    Robert was fantastic. He diagnosed the issue, and it made sense the way he explained it all. A few minutes later he found the actual issue and fixed it very quickly. He was kind, personal and explained everything, including costs, as he went along. Very happy with the experience and he really knew his stuff. Great guy.

    Technician called prior to arriving and showed up as expected. He took the time to listen to my HVAC issues that occurred in the prior weeks but eventually went away. He tried to investigate the issue just to make sure things were operating properly despite the visit being a seasonal HVAC checkup. The technician was thorough with reviewing the coolant levels and checking temps. He validated that all things were operating according to Mfg. specs. Said to call them if problem resurfaces. The seasonal checkup was a bit above and beyond due to me bringing up my concerns and I felt the technician did a great job listening, inspecting, and explaining. Keep this kind of customer service and honesty and you will keep me as a customer.

    We use Buckeye Horizon for all of our HVAC work and maintenance. In addition, they installed a water heater for us a couple of years ago. We recently had a mini split installed in our basement to complement the central air upstairs and could not be happier. The two young men who installed it were polite, communicative and hard working. The new unit is quiet and efficient. We’re very pleased with the consistency and quality of work. Highly recommended!

    We called & told them what we were looking for & a gentleman came out to talk to my husband & I. It wasnt but a week later & we had everything we asked for, central air in our home with a new wall monitor. They did the job in one day, came the same day they said they were going to & in a timely professional manner.     I have used Buckeye Horizon for the last several years for the yearly check up and cleaning of both our boiler heat system and air conditioning system. Both of our systems have some age to them, (Boiler system-60 years old AC unit-20+ years old) and we knew eventually we would need to replace. Well, this year was the year. The boiler finally decided to give us issues with parts that they could not replace. We told the service guys to have them get us an estimate for replacing the unit, and within a day, Mark called to set up a time to come out. Mark and Tom were here the next day to look at what we had and got us our estimate that day. Gave us the option to only replace the boiler and also one to replace both AC and Heat. We went for both units and they had the new units installed within a week of contacting them. The installers (Luke & Mitchell) we fantastic. They kept us informed of the progress and always let us know if they had to run and get something for the install. I was very comfortable with having them in our house and having access to whatever area they needed. Never worried about them being around any family members. Having daughters, that is always a concern for me. Everyone was totally professional and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Buckeye Horizon.

    Buckeye Horizon was quick to take care of our gas leak. The gas company found the leak and locked our meter until we could get it fixed. Buckeye Horizon was quick to respond and had the issue fixed quickly allowing us to get the gas company back on site the same day to turn our gas back on. The technicians that came were very knowledgeable as well as very courteous. They helped calm what was such a stressful situation.

    Unfortunately our old heating system decided to die on us. So I contacted Buckeye Horizon and they came out that afternoon and checked everything thing out just as we figured it was time replace the system. Tom came the next day and went over everything to replace the system and within a few days we had everything replaced and working again. Everyone at Buckeye very knowledgeable and courteous I would definitely recommend them!

    Purchased an old home and new needed all new mechanicals. The team was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. They replaced the AC, HVAC, and some duct work. I had the plumbing team replace the Hot water heater, install a toilet, and faucet. Very impressed all the way around. Highly recommend.Use the maintenance every year for furnace and A/C units. Techs always knowledgeable and friendly and do a great job. Just got furnace checked out and everything in working order. Again, highly recommended.

    I’ve been a customer of Buckeye Horizon for many years. They serviced my HVAC system Spring and Fall and when the time came to replace the units, I upgraded to a Trane system. Based on my experience with the staff and specifically Tom Craft, it was an easy decision when I was faced with a furnace issue in a new home. I had a home warranty that turned out to not be worth the paper it was written on. When I realized the company was not going to do the right thing, I immediately called Buckeye. They worked with me and the warranty company and helped me to get the best possible outcome. Instead of a repair on a 25 year old furnace that the warranty company was only willing to pay a portion of, I authorized Tom to replace the unit with a new furnace. I was able to get 12 month, 0% financing through them and the bank they work through. There were certainly other companies I could have chosen, but Buckeye Horizon has not only earned my business but have a lifelong customer and I’ll continue to recommend them to anyone I know!     I contacted Buckeye Horizon when our old fuel oil furnace went out. Alex came out on a Saturday to quote the replacement as my family had no heat. He quoted a fair price and it was installed the same week as our new gas line. Jeff and Tyler did a great job installing the furnace and gas line and were extremely courteous and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of each day and made sure I knew what was going on throughout the process. Highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC or plumbing needs.

    .Buckeye Horizon is the absolute cheapest by about 2k minimum from everyone I got quotes from. I paid in full, the job was done within 2 days of signing. And tbh the 2 guys who did the install (Luke and Luke lol) were here all day from 830 to 430 and they were the nicest people Ive ever had in my house to do work. And didnt irritate me they were here lol. They explained everything. It was a very simple and easy process. Alex, walked me through everything, explained everything and was available if I had any questions throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.

    After talking to my buddy about needing to replace my HVAC system, he suggested Buckeye Horizon as that was the company who installed his new system a few years ago. He was very happy with their work as well as the overall price of everything. I called them for a quote and was very happy with the numbers, a few others I got quotes from , quoted the same system or one below and they all came in anywhere from 1500-3000 dollars more than Buckeye Horizon, so it was a no brainer for me. Our service technician Christopher Lambert immediately identified the problem and ordered parts which were under warranty.     Tom from Buckeye Horizon came out today to unclog a drain shared by a couple of sinks in our upstairs bathrooms. It turned out to be a difficult job (it was a large clog located far from the sinks themselves), and he kept at it until the job was finished. He did a good job cleaning up when he was done as well. While he was here, he also inspected our boiler in order to quote some work that we need to have done before next heating season. The price for both jobs was more than fair. This was our first time using Buckeye Horizon, but definitely wont be our last. Thanks again, Tom and Buckeye Horizon!

    Prompt communication, always pick up the phone, high review ratings, good website that describes what they do.Had a call with the owner regarding an order of events. He was very professional and understanding. My question was regarding the cost of a particular service and my hope that an over-the-phone estimate would be possible. The only way to get an estimate is via a service call, which comes with a fee (fully explained before they visit). I wish an estimate or at least price range could be provided over the phone; but he explained why they do not do so.My thought is that one should be able to call two or three businesses, inquire about the cost for a common repair (floor drain clog, in my case), and get a few estimates to compare before having several plumbing companies visit your house. Emphasis on estimate because, rightfully so, a proper diagnosis is required before knowing exactly what the problem(s) is(are). i.e. If your issue is only a clogged floor drain, we charge $xyz for that service (drain snake); but a final quote is based upon a visit to your property to fully diagnose the issue(s).On the bright side, they did honor the previous owners remaining 1 year service contract and fulfilled the services offered in said contract at no additional cost to us.

    I definitely recommend Buckeye. Abe Shepherd has done an excellent job on both my boiler and my air conditioning. Timely, honest, fair and easy to talk to. That was not the case with another heating/cooling company in the area.     On 12/18 our furnace died. Called them Monday morning and they had people out that afternoon. They didnt have the part, so ordered it. They were not able to get the part, as the factory was out and didnt know when they would. After waiting 3 days they called and told us do to not knowing when it would arrive, we were authorized for a new furnace. They came and installed it on Friday 12/23 during a severe winter storm. Wind chills 25 below. They even dropped off space heaters to help, while we waited. We have done business with this co., for over 35 years and have never had a complaints.

    Called Buckeye Horizon because we had a leak coming from our ceiling and our air was not working properly, Rod McKinnon was sent out same day to see what the issue was. After issue was identified and parts were ordered, Rod made sure parts were expedited so we wouldn’t have to go without air for a long period. Once parts were in Rod showed up same day and we had working air. We also had Rod come out at another time for much needed duct work. Everything is located in our attic, but Rod showed up in a timely manner even in the hot summer temps and didn’t leave until the job was done.     My 16 year old furnace stopped working and Buckeye came out on the weekend. The blower fan and control module turned out to be broken. The cost was going to be about half the cost of a new unit. My AC had been leaking so we included that in the replacement unit. They got the new equipment in as quickly as they could, and included the install and old unit haul away, as well as a fair quoted price. The unit is properly sized and is working far better than the old unit ever did. I recommend them strongly for your HVAC maintenance and needs.
