Pleasant experience. The dispatch was quick and Pedro had the issue corrected quickly. Price was fair considering 1) there was someone to actually answer the phone. Other plumbers went to voicemail. 2) maybe it was my lucky day, but they were able to come straight away. 3) They have a large trailer prepared for different types of jobs. 4) After correcting the issue Pedro inspected the entire system which I appreciated just in case... I put this company in my contacts.

When you’ve got a water line leaking in your front yard, you need it fixed fast, efficiently and at a fair price. That’s the service I got from Jorge and Pedro with TSP! They showed up on time, analyzed the problem and got to work. A tree root had caused the damage to the water pipe. They quickly replaced the bad section and had my yard looking nice again. If you need any plumbing work…do yourself a favor and call them. Keep up the good work Texas Star Plumbers!

The gas line coming off my EPCOR meter was in poor condition due to corrosion. I called Texas Star Plumbers based on recommendations from the neighborhood. The Plumber Technician they sent out did a great job. On his first visit he assessed the job and gave me a cost estimate. The work (replacing the 1” line coming off the meter) was successfully completed on his second trip, after acquiring the parts for the job. There were no issues / incidents during the repair. Pedro was thorough but efficient with his time. He was very cordial and answered all my questions. The office staff was also very prompt throughout the process. I would recommend Texas Star Plumbers and Pedro based my experience with them.

I can’t say enough great things about American Residential Plumbers. My home is a 44-year-old home and I have lived here for 20 of them. My kitchen sink was constantly clogging up and I was continuously having to have plumbers come out. They walk in, run their auger and leave.The technician that came out was very informative, professional and knowledgeable. It took a great deal more than just clearing the line and he didn’t leave until my sewer line completely cleared.They went above and beyond and did the job right! I am a very very happy customer.

Daniel was our Technician and was very fast, knowledgeable and professional. It was done at an affordable cost without all the extras most other places wanted like a Standard 8ft of piping for 1ft worth actually needed. Will absolutely be calling them for any and everything else that is needed done. Id add a photo but he reinsulated after he was done. Above and beyond, thank you Daniel
