I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jason was the technician I worked with and he was very honest and professional. I had received a few quotes from other companies that were wanting to do more than needed and gave me very high quotes. Jason came out, saw what was causing the problem and fixed it. He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need and was very transparent throughout the whole process.

I called requesting help with a water leak in my basement, a leaky toilet, and stopped up drain. They were able to come out the very next day for an inspection and to do the repair. Jason and Tyler came to our house and did an amazing job getting our issues fixed. They were professional, hard-working, and they knew their business. The leaks were fixed and everything works like new. I would highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone looking.

I will never use anyone but Covenant Plumbing! Other plumbers tried to scam us, but they were wonderful and affordable! They did a great job repairing out shower and sink faucets and installing a pressure relief valve. George and Tommy are awesome! Very honest, hard-working people who are just trying to do the right thing by their customers. They taught me a great deal about our own plumbing and fixed repairs weve been putting off for months with ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We just closed on a home and ended up with a surprise plumbing issue. Turns out our entire plumbing system needed to be redone and due to a negligent inspector the issue wasn’t caught until after we bought the home. Covenant was quick to respond and very upfront about what needed to be done. The receptionist was great about getting me on the schedule and even called me back to move my appointment time up when she saw there was an opening. Phil and Jason were punctual and did fantastic work. They answered all of my questions thoroughly no matter how basic they were. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

We had what we thought was a plumbing leak. We saw water dripping in our crawlspace. After setting an appointment, our technician (Phillip) was prompt, polite, and extremely helpful. We actually had a leak on our HVAC system and the plumber diagnosed the real issue. He went over and above his job and pulled out wet insulation and cleaned up behind himself. He found our real problem. My husband was impressed with him and so was I. We trust this company to tell us the truth! Great experience with this plumbing company. We will always call Covenant for our plumbing repairs!

The plumber showed up on time and performed a detailed inspection of my hot water system. He not only confirmed that a new tank was needed, but found a serious code violation. Both items were addressed for a reasonable price and the repair work was completed quickly in a very professional manner. Soon thereafter a company representative made follow-up call to assure that I was completely satisfied with the results.Because of their quality work and customer attention, I have recommended Covenant Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors.

Recently, our hot water heater went out and Covenant worked with our home warranty company to efficiently get a water heater to us as soon as possible. Outstanding customer service! My wife complained at 6:30 AM that there was only warm water to get ready for work. When I checked, I saw that our aging gas water heater was leaking and worried that a replacement would require a few days. I found Covenant Plumbing at BBB and noted the A+ rating and excellent customer reviews. I checked out the company website and noticed that this is a faith-based business.Shortly after sending an email detailing my situation, I received a reply urging me to call the office number. I was offered a service visit for a no-cost estimate after lunch along with the possibility that the owner might be able to stop by mid-morning. To my delight, I received a follow-up phone call at mid-morning to notify me to expect a visit in a few minutes. That happened.After a firm handshake and efficient inspection, I received an estimate with a concise and clear explanation for the charges. Upon my approval, the new water heater was ordered to be delivered right away and a second plumber was called to assist as soon as possible. The old heater was promptly drained, disconnected and removed.The new heater was delivered and the old one hauled away. Anticipating a short delay for the other plumber to complete work for another customer, I was politely asked if I could wait until late morning to complete the installation. As promised, the pair professionally and efficiently finished the installation forthwith. I was assured that, if any need arose for service, the response would be prompt - 24/6 as Sunday is not a work day.I am very satisfied with the expert work and sincere customer service, and recommend Covenant Plumbing as a dependable and trustworthy company.

Hot water heater went out and I contacted my home warranty company. Coventry plumbing was the contractor to do the work. They worked with me through the whole process of my warranty even going above and beyond to make sure that my job was done ASAP. Lived in Macon for 30 years of my life and only plumbing company Ill ever use. Have had them come out for a gas line before, change out shower appliances and now a hot water heater. They have ALWAYS been very honest and up front with me on everything they have done and not too many businesses run like that these days. Will continue to use them for things in my household. Firm believer in dont talk it show me through your actions and this company does that. Highly recommend!!

We had a plumbing emergency (hot water heater burst) ... Covenant Plumbing moved their schedules around and were at our house in under an hour. They took care of the standing water in our basement, took off the old hot water heater, installed the new one AND they didn’t gouge us on fees or extra stuff. I was blown away by their service. Can’t recommend them enough!

They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Very direct, no headgames.I dont like to throw shade, but there are a lot of plumbers in the Macon area in particular who act as if the Lord himself has called them into this line of work, but Im not so certain it was the Lord Jehovah and not perhaps the dark lord, because so many of these other companies do not know how to treat their customers. And they are all related to each other by blood.Covenant is not related to that line but covenant understands customer service.

The plumber followed professional protocol from arrival and throughout his service time. He was clear with his assessment of the problems presented and was pleasant to work with. The needs seemed to be met as to our toilet and garbage disposal. He noted there is 1 year guarantee on the work. The billing issued was addressed promptly. I would use this company again and request this plumber if possible.

These folks are honest and they dont work on commission. If they cant help you, they will recommend someone who can and not try to fleece you. I called after hours and they had a technician (Jerry) at my home within the hour as promised. Good folks!
