    Had a pretty good leak on my main between the house and the meter. Regulators came though and fixed it right! New line, no digging. Very happy I don’t need a new driveway!     I had Regulators Plumbing come over to diagnose and fix a small leak we had in our kitchen sink area. Jason was very clear about what was happening and why, and quickly resolved the issue for us. I asked if they could come back out the following week to install a couple of new faucets in our bathroom. Jason and team came out and installed at the time specified and everything went great. Working with them was a good experience - would trust them with our future plumbing issues/needs.

    Jason and team were great. Very professional, arrived on time and executed the work quickly. He place 3 new values for two bathrooms and a kitchen sink in no time as the shut off values were old and outdated. Explained everything they did clearly, took pictures and explained the why behind it to share with our landlord. Also mentioned what else to consider in the future.     After spending WEEKS contacting plumbers to assist us with a small job we needed done for a laundry room renovation, I found Regulators Plumbing.     The communication was clear and easy, Jason was polite and helpful even when I asked multiple questions that probably had obvious answers, and most importantly our toilet is fully operational one day after it presented with problems. The one year warranty is nice too - they stand by their work. Also I especially appreciated the time Jason took to verify the issue we had discussed over the phone, share his perspective on any possible damage from water leakage, and the company standard 6 flushes to confirm the repair. Highly recommend!

    Jason and Caleb called to let us know they would be there soon. (Very professional) When they got here, we looked at the damage, discussed options and came up with a plan. The pipe was replaced with PEX and a new spigot was installed in about an hour. The cost was reasonable and actually less than we thought it would be! They cleaned up, and did a great job repairing the broken pipe. We highly recommend Jason and Regulators Plumbing. Friendly, fast, professional, quality service. We already have them scheduled for our next project!!

    This review follows my third experience with Jason and Regulators Plumbing, which was by far the largest job involved.Our main water line needed to be replaced, and their quote was very reasonable given the machinery needed and the complexity of our property layout. There were other options we could have went with, but from previous experience I knew Jason would fully dedicate himself to making sure the job went well.Jason came well prepared, taking time to explain to me exactly what steps would occur and executed a strategy that created a lot less disruption to our property than we had expected. During the partial day it took onsite overall, Jason coordination all the work to make sure it completed with minimal interruption to the water supply.I cant understate how pleased I am with Regulators Plumbing, they handled the job with complete professionalism and went above and beyond even the high expectations Id started with!

    We had a stopped up bathtub and no hot water pressure in our bathroom sink. Jason and his apprentice son came out on time and fixed everything. The bathtub turned out to be a bigger job than expected due to our old pipes, but they were still quick and very reasonably priced. Jason also took the time to explain everything thoroughly which we really appreciated. We would definitely use them again.

    An excellent experience. The whole area is dealing with burst pipes right now, so its tough to get on a plumbers schedule. We didnt have an issue urgent as burst pipes, so it wasnt a big deal to wait a couple days for Regulators. He was able to give me a ballpark estimate on the phone and once they were here, they kept me abreast of each step of the fix so that I could attempt the work myself in the future. Would definitely recommend.

    I’ve dealt with plumbers many times over the last 55yrs. Today was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Jason did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it, at the exact amount he said he would charge and was very pleasant about it, too, as was his apprentice plumber son. I almost hope something else goes wrong with my plumbing so I can use them again.

    We had a frozen pipe break. I called several plumbers and no one could come out. Regulators Plumbing happened to be in the neighborhood fixing another broken pipe. My neighbor asked them if they would fix mine and they were eager to help. Im very thankful for their professionalism and for the speed in which they fixed the problem.

    Tenant called me in the morning saying that my rental house may have a leakage according the water company, but they couldn’t find any obvious leak. I’ve reached out multiple leak detection companies, they quoted me 450 to 600 bucks for a service call. Jason from Regulator plumbing LLC called me back and told me he could swing by at the end of the day free of charge due to my house is pretty close to where he works. He showed up on time and spent nearly a hour explaining my situation and checked all my toilets, sink, faucets, etc for any possible leak in my house. And found a possible leak that could cause my water meter running continuously. I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this plumbing company.
