    Price Busters team John, Michael, and Jose did a great job on my new main waterline. Being a old house, my waterline from the meter into my house was leaking somewhere, so we decided to replace the whole line. John came out and did a thorough examination outside and even in my crawl spaces to make sure he had all the information and detail he needed. John also found another option to reroute my waterline to save money on the total cost which I appreciated a lot. They were very experienced, clean, professional, and finished the job 100% on-time as they promised. Michael and Jose who did the work, made sure that the area was clean and free of debris. They communicated very well and I would recommend them to anyone of my friends or family. I also had them fix my kitchen sink drain and water heater as well. They did a fantastic job. They have a great team over at Price Busters!

    Price Busters came out to help us with a gross problem that included a clog between our septic and our downstairs toilet. Luckily the clog was easily dislodged when the lid to the septic tank was removed. The crew was here within 2 hours of my call, were very professional and personable, and gave their expert opinion on what we should consider moving forward which included a septic tank pump. They also cameraā€™d the pipes in and out of the septic tank to make sure there werenā€™t any other issues. I would highly recommend!

    My wife and I had a pipe leaking somewhere in our house but didnā€™t know where it was coming from. We scheduled an appointment with PriceBusters for the next day. Kevin and Rudy arrived when they said they would (and called ahead to let us know they were on their way) and were very friendly explaining everything. After checking out the noise and investigating they went into my crawl space, located the leak and fixed it that same day. Overall it couldnā€™t have been smoother and if I ever need a plumber again Iā€™m definitely just going to use this same company. Kevin and Rudy were great. 10/10 for the work they performed and 10/10 for the overall experience.

    Price Busters sent out their technician John to move my gas water heater and the attaching hot water outlet to make room for a future heat pump. He first consulted with me to ensure the proper location. He did an excellent job, completing the work and provided extra room for the future heat pump which I appreciated.

Their bid was the cheapest and they were able to complete the job that week. they did not have to remove or destroy any of my landscaping, which the other companies said they would and they put everything back in my yard.     This is a solid company with good, honest business values. They truly care about their customers and will work to earn your respect. They will treat you right and will do excellent work. I have worked with several of their techs over the years with significant sewer line issues (my house is old). I have never had a negative experience. My most recent experience was with Zach.     We were doing a bath remodel and needed more hot water for a larger bath we were putting in as well as installation of all new toilet, shower and vanity. Zach (owner) came out to talk through our scope and get a sense for the work that was needed and our timeline. He was very supportive and provided great options which we had not thought of.Our install team of Kevin and Nick were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to communicate the plan and were excellent partners when the plan was not possible because of previously unknown factors (parts that unboxed in poor state, etc). They visited several times to complete different parts of the project (rough in work, new water heater install, trim-out) and were excellent to work with.Lost a star here for some scheduling challenges (getting a bid and cancellations due to weather issues causing higher priority work kicking us out of the schedule).Weve had five different plumbing companies during this construction project (whole house reno), and price busters was definitely the best.     Great experience with the Price Busters Plumbing! Zach arrived for fixing a clogged toilet but ended up inspecting the entire plumbing system and discovered a flood in the crawl space due to a failed sump pump. He was able to resolve the problem on the same day. Zach also provided a recommendation for reducing water pressure in the house for extending life for all my water fixtures. Great job, Zach! Highly professional service. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Weā€™ve had basic work done and the old clay sewer lined (big job), and because of our experience with them, all our old pipes replaced another big job. They put everything theyā€™ve got into a job.     Iā€™ve used this plumbing firm a number of times at my old condo and loved the service. The PriceBusters team was great in helping us get our old garbage disposal at our newish house replaced in short order. Scheduling was super easy (and they even had an opening a day early come available, but we werenā€™t able to make it work). Technical Michael was friendly, clearly communicated our options, and accurate in quoting both time and cost. He had the new unit running perfectly and left our kitchen cleaner than he found it! And put up with our barking dogs in the other room with a smile!

    I came back from a trip to find out that my bathtub and toilets were no longer draining. I called Price Busters and they came out the same day to get my line cleared. They confirmed I had a break in my sewer line. They were able to not only repair my sewer line but they were able to install what they called a ā€œPermaliner Sleeveā€ in my sewer line to avoid having to dig up my entire yard! Now I have a brand new sewer line and I donā€™t have to worry about any more back ups! I did get a few quotes from a few other companies but they gave me the best product BY FAR ! They were responsive, and affordable! I HIGHLY recommend you use them if you have any sewer issues!

    The technicians arrived on time and replaced the pulled and reset the toilet ($249). They were were profesional and cleaned up after the work was finished. However, they also recommended replacing the angle stops for which I was quoted $199. My understanding was that this was the price for both of then not just one what seems to high ($400). My entire bill ended up being $833.33 what was definitely more that expected.

    We messaged our landlord around 10:30am that our disposal was still funky after some time. We werenā€™t expecting her to be able to get anyone to come check it out for at least a week with Thanksgiving being yesterday and all. To our delight, she called us ten minutes later that someone would be coming by in a couple hours. That someone was Luis who was super pleasant, communicative, and very respectful of our space and things. Then voila!     We had a major drain issue at our University Village location, and Kevin and Nick from Price Busters Plumbing came out to clear it this morning. They were incredibly communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did they clear the drain, but they also went above and beyond by checking all of our other drains to ensure there were no further issues. They found a clogged studor vent caused by the backup and immediately offered to repair it. Their customer service was top-notch, and were extremely happy with their work. Highly recommend!

    Working with Price Busters Plumbing has been such a relief! Their communication has been above and beyond, their quality of work has been outstanding and they truly want to do the right thing in all aspects of their work.We had a sewer back-up Thanksgiving week and they squeezed us in to get the sewer flowing. It turns out we needed to line our aging sewer line. We held off on the work until this summer so we could get other quotes. However, Price Busters had the lowest quote and the most non-invasive solution to restore the functionality of our sewer. I am so glad we went with them and have no hesitation recommending their company.     I called Price Busters on October 18, 2024. I called late in the day hoping someone could assist me at my apartment complex that I manage in Lynnwood. Within 5 to 10 minutes I already had someone in route to unclog my residents very back up sink. Zack arrived literally within 10 minutes of my call and unclogged the sink over 34 feet down. He did an amazing job and was out of there within 30 minutes. I was so happy with the customer service by everyone and couldnt believe how fast they arrived. I will be calling again.

    These guys are awesome! We called them for a new waterline as my landscapers flagged the old rusted one while attempting to install an irrigation system which would eventually be covered in pavers. Thus, timing was critical. Beau came out to give us a (very fair) quote within a few hours of my inquiry (8.13). He was super friendly, explained what needed to be done and managed expectations. He was understanding of the time caveats and was able to get this scheduled for repair the very next day. Luis and Logan showed up the next morning (8.14), worked super hard for 10 hours in the heat to trench and repair/replace the line. They were friendly, kind and very communicative flagging that due to some sediment in the old pipes within our old house built in 1951, that theyd need to send another team over the next day to flush it out in order recoup the water pressure to the lower level of our house.Kevin and Nick showed up the following day (8.15) to flush the pipes. I flagged to them that we were having issues with a toilet handle where it was discovered that the toilet tank had cracked in the back and needed to be replaced as it would only be a matter of weeks or months before the toilet would leak all over the bathroom. They took a trip to the hardware store, picked up a new toilet and installed it within a few hours. While unexpected costs are, of course, very inconvenient and discouraging, avoiding catastrophic events are so appreciated. This company goes above and beyond. Thanks, Price Busters Plumbing for saving the day and while keeping my landscapers on their schedule.

    These guys are awesome! We have used them twice now and both times they were friendly, responsive and went above and beyond what we needed them to do. Our first call to Price Busters was to fix and replace a waterline and shutoff valve coming into our new refrigerator. JL crawled into the crawl space to replace the line that had corroded and while he was under the house, discovered there was another slow leak from the kitchen sink that we didnt know we had. He was able to fix it and we avoided some costly problems down the road. The 2nd time we needed Price Busters was to fix a leaky bathroom faucet and replace the shutoff valves that had become stripped. Michael and Ben fixed those issues and also corrected a few defects from a previous plumber. The work involved relining our sewer main to the street, which meant digging up part of the yard.     Price Busters Plumbing & Sewer is AMAZING! After experiencing clogged toilets with sewage backflowing into our showers, Price Busters was the only company to actually attempt to unblock the clog while reviewing our situation and providing an estimate for a sewer cleanout installation. Zacks smart idea to hop on the roof with a small camera to send down the drain vent allowed him to reach the clog, clear the pipe, and record a video of a tree root blocking almost half the sewer pipe at the connection from my house to the side sewer. This provided so much relief during a stressful situation, just to have usable facilities for a few more days or about a week before getting it fixed.The name of this company is very fitting because of the 5 companies who gave us estimates, their price busted the others out of the park. Other companies estimated 2x, 3x, even 5x the price which is just outrageous! They were super friendly and easy to talk to about scheduling a time for them to perform the work, the need for a permit (turns out it isnt needed with small segment replacement work), or the difference and need for a two-way or one-way cleanout (our pipes under out house were smooth plastic and therefore two-way wasnt necessary). We had Zack and Yousef back out to install the cleanout. Zack even accommodated my request to angle the cleanout slightly to allow for access to the cleanout after the potential future expansion of our front porch.They conducted their business professionally and were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them to others and plan to call on them for future work.

We had a washing machine drain line that needed to be cleared, which turned into redoing the entire sewer line to the street.     Ok This is going to be a long review because I am blown away by how awesome this company is. You dont see great service like this anymore - seriously - hire these guys - they are the plumbers for you.Anyway, the details here:-I live with an immunocompromised person and one of my dogs is also sick, possible immunocompromised so I asked if i could get a ballpark quote for toilet replacement over the phone since it is really hard for me to have contractors in and out of my house. Bo was so extremely nice, made an exception for me, and gave me a quote over the phone even though they usually dont do that. WOW! How amazing to find someone who cares like that. I had called like 10 other plumbers before these guys and many of them were really rude about my request. Well guess what - rude doesnt get my business. Nice people who really care about their customers get my business. Thank you Bo!-I also asked if the plumbers who came out could please wear masks inside the home and they did so graciously and responded to me about it with such kindness. I very much appreciated that. It was also kind of hot today and stuffy and i am sure that mask was not comfortable but they did it anyway and I did not hear one complaint. Wow thanks Kenny and Oliver! You guys are outstanding.-They were on time, clean and neat which I dont even expect from a plumber. When they came into my home they OFFERED to take their shoes off - wow - seriously I appreciated that.-The plumbers were Kenny and Oliver and they were two of the nicest people I have ever met.     The short: Quick, reliable, well priced and friendly.The Long: I had a leaking sewer line outside the house as the pipe is old concrete which needed to be replaced. The options were to either dig it all out, encapsulate or do a pipe burst. Price busters recommended an encapsulation (Perma liner) which is a neat technology which cures epoxy in place within the existing pipe. The method is less impact-full to the garden and cheaper as they dont need to dig the entire trench. Price busters came out to provide a quote and performed a very through inspection, both with a camera and marking out where each bend was in the pipe. Beau and Mike were both very friendly and explained everything to detail how it was going to be fixed and gave me a price on the spot. Alex back in the office was also great working with, coordinating schedules and payments.The job itself was executed flawlessly, they didnt make too much mess and cleaned up after themselves (Note they didnt try and fix everything back to how it was, I know some companies may do this, but Price Busters focuses on their job which is plumbing not landscaping and thus they are good at it). There was one minor modification I requested with the clean out pipe location as it was not in a convenient location which they quickly made the changes.Overall I would highly recommend. Its Thursday afternoon now and they have just finished up our job that required cleaning the line from our home to the sewer main of three clogs caused by roots. They then had to hydro jet the pipe to get the roots out. We decided to have them reline our pipe from the house to the main so as to ensure that there would never be another issue like this again. The reline is guaranteed for 15 years. They did a lot of work in a very reasonable amount of time at a good price. They were always friendly and explained everything that they were doing.     Kevin was great. He spent a lot more time than he probably expected as we had trouble finding the shut-off valve for the water meter. He also spent a lot of time going back and forth between the crawl space and our tankless to get the newly installed pressure regulator at the very max that we could be and still be at code. And its a bit of a slog in the crawl space. Well definitely call them again if we need more plumbing work.

    We had a leak out in our front yard for a month or so. A leak detection company came out to put gas in the line so they could find the location of said leak, but couldnt do so because there was no induction point for the gas. We then needed to have a plumber come out and put in an induction point, as well as a shut off valve for the house, before we could find the source of the leak and then actually fix the problem.Multiple plumbing companies came out to give estimates, all of which were estimating about double the price of Price Busters, and those estimates were only for getting under the house for the induction point and shut off valve whereas Price Busters estimate also included the work needing to be done to fix the leak itself.Wyatt came out the same day we called to give the initial estimate, and when I called them for the follow up work after pinpointing where the leak was, Wyatt and Rudy came out the very next morning. Their pricing was very fair, they were responsive, they arrived precisely when they said they would and the work was all done within a few hours. Very happy all around with the service and would recommend to anyone in need of a plumber that cares about their client enough to give honest estimates and fix their problems in a timely manner.

    Went pretty thorough when came out for the estimate. The price is the most competitive (I had 10+ bids) and seems to know all the code and regulations for the repair. We had a big repair project and have 4 different crews working on 4 different days. Itā€™s not an easy repair since the pipe had a lot of rocks inside and they had to dig very deep as well. Nonetheless they all worked very hard and we appreciate their work. They restore the landscape afterwards to the best of their ability. The communication is timely and friendly.     The disposal quit and I found a small amount of water underneath it but couldnt find where the leak was coming from. I reviewed local services through my next door community and got a few estimates. I chose Price Busters and they had someone available for me within an hour. I got a call to let me know they were on the way and after a very thorough inspection of everything that could have leaked, the disposal was the only culprit left. I received a couple of quotes, made a choice and called back to set an appointment. This was my lucky day and the plumber was close enough to pick up the part, come back for the install, make sure everything was clean and dry. Less than four hours, from the first call to the finish is unheard of and Im sure it was part dumb luck on my part and careful skill on the part of Price Busters. Theyll be getting my business.
