Sometime, late Thursday afternoon, I discovered that my 8 year old water heater had failed and was quickly leaking filthy water on the laundry room floor. As it was late in the afternoon, I did not reasonably expect to be able to have it taken care of that day, as it was already close to 5 pm. I had seen poster board ads in-store @ both Home Depot and Lowes that if you called before noon, they would guarantee emergency replacement that same day. So I reached out to both companies, thinking that whomever set it up first, gets the job for the following day. Both companies took down all of my info and guaranteed a return phone call to set up the delivery and installation of a new water heater on Friday. Friday morning arrived and I eagerly awaited the call. 8 oclock.....9 oclock.....10 oclock....11 oclock......I decided to reach out to both businesses. They both guaranteed a return phone call right away. Noon came and went. By 2 oclock I gave up. Angry and frustrated, I did not expect to be ignored. I then remembered having done business with Michael @ Waldman Plumbing, some years ago. With the weekend approaching, I thought that I had lost any opportunity to have a new water heater installed. I gave the Waldman Plumbing office a 📞 call. Within 45 minutes, technicians Corey and Cole were in my home assessing the job, ang gave me a very fair quote; arranged a new water heater to be delivered, while they started to do their work. To top it off, they noticed that there were 20 months left on my 10 year tank, and it was covered 100% under the manufacturers warranty! The techs also noticed some important safety issues with the venting and valves and brought everything up to code. Corey and Cole worked diligently with skilled efficiency to get the job done, and by 8pm I had my new water heater installed! KUDOS to these two fine gentlemen, who both had to change their plans after a very long day, and a tough week. And, a huge shout-out to Waldman Plumbing for making the effort 👌 to allow this to happen. Customer for life,Larry Goldman

Our faucet is leaking, which we could have fixed ourselves if the water shut off valve under the sink had not corroded and was unable to turn from years of neglect from the people who had the house before we bought it. Waldman are expensive, but they are reliable and they do great work. It’s worth the cost to me to have them come when they say they are going to come and do what they say they are going to do and know I can trust the job is done well.

Kyle did a good job and was truly Professional and Courteous in his demeanor while changing the pipe work to accommodate the new In-Sink-Erator garbage disposal.But I felt it necessary to ask him to not chat with his girlfriend on his cell phone while performing his job. When I was told it would take anywhere between an hour and maybe 2 hours to complete the work, I was not pleased and did not find that answer acceptable. Given the fact that I was a Facilities Manager and Contruction Project Manager for two major Banks during my career.That being said the job was completed in around an hour and found the finished work acceptable to this customer.I am thankful for his attention to this customer, and I would recommend Waldman Plumbing to any of my neighbors in need of their services. Truly.

The guys who came today were all ontime, professional and did a good job. So full stars. Last week, the company scheduled 1 guy for a 2 person job, so I drove an hour with my 5 month old only to have to do it again. While everyone was relatively courteous about it, they did not do anything to correct the situation, other than reschedule. Couldn’t squeeze me in early, nothing. Pretty frustrating. Just be sure you are scheduled for what you need.

Waldman has serviced our home for many years and continued to impress with their latest work on our heating system. We welcomed a newborn back in April 2021 and didn’t know what issues we would run into down the road but this latest troubleshooting process was a life saver. Paul was our main contact and the same plumber who came out back in August to look at an initial request we had made for our booster pump. Within 4 hours, the day before Christmas Eve, the two-person team came through and was very efficient with the drain down and install of a thermostatic valve in our sons room. The radiator was oversized to begin with, but when Paul initially walked into the smaller room he agreed that we should move forward with the proposal they made to keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Prior to their work, we were unable to set the thermostat downstairs any higher than 65. In the dead of winter, this would not be sustainable. With the modifications made and a new booster pump to top off the work already done, we feel much more comfortable knowing that we will have more control over our heating system.

I asked for a window of time and she said between 10 and 12. The time was 9:15 and I was very happy to get an appointment so fast! The 2 guys even got here a little early around around 9:45. They were very professional and friendly. Fixed everything up quickly and cleanly. They did an awesome job replacing all the pvc pipe and bringing it up to code under there.I had called a different plumber who we had used before to unclog the same drain. He said he would be here Monday. I called this morning and asked what time he was planning on getting here. He told me he had 2 other jobs he had to do first. I asked if he could give me a window of time so I could make sure I was home and got, Oh God. Listen, Im a busy guy. Ill let you know when Im on my way., as a response. So thats when I called Waldman and Im very happy with that choice! They cost a little more than the other guy but honestly it was fully worth it for the customer service and professionalism! For a stressed out, stay at home mom, who is trying to finish packing her house to move in a few days at the same time as taking care of her babys every need while dads at work, the ease of working with Waldman has literally made my day. So much so that I just wrote you a novel for a review lol. Thank you so much!

Paul and Alex were very professional. Our house had several places that needed troubleshooting, and they worked together to fix the problems that I had noticed, and even pointed out other things they could do to improve the safety of our household. I would also like to mention that this was the third plumber I had called in 2 weeks, and this was the first one to respond in a prompt manner; they even showed up within 24 hours, hurrah! We learned we paid double what we should have on our last furnace repair, money that should have gone toward a new one, given eco credits available. Tim & his very polite apprentice Aaron (I think) made quick work of a steam pipe repair, fixed 2 faucets and figured out a hot water issue. Also helped us figure out steps for our upcoming bathroom repairs. Worth every penny, & well be calling again soon!
