulder and ask questions. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.I highly recommend these folks to anyone

I always look to your company first with any plumbing issues, and I always will as long as people like Richard work there. I am in an older house that had major plumbing issues several years ago. After consulting two other companies that tried but could not help, Mr. Rooter came through and identified what engineers from those companies could not. One of those companies said my entire back yard would need to be dug up! Richard was the plumber who not only identified the problem being the main drain on town property, but relayed that to town employees as they were at my home. As a result the town had to dig up the alley and fix the issue. Any new plumbing issues, I call you guys and ask for Richard. I appreciate a good, honest company that has great customer service and employees who excel at their jobs. Thank you more than I can say. I will be a lifelong customer.

I called these guys to come look at a clogged drain in my basement and its only purpose is to drain my water softener. They announced that it is a french drain, then explained the whole, french drain concept to me. (My house is 90 years old and apparently a common thing then) So, theres nothing that can be done about the drain, but they can move my water softener to another part of my basement that has a working, non-french, drain. So theyre pretty awesome for suggesting a solution!

Recently, due to a water main repair on our street, our household water pipes were vibrating. After I shut the water off to the house, we noticed the shut-off valve had a leak, and our 17-year-old hot water tank was making crackling noises. Plus, (not due to the water main issue) our downstairs toilet fill valve was noisy when flushed. We called Mr. Rooter to report our issues, and technicians Levi and Logan Simpson were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable about our issues. They were thorough in their work and double-checked to be sure things were accurate. Supervisors stopped by as well to check in. It took a couple of days, but all in all, we are pleased with the results. We now have a new water heater (pictured), a shut-off valve, and a toilet fill valve! We called Roto Rooter to look at our backed up sewer. The first call got canceled when I called I was told the cancelation was due to found someone else. I reschedule they were 2 hours late. I was told the clog was under our basement floor. They came back the next day with their camera they couldnt see anything because to much stuff in the way. Quoted 8k to fix and a week to fix it!!! And by the way dont use the bathroom till its fixed! Called MR ROOTER. They were there within an hour on a Saturday. Asked us if we wanted it fixed now. We said yes. They blasted the sewer line OUTSIDE found 3 root balls. Were here about 2 hours and problem fixed! NEVER WAS IN THE HOUSE UNDER THE CONCRETE BASEMENT!!! the best part only 1k!!! I will only use Mr Rooter from now on!! Thank you sooo much for savings us money!!!!
