Fabulous Team! Brad and Ray handled our issue quickly, efficiently, and effectively with a great level of confidence. Their professionalism and confidence was visible from the outset. We had an issue with our drain tile, that was quickly diagnosed and solved in very short order. Not only was a solution, quick and efficient, but it was affordable as well. I appreciate the opportunity to work with a man and his business who still rely on the honesty of a firm handshake. In one of the previous reviews, I read that you should keep these folks on speed dial, I will be recommending them to anyone. I know that has a drain issue. Brad, thank you for the amazing service and work that you did at our home.

Erik was wonderful to do everything and even little extra that werent on the repair list. He tightened my toilet to the floor.put new toilet seats I had but couldnt fix myself. Pick up the hand held shower head and put the piece to hang it. He is very nice guy and good worker and I really appreciate his work.

I cant say enough good things about Brads. Eric has been out to our house several times for various projects, and he always does an AMAZING job. They have always been quick, responsive, dependable, and very fair in their pricing.

The gentleman that serviced our home was personable and went above and beyond snaking our drain. He educated us on how to best care for our pipes and how to prevent this situation from happening again. He was more than willing to answer any questions (ignorant or not lol) and the price was reasonable compared to other local companies I got quotes from. We will definitely be hanging brads drain service card on our filing cabinet and using them again when the time comes.

Great crew of experienced tradesmen. Got into a pretty major plumbing bind.These guys made it out and had it repaired within a days notice. Even after a huge storm that knocked out power across Ohio. Quick, clean, professional, definitely a job well done.10/10 recommended

Amazing friendly service had a backup that flooded my basement when I called a nationwide recognized 24/7 service they had nothing till the next day!!!! I called brads instantly picked up my call and had someone to me in 15 minutes. This was a 8-9pm call and the afterhour rate was wonderful compared to what I paid 2-3 years ago 3x less, the service was wonderful! Kudos to Brads I will defiantly use them for any plumbing issues!

We talked about the problem and I will decide later if I will fix it or they will come back again to fix it Very honest people I would recommend for any plumbing drains or sewer services.

Prompt service, on time and great price. Fixed the clogged sewer main in less than 30 minutes and triple checked it with the snake to make sure he got it all. Will use again, this was the second time in the past few years that I have used them and both times has been superb!

Called at 8am on Christmas Eve and just after 10 he was here. My main drain was root clogged and affecting the whole house, and he had it freed up in 30 min. Quick and courteous, and nearly half the price I was quoted by some others. Great experience

Highly professional but yet very personnable. Called Mr. Wilson at 9 a.m. and he was at my house by 12:30 p.m and had my main sewer line unclogged within 20 minutes. His price is extremely reasonable for the experience he brings as well. If I could rate him 6 stars I would! Thank you.

Completely helped us understand that misconception that was told to us by a previous contractor and above that Sam was an amazing receptionist scheduling and answering calls. Brad also helped us understand why no clog toilets don’t work and our toilet was a better value after all. He came out and unclogged our darn toilet. Never BUY GLACIER BAY! Thanks guys!

He did a very good job getting my kitchen. Drain unclog. The water you saw in the picture in the sink was A PRODUCT called Drain cleaners. I used three containers and it still was clogged up.It was not Brads fault.

Brad, does an excellent job. We have used him for putting in additional outdoor drains, sump pump issues, hot water tanks, and water softeners. They can handle it all! Brad is extremely knowledgeable and fair, his office staff is extremely helpful as well!! Highly recommended!!
