The price for the isolation test was less than every company in the DFW metroplex except one. The quality of service was wonderful and it was very clear that the owner is a very skilled individual. He found a missing clean out in under a minute. I was surprised by his cost to repair so much that I had to deduct a star from this review.Unlike most people I call between 50-100 companies to figure out the best price possible. The highest three quotes were $21K, $30K, and $40K and this company was among these three. The guy that won the bid came in under $13K and while that’s still a bit high, my time was short considering everything. -

Called after unsuccessfully trying to unclog a dual vanity. Opted for next day service to avoid an emergency call-out fee late at night. He arrived about 30 minutes after the appointment window the next morning, but he did text to apologize for running late. The repair was completed quickly. We would definitely call again, if needed. -

Would give 6 or 7 stars if able to. Called Icon yesterday evening after discovering a leak in my front flower bed, had to turn the water off to the entire house. Condy came out within 30 min, at 6pm. Let that sink in for a moment...how often can you find a plumber to come out within 30 min that doesnt ask you for a $250 emergency call fee. He showed up, diagnosed the problem in about two minutes and said hed get to work. Ill get this done tonight for you and have your water back on in a couple of hours. Turned out to be a leak about 4 feet down on the mainline to the house. He absolutely delivered, and the price was great, very competitive. Highly recommend Icon. -

I’m posting this TONIGHT after Condy just left our home on Mother’s Day!! We had an emergency and after calling several plumbing businesses (large and small) who could not come out until tomorrow afternoon, or had to check with their on-call staff -I contacted Icon Plumbing and was immediately met with professionalism by someone willing to come out to help TONIGHT. Condy asked for pics to help do an assessment and check for parts. He was here within an hour as quoted, and jumped right into action to fix our shower faucet that had been running for about two hours at that point. It would not shut off! Again, I cannot stress how professional and knowledgeable Condy was; explaining to us what caused the problem while he replaced the broken eroded part with the new piece he brought. His weekend/after hours fee was reasonable and worth every bit of his speedy response time…on a Sunday night. Did I mention it was Mother’s Day?!?! Thank you so very much Condy. I reached out to ICON Plumbing on Tuesday about a clogged toilet and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (today). Condy showed up and was very courteous and professional and had my toilet working like new in a matter of minutes. Afterwards, he explained what the issue may have been that caused the clogging and shared some background on his professional experience. I will certainly be using ICON again for any plumbing issues and suggest anyone needing a plumber do as well. -

I had a plumbing problem with the water draw from the lake when I remodeled my boat dock. He knew how to diagnose and fixed the situation in no time flat.Afterwards we were walking back to his truck, we noticed a neighbor in their 70s digging his water lines out from the yard by hand. Condy immediately went over to help them and fixed his problem in a couple hours. He didnt even charge my neighbor. He said its important to help people, especially the elderly.This is the RIGHT people you want to have on speed dial.I recommend him to anyone, every time.A knowledgeable and helpful contractor to have.I give him 5 STARS!! -
