Our initial experience with Electrisource was overall positive. They replaced a few outlets, added a smart doorbell, and did an quick assessment of our house to see if the electrical needed to be updated, which they ultimately said was not really necessary. The pricing felt a bit expensive, but overall was similar (though on the high end) to other quotes we were getting at the time. We were very pleased with the work and ended up getting a panel upgrade from them as well, which was also excellent overall.The only issue we had was with the service upgrade that we got along with the panel. This was a logistical issue that was mostly the fault of the inspector and Dominion, but that Electrisource could have handled better. For some reason our inspection was never received by Dominion, so they kept delaying our service upgrade. We were told that they would come out when they were ready, but they never did and they never contacted us. After several months we reached out to Electrisource, and they were surprised that it was taking so long and reached out to the inspector as well, but things still werent moving. Eventually we had to step in and start making calls and finally we were able to get everything settled, but by the end of that process it had been about a year since the panel upgrade itself.The failures on the inspection office and Dominions part were not at all Electrisources fault, but it feels like they could have monitored the process more closely and made sure things were moving along, especially after we reached out to them for the first time. Other than that though, everything about their service was excellent and we really enjoyed working with them.

We first contacted an electrician to come to our home to give us an estimate to install an outdoor electrical outlet outside of our home patio/balcony. After looking at the site to install an extended outdoor outlet, he verbally gave us an estimate for the job to be done and said that his office would email a written estimate. Days and weeks gone by, neither the electrician nor the office administrator returned my calls and emails. Felt really unprofessional to me for not calling back even if its just an email or a text to tell me they are busy or booked up. One day, looking outside my patio/balcony window, I saw two black working vans parking nearby my neighbor’s home. The name, ElectricSource was printed on the van with a picture of a large lightbulb. Crossing my fingers, I decided to give a try and called the number. Andrea, the office manager answered my call and set up a date and time for her electrician to come for an estimate. Andrea was friendly and collaborated effectively and felt like being taking care of. On the day of the estimate, we met Luis (master electrician) and he was courteous and respectful and took the time to explain how he would set up the outdoor electrical output outside of our patio/balcony. He gave us an estimate and said to think about it and call his office to confirm the job. Rather than waiting for the next day to confirm, I decided to confirm on the spot because of his professionalism, friendliness, and honestly. He called the office to set up a date and time for the installation. On the day of the installation, Luis and Carlos (Apprentice) worked as a team. They were very knowledgeable, exceptional, and went above and beyond. Both were outstanding and communicated everything that was needed. My wife and I are so happy we found ElectriSource! We will definitely be calling ElectriSource again for any future electrical needs. Their top-quality service and customer focused important to us. Highly recommend.Thank you ElectriSource!

Everyone was very professional, cool, friendly, and laid-back.I wanted a ceiling fan installed that required pre-wiring, and Victor gave me a free estimate over the phone. The quoted estimate was exactly what I ended up paying as well. I know many of you consider prices as a big factor when hiring someone, and I can say Victors prices were better than all the other quotes I got!I was able to book an appointment for the next week and they arrived on time as scheduled and gave me both a one day reminder call and a 30 minute heads-up. Victor, the Master Electrician and Owner of ElectriSource, LLC, recently completed some electrical work for us, which included the installation of two new dimmer switches and recessed lighting. He was exceptionally responsive from the outset, providing accurate ballpark estimates over the phone before his arrival and invoicing us exactly as discussed. Additionally, Victor kindly included a Veterans discount, which I deeply appreciated.Friendly and consultative, Victor assisted us in planning the placement of the recessed lighting and offered valuable suggestions for cost-saving measures. Throughout the process, he took the time to explain each step and was meticulous in his cleanup, even using a specialized cone to minimize dust while cutting holes in the ceiling for the lighting.We had previously had two dimmer switches installed at a rather high cost by another electrician, only to discover that both were defective. Victors professionalism shone through as he ensured that everything was in perfect working order before concluding the job. The new recessed lighting has significantly improved the lighting in front of my wardrobe closets.Victor has earned his place as our go-to electrician, and we wholeheartedly recommend ElectriSource, LLC for any electrical needs.

I had a great experience with the two electricians that came out from ElectriSource. They were both professional and knowledgeable. They called ahead of time to let me know when they were on their way, just like they said they would. When they arrived, they were able to track down the source of a downed curcuit. The issue was a fried outlet that was well hidden away. They were able to replace the outlet, thereby getting the curcuit operational again. Also, they installed a dedicated curcuit to reduce the load, hopiefully reducing the chance of recurrence (cuddos for thinking ahead). Im very happy that I chose this company to resolve the problem!

Outstanding service! Highly recommend Victor and his team for any electrical work. The house had an old Zinsco panel. Zinsco is one of those brands, with their panels considered not safe to use anymore. One of the most common faults of a Zinsco electrical panel is that the breakers dont trip when theres overcurrent or short circuits. Their breakers are made of a certain type of aluminum, which can melt and fuse to the bus bar. This was a priority to upgrade.The wife and I shopped around for various quotes. Most were pretty much within range of each other. We originally were planning to go with another contractor. However, there were some administrative items that raised flags and we ended up reaching out to Victor who was recommended by my boss. Victor was very responsive and completely understood the work that needed to be done. I appreciate his transparency and he answered all questions.I truly believe his prices are fair. Especially with the quality of work and it showed. Support this small business!

Victor and Eric were great! We had a pretty challenging problem to diagnose, we lost power in the Master bath and one outlet in the Master bedroom wouldnt take a load, but no circuit breakers tripped. Victor and Eric narrowed it down and announced they believed we had a cut wire. I mentioned I heard some humming but couldnt determine if it was coming from a dimmer switch or the overhead pot lights. Victor went in the attic, found the problem and likely saved our home. He uncovered shoddy work done by a general contractor 9 years ago that led to this problem and fortunately did not cause a fire. Victor walked us through the best course of action to fix the matter, explained the steps he needed to take, and gave us a solid estimate. They heard our concerns, treated our home with respect, and even came out on a Sunday to get our issue resolved after the initial visit. This is the second time Victor has worked for us and he and his crew are the only electricians Ill have work on my home.Chris ONeil

We were getting our patio redone and on the morning the work was to begin, we realized the hot tub needed to be disconnected (thought the contractor was going to do it, but we just hadnt communicated). Called Electrisource around 8:30 AM and by 11:30 AM it was DONE!Victor called me back within minutes, and had one of his guys come out despite already being scheduled out for the day. He quoted me a price over the phone and stuck to that estimate. I found this company on Google search and they literally came out and did all the electrical work within a week of notification. They’re team came out perfect es they’re assessment, contacted the county for thr permits and did an exceptional job on the instillation. They’re crew was on time, professional, and very detail oriented. All of the cables were hidden in ground and I literally do not see any of the electrical cables. I had two great experiences with Electrisource! Initially I called them to fix a shorted wire that I caused. They came out within a couple of hours to fix my mistake. Victor was extremely nice, and spent much more time answering my questions than he needed to. I got a quote for a panel replacement while they were here. Their estimate came in under other electricians in the area. The panel replacement was scheduled about 4 weeks out. Luis & Carlos (I hope I remembered their names right) came out and finished the replacement very quickly. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, they were careful and considered of our two cats. These two experiences have made me a long-term customer of Electrisource. Hopefully, I wont need help for a while, but if I do, I know who to call.

My wiring was a nightmare, but they took their time and found the source of the problem as well as a few minor issues that they fixed for free. Victor is a small business owner and master electrician. He has few employees and came to do our estimate with his young daughter. My wife and I were impressed with them both. He installed flood lights, three sensor, security lights outside and a designer porch light that he chose and recommended to us. He uses google on-line scheduling and schedules work appointments straight to you email or by text. His pricing was very fair and reasonable. He is hardworking, on time and highly professional.
