You never want to call a plumber after hours, but let me tell you how awesome these folks are. I called after 8:30pm with water dripping from a pocket light in my downstairs directly below an upstairs bathroom. This was after another plumbing company came out during the day and allegedly fixed the issue then declined to come back out a few hours later after it started leaking again. Roland answered and assured me they would have someone out within the hour. 45 minutes later Oleg arrived and had two separate issues diagnosed and fixed within 2.5 hours. This all happened while I was away on business travel. They documented and explained that not only was it a clogged AC drain but also a failed wax seal on a commode. I’ve found my plumber and will refuse to use anyone else. Professional, timely, very well documented work, super respectful of sleeping kids in the next room, and very clean with their work. If I could give 6 stars I would. These guys are real pros.

I was having problems with my water heater. R.E.I Plumbing was referred to me by others who had good experiences and reasonable prices with them. R.E.I. Plumbing (Roland) responded quickly after I contacted them and offered me a same day appointment. Unfortunately, I was not available the same day. They were able to accommodate my requested day for scheduling. They were good with communication regarding my appointment, as well as, the information they provided to me about the diagnostics. Roland was prompt and arrived on time in the designated time window on the scheduled day. He quickly performed diagnostics on my water heater. He was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the problem and fixed the problem in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I can’t thank them enough for helping restore hot water to my home and making the process easy! I will definitely use this company again in the future for any plumbing needs and I would not hesitate to refer them to others. Thank you again!

I had the honor of calling REI on Christmas Eve to look at my Navien tankless water heater. I diagnosed part of the problem (recirculation check valve broken) and didn’t have any luck with parts houses being open. Roland picked up my call at 7:30am, confirmed they had the part in stock and could come out the same day. After they arrived and replaced the check valve, they had to troubleshoot another issue (piece of the broken check valve lodged in the flow meter) - thankfully having that specialty part as well. It wasn’t cheap but I was grateful for the guys to come out so quickly, fixing the issue and saving our Christmas Eve celebrations. I would call them again without reservation, especially as a certified Navien repair shop.

I needed a plumber for a problem with my kitchen sink and these guys answered the phone quickly. No answering service promising to have the business call me back. Roland showed up on time and fixed my problem expertly. Had a great conversation with him in the mean time. These are now my go to guys!

These guys saved the day! Had 3 other plumbers, including the one I usually use, not come because one didnt build the house and the other wont come 15 minutes outside the city. On time and fixed it quickly!! These guys rock!!

Total drainage back up on a Saturday. I tried to unplug the drain myself with an auger but no luck. I called REI after I gave up around 2:00. They were incredibly responsive and had Master Plumber Roland at my house in less than hour. Super friendly and helpful, he had a tough blockage defeated in less than an hour and stayed to make sure everything inside was working properly. REI will be my plumber going forward. Thanks Roland and REI for saving my weekend.
