Josue Garcia of Garvera Custom Renovations came highly and specifically recommended by a friend who worked at a local building supply company. We had been needing to replace our basic old deck which existed when we purchased the home. We needed not only something new but we wanted something solidly built and designed to make more sense of our yard space to increase better traffic flow and functionality. With our basic wants/desires, Josue drew up plans that fit what we were looking for. As the project started and progressed, Josue discovered existing problems that really needed to be corrected and we agreed to proposed modifications to the scope of work to include other add-ons that just enhanced the overall project. The project was a fairly large job but Josue and his team worked like clockwork. Very fast and efficient, the project was completed very close to schedule - a little more time added due to modifications and additions. What I have to say is that on top of loving our new deck, beautiful garage entry way/backdoor, side walkway and custom shed, we are so pleased to have had Josue come to do this project for us. He is straightforward, dependable, meticulous, innovative and wants only to give you a product that is of the highest quality, that makes sense and meets your desires and needs. We are looking ahead to other projects to have done by Josue in the future and we recommend him to everyone we know. They are all aces!

Josue did an absolutely fabulous job on my French door. He had to widen it and take the siding off the outside of the house and move it over and move the electrical switch and a whole bunch of stuff and it went off without a hitch. It was just beautiful Work amazing His demeanor is very calming. He loves what he does and he does it well.

Garvera Custom Renovations is a 5 star company. They have done 5 projects for me, and I’m getting quotes for 2 more projects. The work is top quality. I have not once had to point out an imperfection or problem. The work areas are cleaned up at the end of each day, The last project was to redo a full bath. We ended up doing a wrap around porch project and ground lighting at the same time. The bathroom was beautiful and the front porch project was better than we envisioned. New ceiling, ceiling fans, lights, and low lighting around the flower beds. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed in the workmanship.
