I work with a variety of vendors and McDaniel Sewer & Drain is the best by far. Knowledge and pricing is the best. McDaniel Sewer and Drain are so easy to work with and provide solutions no matter what the challenge. I have been using them for ten properties I manage and will also use them for my own property. A lot of companies provide drain cleaning and lining but if you compare quality of work, pricing and experience you will see a huge difference. I look forward to working with a McDaniel Sewer & Drain on all sewer related issues or anything else they can provide.

His integrity, trustworthiness and excellence were strongly demonstrated as he patiently persevered through roots until clearing the line. His sense of fairness went so far as to hold the previous plumber accountable and being flexible on his own pricing in compensation. He resolved the issue with excellence and integrity. 2 months ago my side sewer backed up into my basement. That night, a well advertised (you know...the one with the catchy slogan...)24 hour company came out and cleared the clog but did not do any repair work or identify a repair... for $2300. With the sewer line flowing gingerly, in the next few weeks, I began seeking bids and info to determine what needed to be done to fix the situation. And... FORTUNATEY, I came across Anthony at McDaniel Sewer and Drain! Smart, experienced, polite, and professional, Anthony was willing to explore different solutions in an effort to safe $, making sure the City might not have some role in the repair. He took the time to talk to me and explain things clearly as we tried to figure out the best solution He shared videos he had of my drain without an additional charge. His bid came in considerably lower than the first bid I received... (After many phone calls the 24 hour company never came out again to give me a bid on the repair despite their continually assuring me that they would.) SO...McDaniels team, came, dug and repaired and then back filled, replanted ferns that had been removed... my yard is completely back to how it was before the big dig ( and it was big!) I have to say, even though I am still bleary eyed at the cost of sewer repair work these days, if you have no other choice McDaniel Sewer and Drain (and Anthony) is an excellent one. I recommend them highly.

Highly recommend McDaniel Sewer and Drain. One visit has earned them a customer FOR LIFE. They went to great lengths to diagnose our sewer issue. Sharing the entire length of the sewer camera view. Explaining anything and everthing as the camera moved through our sewer pipes. They were professional, knowledgeble and friendly. They were MORE than fair with their time and charges.After my experience, I will be using McDaniels any time I need a professional plumber.

We called Anthony for a second quote after our kitchen drain line began backing up into our garden. Not only was his pricing much more reasonable than the other quote we received, he and his crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were respectful of our space. When unexpected issues arose, he was communicative and his team worked hard to resolve everything. I would absolutely recommend Anthony and wont hesitate to call him again for any future issues.

We returned home Easter night after being away for the weekend to find our kitchen sink backed up. I thought I had taken care of it myself Friday before we left. I called McDaniels Easter night and Anthony called back shortly. He offered to come out that night, but i figured it could wait. He showed up promptly, cleanly and prepared at 9:30 Monday morning. He quickly solved my issue and advised me on taking care of my drain field ( new house for us). I appreciated the great service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My house needed a patch to the existing line or a new water line from the city meter to the whole-house shut off valve in the garage. I got 3 quotes from local companies and while McDaniel Sewer & Drain was very competitive in price, what made me hire this company was their clear explanation of the process they would perform and the project time lines.The labor and materials they put into the project was high quality. Another thing this company did well, was respect the landscaping. Digging out a waterline can be invasive to your landscaping but they absolutely did their best to minimize any affect.The home has a brand new water line, the pressure and flow is what I wanted, and I got a replacement shut-off valve in the garage. I also got peace of mind that the work that was done will last many years to come.

So my main sewer was clogged on last Sunday, I was desperate to fix the issue. so I when on yelp and google searching for affordable plumbing company. And then Anthony reach out to me and provide a unbeatable prices, I had ask so many companies to compare the price, the prices that they offer will make you cant say no to them. Anthony send out a technician on Monday morning, they are very professional and did the job right. The issues was temporary fix. And I would recommend them to our friends and family.

Anthony came all the way out to Rainier Beach, almost as soon as we called. It turned out there was a broken pipe in the back yard. Anthony was patient and kind with my nervous mother. The quote was more than fair (well under the other 2 quotes we received) He was able to provide helpful solutions for what could and couldn’t fit in budget. Work was done quickly, quietly and she has running water again. 10/10 Would hire again.

Man, McDaniel Sewer and Drain were incredible to work with! We had a nasty main line sewer clog that backed up into our basement the other week and we were in big need of a sewer repair. We had an old concrete sewer line that was degrading and in desperate need of replacement. When I got estimates from other companies, they mostly recommended doing a small section repair instead of replacing the full line and their full line replacement costs were out of our budget. When the other companies bid, I think they were wanting to do the quickest fix possible, which would have been disastrous for us. Fortunately we called McDaniel, and Anthony recommended doing a full repair. He gave us very honest and reasonable estimate for the scope of work and they were so great to work with. We are super grateful we chose to go with them because when they dug it up, the line was in much worse shape than previously thought and we would have likely been right back where we started if we went with the other companies. From their diagnostic skills to their repairs, they do awesome work and are very trustworthy! They were always on time, and worked so hard to get the job done. We could not have asked for a better crew to work with.
