I am very happy with the work the plumber did in replacing my kitchen faucet. He was courteous, professional and efficient. As promised, he called to notify me that he was on his way, and he arrived well within the appointment window. He explained what my options were in either repairing or replacing the faucet, and he did not pressure me to choose the more expensive option. As a result of his excellent service, I would highly recommend him and Maddox Plumbing Services.

Had a badly clogged kitchen sink for a couple of days. I called Maddox Plumbing Services and they were able to send a technician, Jason, within an hour. He was able to fix and unclog my kitchen sink, he even stayed to let the sink fill a couple of times to make sure everything was fine. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and give me some great tips. Overall a wonderful experience with Brian and Maddox Plumbing Services!

Mr. Joseph and his companion are simply fantastic folks. I needed plumbing work done for a full bathroom with shower/tub installation, toilet hookup and installation, and vanity/sink installation for my newly finished basement. Joseph explained everything to me and performed an excellent job. In addition, they charged a reasonable fee. Dont be duped by folks who want to fill their books as quickly as possible and dont take the time to explain everything to you. These guys are fantastic.
