    Water heater started leaking from the bottom seam late Saturday night on the weekend before Christmas. By 12:30 Sunday afternoon, Done Right Plumbing was at my house with a new gas water heater and by 2:30, the job was done. They were careful and the installation was perfect. Can’t ask for better service.

    We needed a repair on our old sewer line. Done Right Plumbing quoted a reasonable price and then scheduled the repair quickly. They installed an outside clean out and replaced a section of our sewer line. Workers refilled the trench and cleaned up the work site well. Communication throughout the whole process was good, our calls and emails were answered quickly.

    We had a great experience with these guys. Joe worked on our under sink plumbing and did the job super neat. Finally have plumbing that doesn’t look like it’s gonna fall apart.     Ive used Done Right three times as we remodel our house and after the first couple times, I stopped calling any other plumbers for quotes. Done Right has competitive prices, great staff, great customer service, and the best part is they dont make me wait a long time to get the work scheduled.     Ashton showed up to provide a bid to replace a leaking valve, and he was very courteous and professional throughout the visit. On arrival, Malachi determined the bathroom sink drain needed the stopper cleaned (no charge) and the bathtub needed a snake. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Theyre a modern shop - we got emails confirming scheduling and invoicing. I recommend them.

    Ashton and his assistant were very helpful in stopping the leaks coming from both of my old 1970s shower faucets. There’s still work to be done to replace the outdated surround, but they were able to leave us with one fully functional shower in the interim and configured the other shower’s plumbing to allow for various faucet options for the final renovations. (And they even tolerated my hissy cat! 😅)

    Malachi and Nick were SO wonderful to work with - I needed a plumber ASAP so I called and they were able to dispatch right away (HUGE PLUS) and I they arrived, they did a thorough inspection and provided an estimate. I accepted and they got to work right away - they found problems I didn’t know about and gave me the option of fixing it or leaving it alone which I appreciated. They went above and beyond - when they saw that there was an older valve that needed to be replaced, they took the initiative and fixed that as well. What I most appreciated though was the follow up after the job. I was worried about a leak that I never got closure on and they followed up to share their findings and what exactly they did. I just moved to Washington and I found my go to plumbing company!

They have completed two projects at my home in NE Seattle - one large job involving rerouting our basement sewer line, and the other solving a poorly installed toilet pipe that contributed to a slow leak between toilet and flange.     I initially found Done Right Plumbing from asking in a local Community Group for plumbing recommendations, and after an overwhelming number of people suggested them, I now understand why!Steve and Ashton were prompt in their timing, and provided a concise two hour time window so that I did not have to take off the whole day in anticipation like you do with a number of other plumbing companies.They came out, worked with me to do a thorough inspection and determination of the problem for a tough toilet drain clog, and then were able to work through a number of solutions to get the problem fixed using a commercial borescope / drain snake. Steve took the time to talk through the problem as well as the general state of the plumbing in my house and comparison to current plumbing installation materials, which I very much appreciated. Both of the crew that came out were very personable and respectful of my home during the time they were on sight, and worked quickly to remedy the situation.     Such great service from the get go. Due to the cold weather and not removing the hoses from the hose bibs, our pipe cracked and water leaked into the wall. Luckily, Done Right had an appt for the next afternoon and put me on the top of the list in case someone cancelled. Luckily, an opening in the morning was available and they came right away. Ashton easily diagnosed the problem, and will be able to return and fix the problem at my original appt. time. This is our 2nd time using Done Right Plumbing and the name fits the company!

    Done Right Plumbing is superb. Because of a backup in our sewer line, we first made the mistake of contacting one of the bigger companies that focuses on celebrity endorsements. The other company did locate the problem, but told us it would cost $11,000 (not including tax) to excavate six feet deep in our yard, replace up to ten feet of pipe, and install a two-way cleanout. Thankfully I contacted Done Right Plumbing, which fit us into a very busy schedule. Done Right Plumbing performed the same work (very early the next morning) and solved the problem for ONE-HALF the price ($5,500). Done Right Plumbing was super professional and trustworthy. I know to call them first next time.

    I highly recommend Done Right Plumping. Not only did they do a great job, but they are very reasonable. We had them install a lining in our sewer last year and this year we had them locate and fix a leaking and plugged up pipe under our house. Ben and Adam did a great job locating the the problem and then coming up with a plan to fix it. While they were here I asked Ben if he could take a look at the upstairs bathtub because the water was draining very slow for years. I had another plumbing company come out and they just tried to clear the line which did not work. Ben found the problem in no time and fixed it with no extra charge. The problem was that the pop up drain stopper was not opening all the way. The whole crew including office staff (Tracy) and Steve the owner are all wonderful.

    Done Right Plumbing was very responsive to an emergency sewer backup we experienced, arranging to come out before other busy plumbers I called. They cleared the blockage and then came back out to fix a sewer line pipe break a few days later as soon as their schedule and the rains allowed. They went above and beyond in providing some asphalt at no charge to cover the small driveway area where they put a new transition pipe and sewer access cover under our driveway.     On December 6 we asked Done Right Plumbing to come out and move our hot and cold water pipes from one wall to another. We also asked them to prepare the drain pipe for a tile base. The price was right, quality of equipment met my expectations and the guys were professional and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business for the most part. But, when they installed the new valve, they forgot to do something that apparently affected the other shower in on this floor of our home. For a week we were taking cold showers. I thought it was just a quark that would work itself out and then we had to leave out of town for the weekend. Monday the 13 we called and asked them to come just double check that it was good. They sent a team right away. The problem was identified and fixed quickly. We tested the new valve to make sure hot was coming out. We also checked the other shower to make sure my family would be happy. All is good now. Would liked to have done without the cold showers though.

    We had Done Right install two trench drains, a tankless hot water heater, and design and install the plumbing for four toilets and a large three-faucet farmhouse sink. This included trenching in concrete, laying new pipe, and installing the fixtures themselves. We primarily worked with Ben, Sharif, and Tracy, and they all were professional and efficient. Since the initial install weve called them out for a few various (unrelated to their previous work) issues and theyve always been timely, efficient, and priced fair. I work with a lot of contractors and I really cant recommend this company enough.

We reached out to Done Right for a bid for a side sewer and water line replacement for a 70+ year old house in Seattle, (to take care of it proactively), and they came by the same week and answered all our questions with knowledge and experience. Within a few hours they sent a fair quote for the most cost effective solution given our setup. (We went with the trenchless liner solution for the sewer but the water line had a trench dug.) Once we accepted their bid, they were able to get the work scheduled quickly and ended up completing the job in half a day with a whole crew. They were sensitive to our front yard landscaping, as well as minimizing the downtime of our water/sewer while we worked from home. Friendly crew, office staff, and owner made the experience really nice despite such a large infrastructure project on a house. Would recommend Done Right for any sewer and plumbing needs!

    I just had a great experience with Done Right Plumbing. I called at 9:30 am to have a leak fixed under my kitchen sink. The receptionist sent a plumber out right away. Ben and his partner arrived within an hour and immediately spotted the problem. They tightened a nut on the flexible hose inside my faucet and the leak was fixed. They carefully double checked for other leaks and tightened a washer on the garbage disposal. When I asked for the bill they said to just use them next time. You now have a customer for life!

    Steve, Tracy and the whole team at Done Right plumbing were wonderful. They worked with me on getting payment to them and came out and did the work asap. I had to replace the water line running from the water meter to my house, which runs underneath my concrete driveway. Other plumbers told me they would have to tear up the whole driveway, but Steve and the team were able to avoid that totally. They came out on a rainy, muddy day, replaced the pipe and even built a little wall around my hard-to-find water meter, making it easy to find! They cleaned up after the work was done, and finished everything quickly and efficiently. Finding a good team of professionals to do this kind of work can be difficult, but save yourself the time and hassle of shopping around and call Steve.
