I came home on Sunday from being out of town for the July 4th holiday, only to find my hot water heater had gone bad and water was flooding my basement. Called Mr. Rooter right away and got Pam. She was kind and gracious. Timing wasn’t on my side since they only have one tech working on the weekends, but Cole and team arrived a few hours later and thankfully were able to install a new heater. All my questions were answered and by the time they left, I had hot water. Thank you Mr. Rooter for your friendly and experienced staff!

I am extremely impressed by the professionalism and excellent work performed by Wade and another plumber who fixed my broken water pipe. They fixed the pipe in an efficient and cost-effective manner. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work for this business. I first contacted the company when the faucet connected to my house broke, and Cal kindly came to fix it first thing in the morning.

In the 10 years living here weve used Mr. Rooter a few times due to an issue with our laundry room drain line. It finally gave out and required replacement. Cole and Dalton worked very hard and did an excellent job. They had to cut about 20 of concrete to lay the line. They patched the driveway perfectly. If the company has such a thing I nominate them as Employees of the Month.

Yesterday afternoon (10-2-23), we came across a small kitchen leak. When I reached out to Mr. Rooter, I had the pleasure of speaking with Melanie. She was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to assist me, even helping me find some home information I wasnt immediately aware of. We were scheduled for today (10-3-23) around lunchtime.To my delight, at 10:30am, I received a call from Melanie letting me know that a technician was available and en route, if that suited my schedule. Wade, our technician, was not only exceptionally friendly but also highly professional. He efficiently took care of our leak in no time.Im thrilled to report that its been less than 24 hours from the initial call to complete resolution, and it truly doesnt get any better than this!

We called Mr. Rooter for a leak we found. Russ and Dalton came to give us an estimate. I was very impressed with how well they were able to diagnose and explain the leak to me. They spent a lot of time assessing the situation, making me confident in their knowledge and that I was getting an accurate estimate.We called Rooters back a few days later to schedule the work, and they were able to come the next day. Russ and Haydn came to complete the repair. Let me say up front, this turned out to be a difficult job. This leak was elusive to say the least, but Russ didn’t throw in the towel. It turned into a two-day job, and he still completed the work without moving up on the estimate.Russ and Haydn are not only extremely knowledgeable about their trade, they truly care about the families they’re helping. We are extremely grateful we found them!

I bought a 70 year old building in April 2020 and have had multiple plumbing problems since then. I have had three different plumbing companies, as well as the city of Macon, come out to clean out my pipes to keep me flushing about once per month. All were able to get me flowing temporarily, but could not find the permanent solution. But then I called Mr. Rooter. Cal Beck not only diagnosed my problem, but re-lined my pipes with minimal disruption to my business, making sure to work around what was convenient for me. He was completely professional and made sure that I was satisfied through the entire experience. It was very expensive, but it was a big job and I know I got what I paid for. I am a customer for life. Highly professional from top to bottom.This review above was from a couple of years ago. I reached back out this week because we have a had a new unrelated issue. Cal diagnosed it quickly and helped me save money by doing a temporary fix until I can find the money for the permanent one. He is so caring and thorough. I will never call anybody else for my plumbing concerns. In my experience, because of the age of my building, I have had no less than four different plumbing services come look at my building issues. None have been able to find the problem, much less show genuine concern about solving it.

Jared Zammit was very patient and understanding. He listened attentively to my concerns and reassured me that I did not have anything to worry about. He even demonstrated to me on his computer that if there was a major concern, what would be occurring in my yard. Jared even walked me around my house and showed me what I was concerned about, how it would look if I had a back up in my sewage line. I felt a lot better when he left my home. He reassured me, that at this time, there was not a problem with my sewage line.

We had the privilege and pleasure of working with Wade Richardson from Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Middle Georgia, and I highly recommend him and Mr. Rooter.After giving him a very basic and brief summary of the problem, he immediately diagnosed what the cause most likely was. And, after he arrived and followed his instinct and professional experience, he was precisely right.What stood out most with Wade, though, is his kind, respectful approach. In this instance, he was dealing with an issue at my elderly mothers home. His explanations about the issue we were dealing with, plus a few other concerns, were clear and understandable, and he was careful to present the information in a way that we felt comfortable. He in no way talked down to us or tried to make us feel ignorant for our lack of plumbing knowledge.Lastly, Ill point out that when it came time to discuss pricing for this service and others that we might need in the future, he was very clear and direct, and presented the pricing in a way that helped us feel confident that it was fair (though not cheap). He did his best to lay out all the options, from least costly to the most involved work and cost. Then, he recommended the approach that would save us the most in cost.We are extremely grateful to Wade. As he said, he is now our plumber going forward.

I want to especially mention and recommend Cal Beck who very carefully analyzed the issue, found an access line previously missed, and was able to repair the break as well as replace a portion of the sidewalk which had to be cut out. Mr. Rooter is our GO-TO plumber, no question. My last issue with a water line leaking into the living room (from the attic), which I was very worried about. Chuck came out reassured me he could take care of the problem and wed be back operational within the hour. He was right !! I recently had the main water line start leaking in my front yard and decided to call Mr. Rooter, I called and within the hour the technician was out at my house on a Saturday afternoon, the technician was very informative and explained the situation very well and what options I could take to fix the issue, he wasn’t pushy at all on trying to make a sell and let me decide what the best plan was for me, they stayed busy and working the entire time they were here and even had to work on into the night after dark, the technician that helped me was Wade Richardson and if I ever need any other plumbing work done I will give Mr. Rooter a call and ask them to send Wade out. After having several different plumbers over the years and even having a different plumber within the last 45 days, I was skeptical, but hopeful when contacting yet another plumber in Mr. Rooter. When I say that I will not have to find another plumber after Mr. Rooter, that is making a HUGE statement!First, Chuck arrived on time and put the little shoe covers on to prevent from tracking in mud and dirt in the house, which is a big deal because I still have carpet in certain parts of my house.Secondly, once I explained to him in depth what issues we were having, he told me that he had everything already on his truck to do the work and that he could do it today! That blew my mind because other plumbing companies would take at minimum 2 days to do similar work and theyd often have multiple people assisting. Chuck did everything himself!!!Third, the price was fair, I didnt feel like I got ripped off by yet another plumber or plumbing company! (which is of course great for repeat business!)Lastly, Chuck was extremely competent, knowledgeable, and took his time to explain everything to both my wife and myself which is great because I didnt have to half-way explain everything to her!In summing everything up, I sincerely tip my hat to Mr. Rooter and to Chuck for simply doing what they said they were going to do the right way, the first time, without overcharging me, and dirtying up my house in the process!!!Thank you Chuck and Thank you Mr. Rooter!!!

Mike and Mikey came to my rescue when a pipe burst in the concrete slab of my house! They went above and beyond my expectations as they diligently tried to resolve the problem and explained every thing that they did. They worked until well after 10 PM and kept my best interest foremost also instructing me to call my insurance company to begin a claim. The job called for 2 days of work as well as the first night to reroute the pipes within my house so I got to know Mike and Adam, who joined in the work, fairly well. They were extremely professional, polite, and helpful! They worked in cramped, dimly lit places and never once complained and always greeted me with a smile. I felt comfortable and confident in their work. They worked long grueling hours to finish the job always keeping me informed of the progress. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again. I can’t do nothing but give this company praises upon praises. I had the tell tale sign of a leak somewhere on my property from a high water bill. I checked inside my homes. I could not find a leak in my home. Decided to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing to see if I can resolved this frustration I was feeling from this leak. Crissy was a life saver. She was dedicated and spent countless hours repairing my leak. She explained to me and showed me pictures of the before and after of the leak. We have experienced several “bad moments” this year. The 1st was several months (June, 2018 approx) back when we woke up to water pouring out (all over the house) due to a broken water heater. The Mr. Rooter employee (sorry, I’ve forgotten his name) did a wonderful job.Then Sunday night (09-30-18) another problem this time the kitchen sink.I called at 7:30am on Monday morning and actually spoke to an employee headed into the office.The techs that were sentWade Richardson and Jeff Mullis went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job. My husband and I both think this is a wonderful company run by what we think is a very honorable owner. One of the employees said “we do not just do the job, we build relationships”. Wade (you should ask for him) came to our home to address our laundry pipe that was not draining. He was knowlegable and gave us his professional advice on how to address the issue. He was not in it for a quick fix job, he really cared and wanted to solve the issue and do it right! So thankful for a good plumber I can count on! He even came out 2 days later at 10p at night because there was no water coming out of our faucets. We feared there was a leak. Wade was very responsive and told my husband where the shut off valve was so we could be sure to stop a leak before he got there. Turns out the city of Warner Robins turned off the water for hydrant maintenance with no notice : ( but Wade remained kind and professional (we felt so bad!) even so late at night after what I could only imagine was an exhausting day. thanks for taking care of us wade! Devin and Chris are professional, and courteous. I had a terrible situation, and their skill and expertise, plus amazing attitudes made the entire plumbing replacement (sewer lines and under the house) less nightmarish. They are hard workers and were standing in a 7 foot trench of poop water, when it was cold and raining, with positive attitudes. When I had to call my warranty company several times and they asked so many questions, the guys didnt even bat an eye. They worked all day, and late into the night to make sure we had plumbing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

A few days later after our first repair we have another clog in the sewer line so we called Mr Rooter to come out and take a look. The outcome from this was we had to replace several old pipes due to the age of our home. Chuck Scully was the plumber that completed this job and he did a great job. He explained everything that was going to happen and complete with the time promised. It is appreciated to work with honest hard working people.

First, let me explain what the job was: our lift pump that carries all outbound water and waste to the sewer wasn’t working - so we couldn’t use our toilets, sinks, showers, or dishwasher. All water usage was going to back up into the house, and fixing the problem would require digging outside the house to ultimately diagnose and service the pump unit.Not only did the experts at Mr. Rooter (John and Wade) solve our problem, but they demonstrated such a high level of knowledge and expertise that I am certain that no corners were cut. They identified issues that we didn’t even know about (things like code violations for backflow prevention or shutoff) and helped us fix those too in the process for a very reasonable price.If the above sounds “as expected” for a job, the truly amazing part is that the entire job was completed outside during a severe rainstorm — many inches of rain, gusty winds, and an ever growing amount of mud as the job required digging in the yard to access the system. My experience with Mr. Rooter was a pleasant one. They came out the same day I called to give me a free estimate on the work required and they completed the work the next day. The service technician Chris Harvey was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing was very competitive. I liked the senior discount, membership enrollment, the advantage plan and the six year warranty on the work performed.
