    We are very happy with the entire process of getting our new AC unit. From Vinnie who evaluated our 30 year old system, to Tony who is very knowledgeable and low pressure and recommended the new one, to James and David for doing a great job with the installation.     A friend highly recommended Vaughn Comfort Services to us. After one delightful phone conversation with a receptionist and then Tom...A competent, knowledgeable, and personable technician, Andrew, was sent to our home to install a water heater. Someone later came to help him remove our old one from our basement. Andrew arrived on time and worked quietly, efficiently, and very neatly; then explained its features and Service Plan options.     We had a whole new HVAC system and gas water heater installed. David and John were fantastic! They were very professional, knowledgable, courteous, considerate, and so nice. The work was time in the timeframe we were given, they laid-down clothes to walk on while going in and out of our home, and let us know what to expect for that day and the day following. When the work was complete, they walked us thru everything they did and answered any questions we had. Everyone we talked to from the office and for the estimate of the work being done were so nice and helpful. Any questions we had were answered and explained to make sure we understood everything that would be done and why. We highly recommend Vaughan Services and David and John for any work you need done.

    We had our HVAC system replaced. We went with them because of the good reviews and we were not dissapointed. The techs James, Matt, and Dave were efficient and very professional. The installation went smoothly and they made sure we had heat by the end of the 1st day thinking of our comfort. It was completed in 2 days and the installation looks good and clean. They also rerouted a gas line that was awkwardly positioned.I would also commend Tony for always checking in during the install and made sure we are satisfied with it.I would highly recommend them to friend and families.

    I recently had Vaughan Comfort Services add a ducted heat pump system for the second floor of my house, which always struggled to stay cool in the summer. The unit was installed in our attic. From start to finish, my experience with Vaughan was outstanding.During the quoting phase, Jim and Lynn were incredibly nice and personable. Jim listened to our needs and concerns, and provided a solution that met our goals and budget. Jim and Lynns honesty and willingness to help their customers were evident from the get-go.The installation itself was handled by James and Dave, who were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were not only skilled technicians, but also courteous and respectful of our home. They went above and beyond, cleaning up any messes and ensuring that the installation was done perfectly. They even entertained my 3 year old daughter when she wanted to show off some of her toys.What also impressed me was their professionalism and willingness to accommodate our requests. They were able to fulfill our request to use a specific thermostat, even though it would be more complex vs using the standard one.Overall, I couldnt be happier with the service provided by Vaughan. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed, and have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family.

    Brett came to our home to do a plumbing inspection. He was pleasant, professional, and patient. He took his time and did a thorough job of inspecting pipes, water flow, drainage, etc. and also did an inspection outside of our home. Tom Weaver was prompt, very professional, and courteous.The day of my installation James and David were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job installing the new water heater. There was a problem discovered when the old tank was removed and they were thorough in explaining to me what needed to be done.     Mike called up before he came with an estimated time of arrival, and he got there at the specified time. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He was very appreciative that I had the furniture moved and ladders in place for him to use. He explained what he was doing to the double split heat pump. When he was finished, he offered to help me move the ladders and put the furniture back in place, which I declined so he could get on with his work. Would I have him come back to do maintenance on my double split? In a word YES

    I needed ro replace my water heater which had a small leak. I contacted several companies to get pricing and delivery. Vaughan were the most responsive and had a competitive price. I hired them at 12:30pm and by 4:00pm the same day I had a brand new 50 gallons Bradford White installed. They are very easy to communicate with and the young men who did the installation were very knowledgeable and professional. I was very happy with the service provided every step of the way and I warmly recommend them.

    I had an emergency where my oil ran out during the snow storm.. the Vaughan company was extremely helpful when I called the women who answered the phone was so friendly and then a tech came out within just a few hours the tech who came out was super helpful and sent Alton back the next morning to finish fixing our furnace. Everyone is so nice and gets the job done efficiently!

    I cannot rave enough about how great Vaughn Comfort Services has excellent customer service. Whenever I call for an annual service or repair, they are always kind when they answer the phone and make the appointment. Recently, I had a leak under the furnace and technicianJoe came out the very next day to make the repair. He explained what happened and how it would be fixed. Vaughn also initially installed both my furnaces and air conditioners. Their service plan is definitely worth it.

    We used Vaughan Comfort Services when converting from oil to gas and they have been extremely easy to deal with from start to finish. We first met Jim who came to evaluate our needs. He took the time to listen to our concerns and reviewed several options. The proposals we received were realistic, reasonable and addressed all our concerns. We were guided through the process step by step and just had our installation completed today. The installation took 2 days and Josh and Tyler were professional and efficient throughout. We were left with no unanswered questions & are very happy customers who would highly recommend!

    We needed to update/replace the sewage cast iron pipes in the basement that were showing rust blisters and leakage. We reached out to several contractors. Vaughan quickly emerged at the forefront of our options because of their professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise. Their itemized invoice clearly outlined the scope of work to be performed. Believe it or not, our other options quoted blanketed estimates which left us wondering how the numbers emerged/were calculated. With Vaughan and Jules (technician), the process was very forthcoming. No upselling. No pressure sales. Just to the point. Vaughan provided us two (2) price points from which to select. We decided to move forward with the more extensive/expensive option. We were able to get on the schedule in a timely manner. Jules, who came to provide the estimate, was also the technician who performed the work. He communicated to us his estimated arrival. He was very respectful of the home - made sure to prep and clean up after the work was complete. We are happy that we can rest easy knowing that our pipes are replaced.     Our first introduction to Vaughan was their sales rep, Tony, who could not have been more informative or responsive in answering all of our questions, and otherwise explaining every aspect of what was a fairly large and somewhat complex job installing a hyper heat pump system in our 120 year-old home.     I just had my heater serviced on 12/2. Mike asked me to come down into the basement he showed me a leak coming from the sewer line. I saw the water on the floor. He said he could call the plumbers if I wanted him to do that. He called them they were out within 2 hours Tom and his partner ( I apologize I cant remember his name but he was just as professional as Tom). Tom told me what was going on with the leak. I had the leak repaired on 12/5. I was at work because you know when you know you can trust people. Tom called me on my cell phone when he got to my house. The guys that did the work, I never got to meet them but I could see them on my Ring Camera they were working and doing what they needed to do to get the job done. They had to cut a hole in my dining room bottom wall to get to the pipes that were leaking they sent me pictures and a video. They secured where they had to make the cut. They were all amazing they left nothing behind and Tom insured me that everything is good. He told me if I have any issues on questions to call him. I have been with Vaughn since 2019. I usually dont write reviews but that whole team deserves it from Mike who came out just to do my annual service on the heater to Tom and his team who made me feel relieved that the sewer issues have been repaired and corrected.     I hired Vaughan for their HVAC services (review is forthcoming), but also needed a plumber to install a new kitchen sink requiring a reconfiguration of pipes, dishwasher and garbage disposal hookups, and a faucet installation. Jarrid not only did a great job with the complete install, but noticed a small leak at the shut-off valve, which he promptly replaced with a new, improved valve in a better location; and he secured the pipes to the joists in the basement, and answered a lot of questions, and offered advice and service options for future plumbing jobs that we will be reviewing.     Ive been a Vaughan customer for almost 4 years. I highly recommend them for servicing heating systems and hot water heater installation! All of their service technicians are very friendly and take time to explain what they are doing.I have also had some plumbing work done by their plumbing team, the Vaughan plumbers came out in a timely manner and were very thorough with their work. I look forward to using my new garbage disposal they installed.

    Our upstairs AC unit finally died last week on a Wednesday, and Vaughan was at our house for an evaluation on Thursday and then an estimate on Friday. By the end of the day Friday we were booked for an installation this Wednesday / Thursday. Had a lot of work done (furnace, A/C, hot water, attic insulation, bathroom fan) and Mike G and his team produced high quality work and were a pleasure to work with.     Very pleased with emergency Service needed when I returned home from an overnight trip and found my house at 55 degrees (it should have been at 68 degrees since I had not lowered the heat). Vaughan had just replaced my oil tank. My primary heat source is a heat pump with oil back up. Since the weather forecast was for near freezing weather I had switched to using the oil heat.) This was on Saturday when the office is closed. Voice message directed me to an answering service person who took my information. The service representative called me back within 10 minutes. He explained that if the problem wasnt due to Vaughans service I would be charged for a service call. Since I thought it was most likely related to the installation of the new tank I agreed & he was able to get to me that same day. Fortunately it was due to air in the oil line from the tank install and an easy fix. I was very pleased with the service rep, his professionalism, quick ability to solve the problem and get the repair done. He had let me know it might be into the evening before he could get to me due to the number of cold weather emergencies. He called when he was on his way earlier than I expected with an hours drive from his last call and still had scheduled calls. He had informed me there were usually 2 emergency repairmen on call but he was the only one that day. It was close to 5 pm when he left on his next call. I was very pleased with the entire service from Vaughan including the installation of my new oil tank.

    My experience with Vaughns has been very good all around, starting with the the conversion of my old oil boiler heater to a new gas boiler and replacement of a radiator valve which was done very efficiently and has been a great economical and comfort upgrade. Since that time, they have provided me excellent service over the last several years for checkups on my heater. Their salespeople and workmen are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and highly skilled at their jobs.
