I am very happy with the two services I have used with Paris Plumbing! I had a bathroom leak that required to take the entire bathroom out and the technician was very fast in problem solving. He told me what was happening and how he was going to fix it, and I really appreciate the technician explaining everything to me. I recently called Paris Plumbing again and the technician Gene fixed my leaking kitchen faucet and dishwasher efficiently. Gene thoughtfully told me what to watch out for in the future and I would love to use their services again!

We have used Paris Plumbing for years and we wont use anyone else! Everyone at the company is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They perform their work quickly, cleanly, and with excellent quality. They also take the time to explain things - I learn something new every time! They are straight shooters and dont try to sell you a product or service you dont need. We trust them 100% and recommend them to our friends and family and anyone else who needs a great plumber!

Paris Plumbing completely takes the stress out of plumbing related issues. The crew is so incredibly friendly, fast, and does quality work! When we had an issue with our hot water heater, I got called Paris Plumbing and got ahold of someone RIGHT AWAY! They scheduled someone to come out and take a look a day later, and before we knew it, we had a new hot water heater! Our lives barely skipped a beat because of their quick work! The crew was super fast, friendly, and informative!Honestly cant say enough positive things about my experience with them. HIGHLY recommended if you want to take the stress out of plumbing issues!

I love this company. I have been calling them for the last 10 years. They are responsive, they are professional, they give great advice. I didnt realize they also install water heaters. Today, they replaced a 2001 leaky water heater with a new one. Gene and Alex came, as promised, at 9am and were done by noon. They also had to check and rebuild a leaky faucet.In the past, I had a different company come look at the leaky pipe and they were going to break the floor to see where it was coming from. Lee from Paris Plumbing came over, put in a valve and was done in an hour. Love these people.

Another great experience with Paris Plumping! Chris came today and was on time, fast, and really pleasant. He fixed a broken shower drain, dripping spigot and helped us make a plan to add a new spigot. He was friendly, got the job done, and gave great advice.

Paris Plumbing is the plumber you want to use in your home. They are polite, respectful, patient, and on time. The office was very helpful to send a plumber out as soon as they did. The person called to say he was coming and arrived on time. He came in and listened to my concerns. Then he promptly explained and addressed the problem. I am a very satisfied customer and will use Paris again!

Gene saved the day! The drain line for our dishwasher was clogged. Unlike some dishwashers that drain through the sink, ours has a separate copper line that befuddled three other plumbing companies before we were referred to Paris Plumbing. Their minimum fee seemed a bit high for 30 minutes of work, but we are thankful that they had the expertise we needed.

OMG these guys are the best!! Tyler- you rock! Chaz and Xavier too. What a bunch of authentic, regular people just doing the job and working hard to do it. I am so glad they were recommended to me and so glad to discover them. I had several things to take care of and, as I suspected, it turned out they were all related. I needed new pipes in my 70-year old home. Im very satisfied with the outcome. Tyler just took over the company Nov 2023 or so, by the way. Great bunch of folks!

Greg and Nathaniel did some groundwork plumbing for a basement bathroom at my house. They were clear and knowledgeable, explaining to me the work they would do and how long it would take. There were some issues with the quote I had received (for some reason jackhammering up the foundation was included but re-pouring the concrete afterwards was not. It said this is the fine print of the quote so its on me for missing it) and they were apologetic and talked me through my options. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to offer advice when I asked for it. I will say that I would have liked to give a bit more input on some of the choices made (clean-out placement for instance) but this lack of communication is as much on me as on them. Overall Im very happy with the work and will contact them for at least a quote for any further plumbing needs I have.

Have used Paris Plumbing for replacing old pipes and installing new connections and fixtures on two occasions. Found them to be highly professional, courteous and very skilled. The plumbing crew came out to estimate, called us to say they were running late, completed the estimate and, once we had signed the contract, finished the work as planned to a high standard. We replaced galvanized waste pipes, galvanized supply lines and a new line for a refrigerator water supply. Absolutely first rate work. My only complaint is that they are so busy that it can take 3-5 weeks to get work scheduled - surely a sign that this is a company that does good work and is in high demand.

We have occasion to call Paris Plumbing three time. In each case from the initial contact with their receptionist to the time of the call, it was nothing but professional. They arrived at the appointed time and was very efficient in identifying the issue and providing solutions to it. They wasted no time in resolving the problem and the result was totally acceptable. I will not have any reservation about calling them out in the future and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I used these guys to replace my sump pump. I woke up to water in my basement, what a nightmare. The plumbers were fast to arrive, went over everything they could do for me, and promptly installed a new pump. Before you knew it, my basement was dry. They have gained a new customer for life, do not hesitate to call Paris if you need a plumber!

Needed help with a 300 ft waterline replacement. Tried to get it drilled underground and it could not be done. The drill got stuck!!! Gene came out and used a trenching machine to dig the whole 300 ft trench. Turned a nightmare of a job into a carefully calculated process. These guys do a great job. Will use again.
