My furnace wasnt heating up properly due to an issue that turned out to be a minor one. Their employee, Chad came out promptly and fixed it. He was very courteous and patient. He answered my questions and gave some good advice as well. I have called them in the past and they have always done a good job at a fair price.

I cannot express how happy I was after todays service. I called at noon and wasnt able to book their first available appointment tomorrow afternoon so the receptionist put me on an on call list for today with a promise of touching base before she left at 430 if they couldnt get to me. Justin was at my house by 1:55 and gone by 2:20. He was so polite, efficient and quick. He repaired our unit, gave me a little advice for potential future problems to watch for. The price was way less than I expected, and I cant get over how fast they got here and repaired our unit!! If speed, quality service and good pricing are important to you I highly recommend H&H!

Wonderful and professional. I bought a fixer upper and needed some pipes repaired. The office staff was prompt at sending out their guys for a quote. Very quick at making appointment to get it fixed. Even had to come out for a second appointment to do some plumbing in the bathroom. Guys were professional and very informative.Would give ten stars if able!

Awesome company, with great prices. Had to add to my review, WONDERFUL company! I have nothing but good things to say. They had to put in all new return vents in my house and they did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Love the owners and the staff, great people.

I had so many technicians/companies turn me down when needing to replace my AC unit. It is in the attic with a very tight squeeze and very hot. Charlie came out with a positive attitude, was very thorough, and gave me a fair estimate. The technicians, Kyle and Mike, worked so hard the 3 days the were here, were so professional and kind the entire time, kept a positive attitude throughout, and even came in early (6am) to work before the heat. It was 150 degrees in my attic and they worked hard and as quickly as they could. They worked well as a team encouraging each other and keeping positive while also making sure they were staying safe. I would highly recommend H & H for you heating and cooling needs. Very impressed with the entire process.

We have a 100 year old house with a major leak in an original 4 cast iron drain line. They sent an evaluator over to assess the problem and a team followed and completed the repair. They were highly professional, timely, and cleaned up at the end. Couldnt be happier. Ryan, one of the H&H owners even stopped by to see how the job was going. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I have used H&H about four times in the last six months and have been really happy I used them. They replaced my broken AC capacitor in the summer, installed a new (and needed replacement) gas water heater, installed a new garbage disposal and a new toilet flapper and seal, and advised and referred me for a dishwasher issue. They spent time explaining problems and processes, answering questions, and sharing tips. I’m better educated now in how various home systems and appliances work in addition to having quality parts and appliances. They stand behind their work and even declined to charge me for a service call as a courtesy since they’d been here a month earlier for an unrelated issue. It’s reassuring to have found this ethical, professional, and expert service company.

Great Company! Long story short, my Father had some health issues and was in a nursing home for awhile. When he came home, the gas company said that there were problems with the furnace, and he couldnt light it. I called H&H and they made sure they made it to my Dads house that very same day! The secretary told me even if they had to come at 8pm they would make sure they came out there, as he is an older gentleman and it is cold. Brian was so nice, and gave me some information about other heating and cooling stuff at my Dads home after he had left. Good people!

Id love to have my mother move to Columbus with us. But she doesnt want to leave her home. She lived in Columbus at one time for several years and loved the City. I was born in Mansfield, and graduated in 1975 from Malabar. Im always concerned with home repairs. I have had bad experiences in Mansfield. However, H&H has been there for her and me! I can highly recommend the people at H&H!Chris was sent to my home the day before Thanksgiving. He was great! Ashley and everyone Ive talked to at H & H have been real professionals! I wish they were in Columbus!

After AEP caused major power spikes to my homes electrical system I needed a new furnace.These guys from H & H Heating and Plumbing came out, priced a new furnace - installed it in one day, for two thousand (less than my neighbor paid through a (very local) Furnace Company).Ryan worked with me to make sure the furnace would operated seamlessly with the outdoor wood burner/gas furnace and heat pump.The furnace is extremely efficient it heats the basement, first floor and keeps the second floor in the high sixtys in normal 20-30°s OD TEMPS. (USING WOOD OUTDOOR WATER FURNACE ONLY). There is a second floor furnace used only one or two weeks a year when family comes.Thank you receptionist Ashley, installersTroy Josh and Ryan we love the work you did and love the furnace. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE A FEW MONTHS AGO THRU H&H BUT MY HUSBAND TOOK CARE OF THE SITUATION AND H&H GOT RIGHT ON THE PROBLEM AND VERY IMPRESSED NOW WITH THEM THEY TOOK CARE OF PROBLEM AND MADE IT RIGHT WITH US I GUESS SOMETIMES YOU GET A BAD WORKER AND YOU HAVE TO FIND OUT IN A HARD WAY THERE NOT HONEST BUT H&H Figured it out THANKYOU.
