Eric is a true professional!!!! I booked them to uninstall and replace my kitchen faucet and he was done in less than an hour. I will definitely book them again for all of my plumbing needs! Update 8/23 I had Eric and his team came back and they fixed my bathtub faucet that was constantly dripping, unclogged my bathroom sink and fixed my guest bathroom toilet. Thank you again!!!!

I used Roto Rooter on two occasions. Both times they were professional, timely, and courteous. The first time was when my water heater stopped working and no other company would fix it because it was in the attic and needed water drained to get it down and replace it. They came out the same day, drained and replaced it with a new water heater before they left. With have an awesome experience the first time when the time arises again was when my son and daughter in laws house began to flood, while they were out of town, from a pipe bust. The owner of Toto rooter himself stopped what he was doing and came out immediately. Not only did he fix it but almost made calls for someone to come and clean up the water and dry everything before mildew sat in. Taking care of the company to clean up everything was a huge weight off my shoulders. Not only would I recommend them but I’ll be putting them on my Christmas list every year.

Overall best plumbing company I’ve ever used. I called them, they came out the same day and were able to fix my sewer line that had roots growing in it and replaced what was broken for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting plumbing service in the Macon or Warner Robins area.

We had our hot water heater go out the week of Christmas (2022), during a cold spell. I called a few other providers and they couldn’t/wouldn’t come out for various reasons. Our hot water heater is in the attic, one provider came out but was irritated it was in the attic and wanted me to spend another $1700 to have it moved to my garage instead.I called Roto-Rooter and they came out within the hour and had us up and running with hot water that evening. The technicians were polite, worked quickly and cleaned up any mess made by the install. I would definitely use them again.
