Both Charlie and Dmitri were friendly, professional, and hard working. It was a tough project. They stuck with it until they found a resolution. There was a blockage deep down inside the wall. We have old galvanized pipes inside our walls that haven’t been upgraded to the rest of our home. They wore booties and kept the area clean. I’ll definitely recommend the service and call whenever we have a problem. Thanks so much.

Sean came to my home today to fix a few things. He was professional and came within the time window I was told. He did a full inspection and then gave me a run down of the issues. He then provided me with quotes. I asked for his personal opinion and we had a good discussion. In the end I agreed to do all the work recommended. Sean was efficient and thorough. I highly recommend Sean and Steves Plumbing.

Luke and Thomas were fantastic. They came in, helped diagnose the issue, provided reasonable pricing and information, explained everything they were doing thoroughly, and did great work getting the task complete. We liked them so much, we signed up for their annual service plan. We contacted several plumbers prior to Steves, and it turned out most of them were booked out (cant be helped), but Steves was able to get Luke and Thomas out here within hours to address an urgent need.

Brock is fantastic! The annual review of the plumbing systems was a non-event, but he directed my attention to a potential issue with the mainline connection to the septic system. He gave me reasonable options and was able to start the project same day. Thankfully too, as the leak was more significant than originally anticipated, and only discoverable after digging up the pipes. Courteous, professional, thoughtful & great taste in music played at reasonable volume! Tolerant and welcoming of my dog’s help. Thank you, Brock, for a job well done!

I do not typically leave reviews online, but in this case I feel I need to call out the excellent service I received from these guys. Stan was fantastic, as honest as the day is long, and a really nice guy. He made sure I was fully up to speed on everything that was happening, And when we ran into an issue that required further work, he called Steve out to the site, where they determined and clearly explained the problem and multiple solutions from which to choose. I never felt the slightest hint that I was being taken advantage of, rather that I had found a partner who can help me when bad things happened to my plumbing. Highest recommendation possible.

Just get it done with confidence with Steve,s Plumbing!!Well,Sean and Darren I think came out and removed old water heater and rerouted the water lines for new water heater about 20 feet in new location. They cut sheet rock, drilled holes and ran pex tubing. Excellent workers. Had one issue next day with water heater itself and they had to come back an look at it but hopefully Rheems is a good choice for quality performance, time will tell. My last heater 14 years old was a cheap g.e. water heater, never did any service to it and it was still working fine when it came out so again hopefully Rheems is good choice. I will update in future.

Discovered our water heater was leaking on a Friday night. Needed a plumber fast so we looked on google and came across Steve’s Plumbing Sat morning. They were able to come out that afternoon, which was a bonus. Luke our technician recommended a replacement as our water heater was leaking badly and nearly 10 years old. He was able to replace our unit within 2 hours and get us on our way. I appreciated the prompt availability and quick turnaround.

Had all my pipes replaced as the original pipes had burst 3 times in a year. It was a 4 day job but now I have a lifetime warranty on my pipes. They also replaced the water heater and corrected work some other place had done prior whic likely was contributing to the bursting pipes. They did an amazing job cleaning up and even cleaned the mess left from the last pipe burst that I was going to wait for after the pipes were replaced.

Steves Plumbing got the job done fast.We were without hot water due to our 50 gallon tank water heater leaking. That morning I got a bid from a large plumbing company who was not encouraging me to install a tankless system. I called Steves and two plumbers, Luke and Dillon, came out at the end of their workday and gave me estimates on all my options. Steves Plumbing is listed as an authorized installer of Navian tankless systems, and we went with the Navian tankless with a circulation kit so the water would be hot at the tap immediately. We also went with their maintenance program that extends the warranty to lifetime.Steves Plumbing was out the next day and Brandon and Dillon installed the system, explaining everything and making sure I had all my questions answered.This was a great experience from bith automated and personal communication with the office to the professionalism of their team of plumbers.Thanks, Steves Plumbing!

We called them because of a plumbing emergency caused by another company. They had a crew out in a half hour to our place, talked us through our options, and got started immediately.The technician was polite & quick with his work. Everything worked as expected once the work was done which ended a 30 hour nightmare caused by the other company which will remain unnamed.They are 100% worth using. Were so happy were going to use them again for maintenance we know needs to get done sooner than later.

Excellent experience with Steve’s Plumbing. Gabriel discovered my sewer line had shifted and was leaking into my yard so it needed to be repaired. They hired a contractor to dig the trench and do the repair. Mad props to the contractor, too, bc they were also awesome!Gabriel was here while the project was being done and kept in excellent communication with me. They made it easy for me to pay this large and unexpected bill. I have no complaints. Would recommend!

Steves plumbing came out same day for a big clog, very professional and clean. The job was much bigger then either of us anticipated, but they were ready to start right then and there. I needed to wait a few days, to close down my business. They were ready when I was. On time, done in 1 day. I also love how they offer financing. Stan from Steve’s plumbing showed up on time within a minute or two of when he said he would be here. Initially, he started out with the survey of the situation and a couple of options pointed out a couple of issues that are coming up and continued on with the repair I asked for and gave me some conditional pricing for other issues all very quickly and then I helped to get my leak issue solved and tested and done and in very short order it was a pleasant and easy to communicate with.

We had Ryan from Steve’s plumbing out today to fix a gas leak. Prior to his arrival, we had another company come who told us we were going to have to rip up our floors or cut into the ceiling below the leak to fix it. Ryan came and was able to think through the problem and come up with a much less invasive plan which ended up solving our problem. Steve’s plumbing fit us in quickly, was professional and effective. Highly recommend.

Sean and Thomas came to our home today to fix a blockage in our kitchen line. We previously had called a different plumbing company who were unsuccessful and said we needed more extensive services that were expensive. We said no to them and called Steves. They worked hard at it and cleared it after an hour or so of work. We have used Steves many times over the years and have always been very satisfied. They were not able to come out as soon as the other guys, so we tried them . Bad move- we will never use anyone else now. Thanks Sean and Thomas- we can now wash the Thanksgiving dishes, etc!!!

Zeke and Charlie were very thorough in inspecting our plumbing system and noticed a very small leak in our laundry hot water supply. They replaced the valves and supply hoses which were quite elderly. Thankful for their thoroughness and work ethic. That was in 2024. Charlie was here yesterday, Jan 6, 2025 for an inspection. Very thorough, very professional, and very respectful.I LIKE this company!

I worked with Brock and Stan and they were great. They made it out much quicker than expected in an emergency situation and they were able to answer all my plumbing related questions. Our above ground hose faucet burst in the freezing weather and they replaced it in less than half an hour and helped me to identify the shut off valves that were previously obscured by dirt. For a first time home owner with no experience with plumbing it was the best possible service. I am definitely going to be joining their diamond club and definitely going to be using them for my next couple of plumbing projects that are less critical than today’s. The photos are the before and after work, again fantastic and quick.

Our hot water heater just randomly croaked on us one day so I called Steves Plumbing. I explained the situation, and as an Elite Club member, Riley responded right away. He provided us with replacement options of a smaller 50 gallon tank, a larger 65 gallon tank (which is not readily available) or a tankless water heater.We didnt want to downsize to a smaller tank so we opted for the tankless one.Riley made arrangements for an electrician to respond, he was able to cut into our propane gas line, which will save us money, and had everything completed the following day!Riley told us the tankless heater has a lifetime warranty and they will come out once a year, because of my Elite Club membership, to check on it for for free!Riley was very responsive to our questions, coordinated all the moving parts, and did an excellent job!Thank you Riley, you rock!

Steves Plumbings TV commercials are pretty corny, but their service was first rate. In the midst of sub-zero temperatures (about 17 degrees) Luke and his apprentice showed up within a half-hour of our call. One of our major water pipes was frozen solid and hidden inside our walls. Luke diagnosed the issue and solved it despite extremely challenging issues, eventually tracing it to a far corner in our garage. The project, involving problems both inside and outside our 40-year-old house, took about three hours, none of them wasted. I highly recommend this company.

My home didnt have a clean out for the main sewer line, and it was getting compromised by roots and a poor original installation. Luke and his partner had to remove and replace several bushes during the process of repairing the line and installing a pair of clean outs. They sent the same technician out to us within an hour and took care of the problem the same day. Maybe we were lucky but that second instance was an example of being a responsible contractor in making sure they took care of their customer. Totally worth it.Previous review:Replaced an ugly, old leaky faucet with a beautiful gooseneck faucet with lifetime guarantee! They had faucet on the truck (no trip to big box store for me!)At 73, I am no longer a DIY person. Any past plumbing type repair I did always resulted in several trips to the hardware store and mediocre results at the end. Great to have a team of professionals just a phone call away.

Signed up for Steves annual service plan and have been extremely happy with the company. Recently Brodie came out for annual check and helped discover that my toilet has been slowly leaking and has completely destroyed the subflooring. Not a great situation overall, but I appreciate the expertise and the referral to get this fixed. Since I was on the plan, no charge for the visit and investigation. Thanks!

Riley finished his previous appointment early, so he called to see if it was okay to come early. He looked at my piping and immediately knew what the problem was. He listened to me and also answered all of my questions. He did his work quickly and also cleaned up nicely. I could see his work from time to time, and he also explained to me what was going on. The price is too high, but I was happy it got fixed. It is something that I do not have to deal with anymore. Riley knew what he was doing and did a great job. I am satisfied and would recommend his work.

In 40 years of managing a construction company Brandon was the best Plumber I have encountered. He was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of complex technical issues.On a second job installing a hot water recirculating system with a tankless heater in an old house he was on the job within a day. Designing the new system and providing a reasonable quote and given the go-ahead he finished making all plumbing changes and replacing old water heater by the end of the next day. You couldnt ask for a better completion time. Steves Plumbing may not always be the cheapest, but they will provide you great service and they know what they are doing.On their third job finding leaks in a water supply line that had frozen. Brandon found and repaired 3 leaks in less than an hour and a half. Most impressive was finding a leak in a drywall covered wall. It was clear the leak location was somewhere between floor and ceiling, but to minimize damage Brandon used his experience to zero in on what he thought would be the most likely location and only cut a relatively small hole between two studs and found the leak there, fixed the problem and reinstalled the removed drywall. He truly is the best.My Instahot at the kitchen sink went out and as usual Brandon replaced the unit, coming on time, wasted no time, and had the job done in little more than an hour, leaving the sink clean and with hot water ready. Another job very well done.

A devastating leak had been found inside the wall of the master bath that caused a lot of black mold on the wall behind the vanity. Once the wall was opened, the leak was found in a hot water pipe. Luke and Charlie arrived on time and immediately assessed what needed to be done and how to correct faulty piping. They gave me a clear assessment and clearly explained the charges. They worked efficiently and were very thorough. Testing that all systems were in good working order. I am so grateful for their professionalism and quick response. I will definitely call Steve’s plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

Had an issue with a plugged drain that turned into a bigger issue than expected. Gabriel was great with communicating the issue, & was very professional. Our cost for repair was much higher than expected, but I doubt any other plumbing companies would have been much less expensive. It took a second appointment to complete the job, but Gabriel did a great job to get things working correctly and is very polite & personable.

Tyler from Steve’s plumbing came to my house today to replace my kitchen faucet, fix the drain in my bathtub, I also asked him if he could replace my faucet out in the backyard. He got right to work and had everything done in less than two hour! He hit a snag in the outside faucet, it turned out that the pipe was broken so the replacement was a bit more work than expected it, he found the pipes my bedroom closet and had it replaced and the faucet on within minutes! I couldn’t believe how quickly he was able to do everything! I will definitely contact Steve’s plumbing again(and I will request Tyler). Wonderful work!
