    Generator Supercenter contracts with this company, and they completed the necessary gas line separation between the house and generator, which was forgotten when my generator was installed ten years ago. I discovered the problem during Hurricane Beryl when there was no gas going to the house because the generator was utilizing all of it with no regulator separation.     The two plumbers who dug our long ditch and installed our gas line on Wednesday the 18th of December did a great job. They were very friendly and they did a great job. The two that came to backfill two days later were good. They were not as good as the first two but they were good in pleasant.

They responded same day and confirmed that a previous leak was likely, but found no evidence of any current problem.     Pat came out to check on the fact that I smelled natural gas near my Gas Meter after my Natural Gas Generator had been installed. After checking all the connections at the meter, he discovered a small leak on the line that fueled my Gas Grill. When the Generator was installed, that line was covered with a plastic coating and re-buried. At my request, he also checked behind the Generator to ensure there were no leaks there, and there weren’t any. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to ensure no other leaks existed.     They ran the natural gas fuel line for my home backup generator. They did good work. The only reason I didnt give them a 5-star is: When they returned to the site and removed their test gauge from the fuel line, they forgot to turn the gas back on. A simple oversight, and I dont hold it against them. But it did leave the system inoperable, and required troubleshooting to find the problem. Once found, it was easily corrected. :-)
