Cant thank you guys enough for all the hard work! We had an emergency situation and Marco, Trenton, and Michael were on it! Got us up and running in no time. The next day we had another issue come up and Cassie in the office had the guys Jacob and Tucker out there within the hour! Called Cassie again a few days later, and again she had Justin and Levi out there capping off our gas lines and we didnt even have to stop working around them. Absolutely amazing crew of guys and office staff! Highly recommend! Thank you guys

Thank you, Buzzell Plumbing! We noticed an emergency pipe blow out yesterday morning from our cellar basement. There was water everywhere. I called Buzzell immediately and within a few short minutes they set us up with a fantastic plumber. He was so courteous, knowledgeable and focused to complete our repair within a couple of hours. Amazing service!I had a major leak after a pipe burst right before I had to leave for work. I called Buzzell and they sent Travis Callahan, a fantastic plumber, whom was able to identify the issue and resolve it within 45 minutes. I could not be happier with speed and professionalism of this service.

Buzzell has been providing the bi-annual service for my air conditioner/heat units for several years. They have always been on time and do a great job. This week, I had one go out! I received service promptly form Aaron who laid out my issues & all my options very well! I chose to replace since the unit was 11 years old. The costs was fair and the installers were professional, punctual, and cleaned up behind themselves. All in all, Buzzell made it as best as an oh-no! could be!!I will always use them.

I called Saturday evening when aI noticed my house wasnt as cool as usual. I called (after hours). Talked with a very friendly agent, professional and empathetic. Was promptly contacted by David who scheduled an appointment the next day, early. Was on time. David was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He not only identified and fixed the problem (capacitor) but performed an overall wellness check and even rinsed the filter, removing some typical debris build up. I remain a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I live on a slab and had a leak. Luckily it was located outside the house. Mark came over and looked at the problem then sent a man to fix it the next morning. Derrick arrived at my door and fixed everything very quickly and efficiently. He was polite and pefessional. He finished digging what I had started, made the repair and covered it all back up.
