In our society today we continuously wonder how good is a company or how technically sound are their technicians. As a home owner these questions are constant when selecting a reputable business to work in our homes. I would like to ease your concerns with Day and Night plumbing. We have relied on them for 15 years to handle any plumbing needs that has arise in our home. Today they replaced a 13 year old hot water tank. Technicians Jon and Alex performed the replacement with outstanding promptness, courtesy, and professionalism that you expect from a top tier company. In fact, Jon even remembered installing the old 13 year tank. In addition, they answered all my questions about the equipment, installation, and the 6 year warranty. I could not ask for a better team and company to provide for my needs as a homeowner. I cannot thank you guys enough for all the work over the years with repairs, and improvements!

This company is great! Ive called on their helps for many years. The scheduler is friendly and efficient making timely appointments. Every technician thats come out is of equal character. Nice. Knowledgeable. Helpful and professional. This maintenance appointment we switched out an old inexpensive faucet and pop up in the bathroom and replaced a Toto toilet seat. Im so happy!

We had a very positive experience with Day & Nite after running into an issue with our gas central heat. The technician Chris arrived on time and had great communication around the issues he found. This was installed by another company seven years ago but we did not have a good experience with them and fortunately Day & Nite was willing to step in and figure it out.We had all the information we needed presented to us once the technician had finished the service call and we were able to determine the solution we wanted at the time. Fortunately the part was under warranty and Day & Nite coordinated this and we did not have to take any additional steps with the manufacturer.Once the repair was complete they had resolved another issue discovered during the course of the new part install and resolved this as well.The entire experience was easy and everyone we interfaced with was professional and friendly.

I have toilet leak in a bathroom in my home. Call Day and Nite Plumbing and Derek came out and found the leak quickly. Since the leak was into the flooring and wall, therefore a dry out around the toilet was necessary. After everything was dried out and the wall board was replaced (damage all repair by another contractor). I contacted Derek directly and he came out the next day to reinstall the toilet. I was completely impressed with his work. I recommended them.

As I was driving one day I heard an ad (short interview) on Christian radio with the owner or manager of Day N Nite plumbing and heating and it made an impression. I wrote their name on the back of a receipt and and didn’t do anything with it for some time. I had had ok-to-poor experiences with a local heating company doing service things for some years on our furnace and after their last visit I got bummed out and didn’t call them for any more work. I just changed the filter myself every once in a while. Reluctantly I came to the conclusion I needed a trained person to check our furnace and remembered the good impression I’d gotten of Day n Nite. Man, they exceeded my expectations by infinity (and beyond). Our tech was Jacob Regis. I honestly don’t know how a human being could have done a better job. I am just so happy with his knowledge and service, and he answered all my questions knowledgeably. Out of 10 stars I would give 11. (He also did a whole battery of tests that I couldn’t do, like checking to make sure our furnace was burning efficiently enough to not fill our rooms with carbon monoxide.) Don’t be like me and take a chance by servicing your heater yourself)

I had a water emergency at 4:30am on a Saturday and was panicking. I couldn’t figure out how to control it on my own or shut off the main. I called Day & Nite and the answering service picked up right away. They told me someone would contact me. Shortly after that, Derek called. He tried to walk me through what to do on my own but I was not able to do that to come to an immediate short term resolution.He let me know that I needed help before he would be able to get to me, and let me know it was okay to call 911 in this situation and that they would dispatch the fire department. He told me to call him back after I’d made that call, and I did. He kept me calm while I waited for help, and let me know when he’d be able to come out. He checked in with me several times throughout the day even though his on-call ended at 8am.I think luckily it will be a minor fix now that the “emergency” has passed and it’s daylight. But, if not I will definitely be calling back and I’ll also be keeping Day & Nite in mind for any future plumbing needs thanks to the amazing care and customer service that Derek provided today.

We were referred to day and night by my sister-in-law. They did an excellent job. We called on a Friday and got an appt on Monday to fix our water main that was leaking under our driveway (all other companies are weeks out). It helped that we had underground detection services come out and find where the leak was beforehand that Friday. Day and night has worked with this business many times over the years.The appointment scheduler recommended we call 811 call before you dig asap. Which we did. Which put us in the queue faster to have utilities come out and mark. (Yes day and night does this but it helps if the home owner calls too).Issac and wade showed up earlier than scheduled, thank you. They listened to my husbands explanation and the process we had already started. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and wrote a quote. THEY GIVE MILITARY AND SENOIR DISCOUNTS. thank you, so few companies do this for our military families and seniors!Issac and wade made quick work of cutting the 2 inch cement and dug 4 feet down and pinpointed the leak! Such hard workers! They quickly realized our plumbing was older and ran out very quickly to get the proper materials for the job, mostly they had what we needed. And was grateful they could fix and not wait to order parts.Issac and wade made quick work of the job and finished in under the time quoted. They also left no dirt or debris behind. They corridored off the dig site with caution safety barrier.Day and night plumbing was a God send. They are a Christian company that has been in business for a long time. We felt $5400 was a fair price to fix a water main to our home and had the scheduled and work done in in less than 2 business days.We are waiting for the team to come out and put patch on the driveway. But realize the dirt needs to settle and harden up before that can happen.Thank you!

My scheduling error on the 2nd visit was completely my fault, but as I was calling to arrange my schedule, Anjanneé told me she would make the needed repairs and gladly reschedule the units maintenance all with a smile. I felt bad but she continued to assure me it was no big deal. The maintenance (3rd visit) was completed 2 days later and Anjaneé said everything looked clean and great. We had a Navien tankless water heater that was not operating properly so I called Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating for service. I had two technicians show up, both named Alex to diagnose the problem. Both techs worked well together and explained everything they were checking and why they were checking. After cleaning, diagnostics and communicating with the manufacture on our Navien unit it was determind that a locally sourced part was failing. Both Alex’s headed out and picked up the new part and returned to installed it. Our Navien tankless water heater is now operating properly and I can now take a hot shower! They obviously got their diagnosis wrong, unlike Todd who had a clear explanation for what had happened. Todd was fantastic! Very quick, knowledgeable and straightforward. He was able to diagnose and provide estimate within 15 minutes. No one ever wants to hear they have to replace their furnace or an expensive part but he was very easy going and assured me the job could be done and the part was available, which is such a blessing because the unit is old. If you show up and do a good job, then you get a good review.I had a commercial clogged drain that made for a retched smell near the entrance of our building. Day and Nite made short work of the issue and cleaned up like nothing happened. Why would I call anyone else? Kyle and his coworker were super pleasant and friendly and assured me that they could resolve the issue. If I still sent Christmas cards, theyd be added to my list.

Day and Nite as a company is competitively priced and all the staff I spoke with, most often April, was very helpful! Elliot was prompt, professional and thorough. He’s obviously very knowledgeable about the systems, but was equally skilled in explaining what was done throughout his service and communicating our options as the client. I don’t expect any future issues, but will be returning to this team for regular maintenance!

Derek Yates was the technician sent out to perform a repair/replacement of the shower valve in our guest bathroom. After performing the requisite troubleshooting, which required him to knock out two sections of sheetrock in the garage area in order to perform a doublecheck of testing following the repair, he did not charge us for the removal of the second section. I believe that the charge associated with the removal of one section was $130.00.Dereks assessment also saved us considerably as a replacement of the cartridge with a more up to date valve solution would have been an additional $500.00. Instead, Derek was able to simpy replace the existing cartridge.I then asked Derek for additional $1,300.00 of work to be performed by replacing our two exterior hose bibs, each of which was 25 years old. I also requested Derek to repair a leaking pipe fitting above our water tank. Derek was in our home from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM performing the scheduled work as well as the add-on items that I requested.Bottom line, we now have peace of mind. I was able to complete all of my needful and worrisome plumping repairs in one shot today. Derek was able to complete all of the work without having to reschedule and thereby saving me another trip charge.Bambi (Day & Nite Schedule Coordinator) was able to expedite my request in less than 24 hours from initial contact. I called in stating that I have a plumbing emergency. Even though it was not technically an emergency because I was able to mitigate the leak into the garage from the guest bathroom on my own, it was an emergency for my family. Our profile being that it is our guest bathroom that is also an ADA bath for our adult disabled child. Without this bath/shower available to us we are unable to provide that level of personal care for our child: hence an emergency.Bambi understood the need and worked to bump our request up in the queue without having to run it through emergency level rate.All-in-all, a family with high needs was helped by Day & Nite and their people. I cannot express how needful my family is for wins such as these; they mean everything in our world.Thank you so much!

Water Heater - Zac and Alex called ahead to let us know when they would be here. Assessed the water heater and expansion tank. The expansion tank had failed. Replaced 13 yr. old water heater including new drain pan and expansion tank. They were prompt and courteous. They were efficient in the removal of the old tank and install of the new one. They modified duct work and drain lines for us. We were very happy with their service. We appreciated their professional attitudes and their courteous nature. They explained everything to us every step of the way. Very impressed. Thank you Zac and Alex!Furnace Maintenance - Ajanee and Drew are very thorough in their inspection and cleaning of components of the heating system. They provided a written report of the status of the components of the system. They provided recommendations for future work. Attention to detail was noted. John and Jessie arrived at exactly the designated hour, same day service, which I very much appreciated. They did a quick survey of the leak above the bathroom ceiling and quickly located the problem. The estimate seemed very fair to me so off they went to fix the issue. Once they were done, they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and left me a very happy camper.I am delighted with every aspect of the service provided. Same day service, on time as promised, courteous, professional service all won me over. Im pleased to call Day & Nite my plumber, and I will not hesitate to call them should the need arise. I was very please with the service that Derek Yates providedI called about a hot water heater venting problem. Derek explained all my options and explained the process. I ended up getting a new tank and the venting problem was resolved. They were very timely with there respond and completion of the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technician was great. The only reason I removed a star was that they give a base cost over the phone and request photos over text. That all worked out, but when the technician called to let me know, he was on his way. He looked at the photos and said he would have to charge an additional amount of money for a missing component to bring it up to code. My issue is with they could have let me know prior to the day of installation that the price is going to change to the missing parts. That also explains why their estimate was so much less than other estimates that I had received.

The problem was no hot water and water dripping from hot water tank pipes. Zach diagnosed the suspected problem quickly - the overflow tank burned out - not the 2 1/2 year old tank they had installed. The pipes and overflow tank were replaced on the spot and hot water restored!Thank you for the fast and professional service.
