We had to replace our furnace, due to it was old and the motor stop working. It was really time . This was my first time using Reliable. Garrett came out with his helper exactly on time. They removed the old in with the new Seamlessly, they cleaned up all debris before leaving. I even had some old filters lying in the attic they even threw those away. The way my house was when they arrived, it was the same when they left. The install took about 3.5 hours. We was please with the work Garrett and his helper did. I would recommend Reliable heating and cooling..Garrett and his helper was AWESOME!!!!!! I THINK I HAVE A NEW HEATING AND COOLING COMPANY!

This was one of the most pleasant reviews I’ve “wanted” to write! Our technician l, Thomas, was very professional and knowledgeable and also patient on the millions of questions I had.. LITERALLY!! He went above and beyond for us and is a Stewart for Reliable. Matter of fact, per his recommendation, we’re scheduling to have our 2nd unit installed. I’m not normally convinced, but with a knowledge based technician with a super friendly personality, it wasn’t hard to make the decision. Thanks brother for addressing all of our needs and concerns. Great experience! The technician was on time, communicated in advance of arrival, and was thorough with his explanation of needed repairs. Our tech Elliott Dement did an excellent job with the repair and tested everything before he left. We had a leaky garbage disposal and it took less than an hour to repair everything. He made sure we were 100% satisfied prior to leaving. Highly recommend Reliable and ask for Elliott.

Instead of closing today I did this instead. Coming back from homecoming I returned home to a cold home that would not get warm. Turns out BOTH of my original 28 year old HVAC units had a double death. So guess what I had to purchase? TWO HVAC’s at the same time and they got installed today! So when I do close my transaction with my client. the proceeds will pay a portion of this hefty unexpected bill. The service tech was great but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from reliable I purchase a brand new unit 4 years ago and have had issues with it ever since. When 1 thing gets fix other problem occurs. No one should have to deal with this you would think the company would see that it’s a bad unit and replace it all together but that’s not the case because as soon as the warranty is up you’re left picking up the pieces of something that shouldn’t be your to begin with. So my 5 stars are for the technician not the company

Superior Service…I have had the pleasure of being a Reliable customer for the last two years. I own several investment rental properties in the metro area and lately I have had the unfortunate experience of the old galvanized pipes failing in a few properties. Shaw Ellison, Plumber was dispatched to one of my properties and quickly jumped in to analyze the issues. The end result required leak detection, jack hammering floors, etc., all with a tenant occupying the property. Not only did Shaw do a fantastic job keeping me abreast and providing remediation solutions, he built a positive interaction with tenant to keep them calm through a very trying and frustrating series of events.This week, I had yet another property experience the same pipe and water issue and without hesitation, I knew that I had to contact Reliable and I specifically requested Shaw. Unexpected Water problem 3 days before Thanksgiving and house full of familyMade the call and we are definitely thankful for your Reliable was able to help on day that we called.Max (service technician) arrived in a timely manner as promised. When we were explaining the unexpected problems with our bathrooms he listened with concern. After checking out the areas Max told us what the problems might be then began the process of making the most of repairing both bathrooms via commodes and the water backup. He was very efficient and when he was asked qestions he took time to answer in a pleasant , profound manner .
