    This is the second job that Ive had done by Ricky Heath Plumbing. Trey and his partner, Hunter, showed up around 8:30 am, and got to work, finishing the water line installation before 2:00 pm. Trey explained everything that they would be doing and he kept me informed every step of the way. I dont mind the prices because I know that their services are worth every dime. When they say that the work is done, I can rest assured that the work is actually done and the problem solved. I highly recommend Ricky Heath for your plumbing and heating jobs. Home ownership is a big investment, so finding professionals who know what theyre doing is a must.

    Trey Carruthers and his helper Allen arrived at our house around 0845 AM and got right to work, finishing the installation of a sewer drain cleanout and camera inspection of our line around 10:20 AM. They both were very polite, proficient, and professional.*************On August 27, 2024, Ricky Heath technician Caleb and his assistant Brad did a masterful job of completing my installation of a ductless mini-split a/c unit at Moms house. Last evening, they had evaluated my diy mounting of all hardware, completed wiring the cut-off box, and were returning to finish the job promptly at 08:15 a.m. this morning. They were professional, proficient, and personable, even to the point of giving me valued education during the process. Mom is very happy with the improved climate in her entertainment room.

    Called and received a warm welcome and even a same day appointment. They also called ahead to let me know when the technician was heading my way. Upon arrival Stephen gave me price quotes for various options dealing with my water heater and showed me the parts and their conditions with explanations as to how long before I would possibly have to replace them.     They came out to my unoccupied rental property and gave me an estimate over the phone and replaced a faucet and fixed a leak in a little over an hour.     I would recommend Ricky’s to everyone I know. Robert very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. They explained to me the process from beginning to end. This is the first time I was able to get great service for my plumbing problems for my home. The communication and customer service is top-tier. You would not be disappointed with them. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs going forward. There was another guy with him. I forgot to get his name. He was amazing as well.

He identified the problem and gave me options to fix it, laying down the pros and cons. I felt I made an informed decision. Trey did a great job installing the new line and re-installing the fence sections. He and Brandon had to maneuver a 45-degree drop and remove a huge tree in the process.     I really appreciate the way that Jesse found the problem and explained my options, a replacement part or a new furnace. I didnt realize how much a new furnace would. Kaleb came out and evaluated what part needed to be replaced, and the other parts of the furnace plus having to change the ductwork to connect a new furnace. He explained that the bad part was at the beginning of the cycle so there could be another problem that would force me to get a new furnace. We decided to repair the current furnace. It has worked perfectly, even with these freezing cold temperatures.I cannot say enough good things about this company. They did not try to make me buy a new furnace by saying it would cost too much to fix it and I should buy a new furnace. Thank you so much.I would definitely recommend Ricky Heaths Heating and Cooling for any of your needs. He arrived with all of the tools necessary in a well outfitted company van, he worked diligently and used his resources to determine what needed to be done to fix the problem. We are a commercial restaurant and must have a consistent water temperature for all of the business needs. He repaired the unit to get it through the day so we could stay open.A replacement of the water heater was required and without hesitation Caleb offered to start work early on Saturday mourning to get the unit in and ready for opening, we were up and ready on time with the help of another man by the name of Ben.The two men worked very well together and did an excellent job, very professional and left the project completely cleaned up and working perfectly!Great Job !!     This company is extremely busy which necessitated rescheduling 4 times. However, because of the inconvenience, they waived the $99 service feewhich I thought was fair. The tech was very nice and very thorough. I thought the final price was reasonable.Being that my need was not of an urgent nature, I was patient about the rescheduling but I will inquire next time about if they are backed up. Overall satisfied with the service.

    When I came home from work on Halloween and had water pouring out of the downstairs ceiling, I panicked. I called Ricky Heath, and a technician was there within 30 minutes. He located and fixed the problem within an hour, cleaned up the fallen ceiling pieces, and was gone without taking my entire bank account. VERY reasonable pricing.     We had a leak my husband dug it up and Thomas came same day, quoted $349 , 10 minute job he fixed with a piece of pvc n crimping (about $2. materials) Couple months ago, $450 to snake the house for plumbing clog. My math shows 90% for overhead n profit. Too rich for a couple of senior citizens. Wasnt going to review but they keep asking us to review them. They are pleasant and professional but took some wind out of our Christmas cheer.

    When we had plumbing issues arise, someone recommended I contact Rick Heath Plumbing. From the very first telephone call Customer Service was great. She answered my questions and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to check on our issue. The technician was at our home on the date and time that was arranged which is, unfortunately, very unusual these days. He was extremely polite, explained the issues, and even gave us a quote while he was here. They were back the very next day for the work. Unfortunately, as it turned out, we had more than one issue going on at once. Of course, this was not their fault, and they remained in constant contact with us via email, and texts until everything was resolved. They came back for a few days until everything was working properly. Every person we came in contact with from customer service, technicians, and even one of the managers, went above and beyond...even when my husband was calling them a lot, lol.     I called Heath Plumbing when my AC went out on my 1st floor. Joseph Wooten came right out that same day and after checking out the unit thoroughly explained why replaced the unit would be better than repairing it. The next day Jesse Burdorf came out with several options for units I could buy. Jesse was very hands on and helpful in walking me through that process. A couple days later he came back with a crew, CJ Light, Jacob Duncan and Jay White. These gentlemen working over 10 hours and 100+ temps to replace my unit with a new Rheem unit. CJ and his crew worked tirelessly to get my family and I back to living comfortably.I applaud all of these gentlemen for their work. 5 STARS

    I loved my experience with “Ricky Heath Plumbing”. They were great about answering the phone whenever I called. They were VERY accommodating to my work schedule so that I could be at home for their inspection and the actual work.And, THEY WERE SO FAST!!! I took my kids to the babysitter and when I returned, they were already filling up the hole in my yard after replacing the damaged pipe part. I am so happy with my 1st time experience, and I will definitely call “Ricky Heath Plumbing” first if I have another issue.

    Ricky Heath Plumbing was a pleasure to work with during a stressful time for us. We had a pretty substantial clog that turned into adding a new cleanout and then a main sewer line replacement. As the larger issue became clear when going down the pipe from the new cleanout, we saw that our sewer line would need to be replaced. Jimmy, Trey and team worked with us to fairly price out the unexpected line replacement after we added the cleanout and were always transparent with the options we had and what to expect. Everyone we talked to and worked with was highly qualified, competent, honest, and kind. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue you might have! Cant thank them enough!

    Called a different company to diagnose the issue with the AC in the house I just purchased and was told I had a Freon leak and basically needed a new unit at $16,000. We heard some unsettling things about that company so I called Ricky Heath. My husband and I are senior citizens and often feel like we’re not getting the service that so many companies promise you initially and often take advantage of the situation. We’ve been having one issue after another with our air conditioner, and luckily it was Nate who came out yesterday 7/11 to check it out and find out exactly what was happening, and he did just that, and worked to find out the problem. I’m not so sure that another Co. or tech would have worked so hard to also make us understand how to fix the problem, but Nate took that time and when he was ready to go our air conditioner was working fine and cooling off our home. Every question that we asked Nate he was patient and kind to explain why the problem was happening and simply fixed it! It was refreshing not to have to worry about another person coming into our home and telling us why it was necessary to have a brand new unit installed especially when this one was still in decent condition. I realize this is a longer survey than most but when you’ve hired someone who really cares about what they do and the customer I believe you need to know what a great employee you have, and Nate is one of the good ones!     First I just want to say that Ricky Heath Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is the real deal. Ive been having plumbing issues for quite some time and they were able to diagnose the issue with ease. They explained everything that needed to be done and while onsite they took us through the process step by step. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied and they exemplified good customer service. I also want to give a shout out to Austin Newberry, Cody Newberry, and Wes Kersy. Those three guys are absolutely amazing at their job and they are all around great guys. Im a cable technician so I really appreciate it when I get techs that have great customer service.     Caleb and Jacob came to my home to help with a possible water leak. They found the problem quickly and fixed it. I only needed the water connection to the washer tightened. I then had them fix two toilets that liked to run all the time. Wonderful job! Jacob even fixed my door handle during the visit because I was struggling to fix it myself. I was so impressed with both of these gentlemen-especially with their honesty and kindness. They showed me everything they were doing and made sure I knew they steps they were taking.     We had Heath empty our septic tank last week and they did a great job! Both Tony and Cory were super conscientious of our lawn, pool, and deck. First they came and surveyed and talked through the process with us so we knew what to expect. They let us know up front what the pricing would be and how long it would take. They planned a time to come when it wasn’t wet and routed their equipment so that it didn’t tear up our grass and shrubs. They also made sure that they weren’t dragging hoses onto our pool decking. Both Tony and Cory were very professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

Once Thomas started working, he quickly located the source of our leaking drain and devised a repair.     They were amazing to work with. Both men (I forgot their names, sadly) were friendly, polite, informative, and most importantly, they didnt talk down to me. I appreciated that immensely! They told me the likely issue, fixed the problem, and were gone in about an hour. They even double and triple checked everything before they left. I am so thankful for their professionalism and swift handling of our issue. We will most definitely be using them in the future! (As a sidenote, they had no issue with my incredibly inquisitive 4 year old and were so sweet to him. They even talked monster trucks with him. He was so happy to be a part of the guys.)
