I called Heartland Plumbing based upon the number of 5 star reviews. They have exceeded my expectations. Beginning with my first call, they were pleasant, professional and most of all kept in touch with me as my appointment was near. Stevie and his partner were early and eager to fix my issue. He not only fixed my problem, he educated me on why it happened and his partner shared with me how I can perform preventative maintenance to stretch the life of my water heater. The cherry on top, fair price and under what I expected!

Heartland Plumbing showed up 30 minutes after I called for help with my water heater. David diagnosed my problem and promptly ordered me a new water heater. He came back 3 hours later and installed the new one. He was friendly and professional. David went above and beyond. It was a Friday and I am grateful we have hot water for the weekend before Christmas.

I need a replacement for a 40 year old tub faucet. He didnt have one on his truck, which is very understandable. He left me with a reasonable quote and the feeling that I was in good hands. He now has the faucet and will be back tomorrow morning to install it, which finishes the job. If tomorrow goes well, I have found a plumber.Tomorrow has arrived and so have Stevie and Mario as scheduled. Again, they were very professional, friendly, and competent. I am very satisfied with their work.I have found a forever plumber and will be recommending him to my friends.

Twenty-four hours ago, Heartland Plumbing was completely unknown to me. I called them yesterday afternoon to see if they could help me with a stuck shut-off valve. They gave me a two hour appointment for the next morning, showed up on time, evaluated my needs, gave me a competitive quote AND did the requested work on the spot! Stevie and David (who showed up in a clean, well marked work truck) were polite, professional, personable and explained things well. The work required some real time re-engineering and thought on their part, and they were more than up to the task. They were respectful of my property and left the work site cleaner than they found it. Simply put, they did a remarkable and wonderful job. I found my new plumbing company!

From the very beginning, I was impressed with Heartland. I had left a message initially, explaining the work I perceived that I needed. Within a few minutes, I received a call from Sarah to schedule my appointment. I also received a call by her prior to my service man arriving, to let me know he was on his way. In addition, I received a text with his picture, letting me know who would be doing the work. Daniel, my service man was very thorough with his recommendation of what needed to be done. This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive used Heartland and weve been happy every time . This time, we had our water heater replaced and I dont know how the experience could have been any better. We were outside of our scheduled arrival time but Sarah (Sara) at Heartland called to let us know about the delay.No one wants to unexpectedly have to pay for a water heater replacement, but the price was fair. Ours was at the end of its life and it was a tough job. I appreciate how hard Daniel and his apprentice Landon worked to get it done as smoothly and quickly as possible. I would also add that this was same day work when we didnt actually know at first a replacement was needed. Great job all around. I highly recommend Heartland for any/all of your plumbing needs.

He was courteous, professional, and efficient. We continue to be impressed by Heartland and all the technicians.

Called office, left msg.-prompt response (Stephanie); within an hour (David and Chandler) arrived - Found Pilot light out-after a very thorough review didnt find anything obvious, contacted Product support to check, ie covered all the bases. We did have a massive storm couple nights w high winds, boombing thunder, suspect could have stirred up light debrie (old insulation I had recently shifted around) that made its way into burner system. The guys made a few changes and it was working fine at end. Was very pleased with installation and now very satisfied with support. Definitely recommend this great local business!(5-11-23 Installed) Contacted 7 companies In Tomball/Magnolia/Conroe area to replace/install 11 yr. old leaking propane hot water heater in attic; had been out going on two days;By far Heartland was the most responsive from 1st call to Handshake at end; they made every effort to sincerely help and was genuinely kind, patient & professional. Were able to obtain products promptly and squeezed me same day schedule. They were best Value by far; Lower cost than others, almost half as much as one of the more glamorous companies who pushed up sales ~$1900, some things simply not needed and some ridiculously overpriced ($390 for a drain pan). Buyers Beware!Heartland effectively accomplished same operational, code, risk factor results for ~$300 (mostly parts) and was very cooperative to discuss alternative options ie I chose to reroute a pvc drain pipe (simple and cheap).Definitely Recommend!

He did a great job and was very positive and professional.His assistant, Jace, exhibited the same great attitude and replaced the parts necessary to stop a kitchen faucet drip.≈========================The power in the power assisted system was too much for the 21 year old gasket to keep from leaking, so Brandon returned and sealed everything.As in the first trip, his skill and customer centered service was top notch. Nice to deal with over the phone. Im am not onsite, so we will see how well the job was done. I think it was a little high in price for the time and materials required to complete, but all licensed plumbers seem to be ridiculously expensive. We need to encourage our children to get into the trades and dont be afraid of getting their hands dirty in the future. Electricians and plumbers have more work than they can do, so they can pick and choose and make a great living.
